It takes a lot to win the title of the worst subway ever but this well and truly won it. Veggie delight and almost no lettuce on it. (I actually had to add some lettuce when I got home) The bread was dry and clearly stale. Will drive a little further to another store from now on because I wouldn’t feed this rubbish to my dog.

Very disappointed in the Arrogant service of the Asian old lady. Yelling at the new young staff member in front of customers is on. She initially put the meat on my BMT Italian, and I had less meat then other stores on my sandwich. She was the scamming me out of what I was supposed to receive. I will not return here and recommend going to Annerley Subway 5 minutes away. I had a perfect sandwich make their the next day.

Management here must be just awful. Poor young guy today tending the counter alone during lunch service. He was obviously stressed and struggling under such a stressful workload. He managed to maintain service and prepare a lovely sub, the worker was great. Pull your finger out Management and look after your staff. They deserve proper training and support!!

worked here for about 3 weeks before i had to get out of this hell hole. the managers take advantage of young teens underpaying and verbally abusing them. not once have i seen them be nice to an employee or a customer. don’t support this and do not go here. they are straight up demonic

Please don’t ever work here or let your children work here. Absolutely horrible place to work, the manager is so unhappy with herself she takes it out on her young staff. The manager has no patients for anything and is quite literally just a mean person. I was a 17 year old working here and I had better customer service that she did and she was three times my age. I watched her belittle customers in front of me. Customers watched her belittle me. Absolutely terrible place to eat at or work. I do not recommend at all. Vicky why do you work in hospitality if you clearly hate people so much? So weird. I hope the staff there now are okay 🥺

Avoid this place!!! The worst customer service from the owner (old Asian couple) and employees!!! They make the worse subways. The bread was so chewy (didn’t know it was possible), they put barely any salads and they give you broken cookies when they have perfectly fine cookies available. Is it so difficult to be nice to paying customers? This was my second time here and both times were absolutely terrible! The young boy was also rude and he left my cookies on the counter before he decided to literally throw my subway at me! Please avoid at any cost!!

The common thread in reviews here is poor service from management. The franchisee's are a mature asian couple and lack all aspects of good hospitality. Tonight I ordered and watched them berate and yell at a new staff member who was shaking with nervous. It was awful to observe and almost spoke up. To the managers, you need to learn how to train staff in a positive manner and understand what good hospitality involves. To the trainee from tonight, know your worth and dont return to the store, you are much better than what they will treat you.

Rude. Very sorry I interrupted your life by ordering a sub. I am somewhat confused by your choice to work in the service industry when you obviously don't like people.

One lady on site, unsure if they have other staff members to help her. She was straight forward with, us as customers wanted. Four seating places inside, not really catered for big families to eat inside but they do offer platter meal options for parties.

First time went to this store today, the food was nice , however the young guy who prepared my food was very unhappy and unfriendly guy. Would I ever go back there again? NO. Would i recommend this Subway? NO. Thumbs down to your poor customer service. No wonder it is not a busy Subway.

If you’re going to operate with an army of awkward, rude and disinterested Gen Z’s in order to save money, you should at least employ an adult supervisor.
