The manager/ chef (which lets be honest she’s not a professional chef by all means) was and is completely rude ! Went to have some breakfast, after waiting almost 20 minutes to get our coffees upon checking how long was the breakfast going to be. She bursted out in rage saying to be patient and was extremely rude in the manner an approach she delivered this information. The food is old, dry and microwaved - showing no interest in delivering quality and fresh meals. Cake tasted dry and seemed to me it was on the fridge for the past week. The prices are extremely expensive and the place is dark and shown very little love. Apparently this same owner had issues with other clients after sharing my awful experience with friends. Stay away from this place! And to the owner, learn on how to run a business and treat others with kindness and respect. Disgusting!

I dropped in here because I was desperate for food/drink. I would not recommend this to anyone. Had a very leathery bacon/sausage roll which was obviously microwaved rather thank ‘baked hot’. Cafe was almost empty, but had 3? Staff. Finished the bacon roll before the coffee arrived. Staff talking amongst themselves. I had to ask the staff to bring out the coffee

Staff have always been lovely to me, the atmosphere needs a bit of work but apart from that the coffee is great 😊

Coffee is good but the atmosphere is unwelcoming. The cozy inside seating area, which to me was the main attraction, seems to be closed off unless you have a reservation. Instead customers have to use the seating outside in the walkway. First time I saw this I assumed it was a one off but it seems to be permanent. This was understandable during Covid but not in 2023. Staff give the impression that the customers are a nuisance.

I don’t get the flak. My experience was good. Had everything freshly cooked! Warm and perfect for an unusually cold day here. Everyone was polite.

Great coffee, horrible staff. The lady making coffee yelled at my 2yr old son and I for bringing our empty cups back. Very rude.

I came to get two caramel lattes. I was told they don’t make coffees to custom mugs. Coffees were ok.

Disgraceful, owner is so rude. Worst experience ever. I can see why she only has a 2 star rating. I am surprised she is still open.

Decided last minute to eat a breakfast, wish i had not, besides being super over priced and not having much of a menu to choose from, i went with pancakes... who cannot throw batter into a pan to serve patrons fresh pancakes, rather cooked who knows when and microwaved to heat, i could of taken them off the plate and gone to play tennis with them they were so hard...yuk yuk. My wife's eggs benny were not any better and at $21 a total rip off. stay away!!!!!

Great cafe! I take my client here a few times a week, the atmosphere is always very welcoming and the staff are lovely. Amazing coffee too!

$9.90 for a single ice chocolate that was mediocre at best and made with the same cheap syrup you get at woolies. don't bother.
