Likely a scam/ghost kitchen, in my opinion. They do just enough to not get cancelled by UberEats. Took well over an hour to prepare a burger and potato gems. Only after multiple messages and calls to the driver waiting outside, and indicating I wasn’t going to cancel, did the order magically get on its way. Suspect their business model is to do nothing on the order for an hour, betting you will cancel in frustration. Burger (Buffalo chicken) was well below average, low quality chicken patty, not even a fillet. Just don’t bother, there is literally no reason to even think about ordering from this place. Potato gems were surprisingly good.

I honestly don’t understand why this place has low reviews. I ordered from here on Uber Eats a few days ago and it is honestly a hidden gem!! The tandoori fries were amazing. My burger was fresh and didn’t make me feel greasy afterwards like other burger places. We also ordered a brownie and it was the perfect portion size to share with my partner. 10/10 I am going to order again tonight! Hehe

Love their buffalo burger (with jalepeno cheesy bites). Thank you for being one of the few burger places in Brisbane with potato gems! The food is consistent every time. 90% of the negative reviews are Ubereats/Delivery issues, which isn't really the burger joint's fault. Love them.

The burgers at Burger Nation were extremely average. The Buns were too milky, the middle toppings were too wet and the chicken and bacon was cardboard. The BBQ bacon fries were nice but the Uber eats guy dropped and destroyed my bag so I didn't get to enjoy with fear that the Uber eats guys fingered my food. If you call yourself 'Burger Nation' you have to make sure you cook the best damn burgers in town. You should think of rethinking your whole business because I can assure you I wasn't impressed. 2 thumbs up, overwhelmed with disappointment! BT

Disgusting experience with user eats and this company. They will make customers sick with cold and unsafe food. Would not ever recommend these dark kitchen companies with no public face Awful. And the driver even worse. Never ever again Don't be fooled by the rating on user eats. No accountability.

1.5 hours for the worst burger I have had in my life, frozen chicken patty with 3 pieces of onion. Chicken tenders were supermarket tenders for $8, you’re kidding. Do yourself a favour and never order from here

This RUBBISH GHOST KITCHEN auto-accepts orders placed on Uber Eats. They do this even when the entire "restaurant" is CLOSED. This means you pay for an order, a driver is assigned, then they get there and THERE IS NO FOOD, NO STAFF, NO EXPLINATION, leaving the driver and/or customer to then have to deal with Uber support to get their money back that this company fraudulently takes. Consider ordering from literally anywhere else.

After a couple of months have past I update my review to say that Burger Nation have improved their loaded fries to my pleasant surprise. The fries are more crispy and the sauces that are used have more flavour now and the bacon is perfectly cooked to add the perfect touch to the BBQ bacon fries. 7/10 times the food is perfect at this restaurant on Uber eats. Improvements that are needed to be made from my experience as follows. - Food takes long periods of time to be cooked/prepared -Serving sizes are frequently wrong when loaded fries are ordered -Burgers require more seasoning and sauce For a fast food place burger nation is a solid 4 out of 5 stars and I recommend this location to all locals in the area.

It's a hidden burger kitchen that only provides for online delivery. DO NOT just rock up the place. You must use delivery drivers

The worst burger I've ever had!! This place is diabolical! Horrible processed chicken patties I wouldn't serve to my dog. Fake bacon, everything terrible and soggy veg on the burgers arent fresh and stingy amounts. I don't understand how this place is even in business

Got my damn hopes up for a cardboard piece of chicken. The photos in the Uber eats looked amazing but once you got it, it looked like microwaved chicken pattys!!

This is the best burger place ever I love the burgers, it took less than 10 minutes I love the burgers especially the Mario burger
