A
very
convenient
location
to
the
airport,
and
well
connected,
with
the
Brett’s
Wharf
Citycat
stop
just
across
the
road,
and
both
Racecourse
Rd
and
Portside
Wharf
an
easy
walk
away.
Rooms
are
modern
(which
is
a
shame,
since
it
means
leaky
glass
shower
doors
-
put
a
spare
towel
down
first
to
stop
the
room
from
flooding;
limited
hanging
space,
and
windows
that
don’t
open),
but
otherwise
comfortable.
Discovered
on
my
first
night
that
the
bed
sheet
had
a
massive
stain
on
it,
but
the
replacement
sheet
was
fine
(and
everything
else
was
good
and
clean).
The
“pool”
is
just
a
large
spa,
but
is
still
closed
“due
to
COVID”
as
of
May
2022.
Wifi
is
included
and
is
about
average
for
hotel
wifi
-
you
may
want
to
use
your
mobile
hotspot
if
speed
or
consistency
of
connection
is
important.
The
TV
is
good
quality
but
is
weirdly
locked
to
display
only
broadcast
TV
and
some
custom
hotel
menu
screens
(half
of
which
don’t
work).
No
access
to
streaming
services,
no
chromecast,
and
even
the
HDMI
ports
are
locked
out
so
you
can’t
connect
your
own
devices.
Reception
staff
say
lots
of
people
complain
about
that,
but
they
also
won’t
fix
it
(it’s
definitely
possible
-
the
TVs
have
been
custom
set
up
for
the
hotel,
they
just
need
the
same
people
who
set
the
TVs
up
to
unlock
the
other
functions)…
so
that’s
a
very
peculiar
choice
by
the
management.
If
lots
of
people
complain
about
something…
fix
it?
Would
rate
4*
otherwise.
As
others
have
noted,
reception
staff
are
excellent
and
friendly
-
anything
that
they
can
help
with
they
will.
