Don't bother. Thought I'd give them a second chance after previously mutilating a delivery. It was 2 for 1 and we picked up to avoid the pizza getting mangled (or only arriving with 7 slices!) like last time - This is a cheese pizza. I use "cheese" lightly. Every one of those "bubbles" is just crust and sauce. No point calling to sort it out because last time that took 3 hours - I'm busy. That's why I thought pizza would be easy. 🙄

UPDATE JANUARY 2023: I saw the "Response from the Owner" to my initial review below and sent an email via the Pizza Hut contact link. No response. So just because they're responding to reviewer comments here doesn't seem to mean that they're trying to make improvements. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is what we received when we ordered a pizza for delivery. In addition to it coming in late and cold, it was horribly... mutilated. As though the delivery person had whacked the box it against a wall. I called them back about this, and was told that they'd need to talk to their manager and get back to me. I did not get a call back. So, late, cold delivery of a destroyed pizza, and no follow-up after I called to tell them about it.

Won't be returning ever. Ordered their hot fries and a dipping sauce as I was hungry. Paid for both. Got the fries, not salted and told that the dipping sauces were only for the wings. No refund offered. Staff didn't care and walked off. Better service next door at Dawg Boys.

We were happy that our meal arrived hot in something faster than a bicycle. The base was lovely soft and fluffy, but unfortunately that was 95% of the pizza's on offer and I'm not Meghan Trainor. We had gone off Dominos because they had become stingy with their toppings. I didn't believe Pizza Hut could actually make them look good. My husband sometimes described pizza as fancy cheese on toast, usually a gross exaggeration. But what we were presented with looked like damper with a tiny crown of cheese and a slightly disingenuous promise of meat. Not what you need after an exhausting day at work when all you want to do is eat and relax. Please tell me this isn't the best you can do for $71

Best Pizza Hut i’ve ever been to. staff are amazing and pizza quality is great. their cheese pizzas are to die for ! the wing deals on a wednesday are great and i will be back ! staff always greet with a welcome and always provide the best service

By far the worst Pizza Hut. It’s always slow. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. Delivery is always late, even with pre-booking and they lie when you call to ask how long it will be and they say it’s on the way… there’s online tracking, I can see it hasn’t left. Orders are often wrong and then they make you feel like a criminal when you call to tell them. Hire more staff!!! So sick of giving this place chances. Get up to par with the others or move on so I can order from a different store, I hate that you’re my closest!

I was there as a uber driver to pick my order one of their staff come to me and told me to wait for 5 minutes and after seven minutes it was not ready and i asked another man (looks like he was senior than other staffs) and that man misbehaved with me ..bro you looks bit senior than other staff but you have to learn lots of things how to treat with costumers okey and please try to show some good behaviour

Wow that's an eye opener. They don't believe in any sort of hygiene I was standing there watching them walk around and prepare the food without any gloves and I mean everyone of them. Worst part is as I'm watching this and a couple touch their face I think how can I give this to my 2 kids. So unfortunately I threw it out and brought them Macca's as they wernt happy with late change of plans. Food takes around 30 minutes for 1 pizza and a garlic bread. Please be careful going there especially if you care about hygiene. We always go to domino's but we were driving past and i was like give it a go. Huge mistake!

Shop delivered 2 hour old pizza and garlic bread from an order that was not delivered earlier. Menulog issued a voucher so I ordered different items but restaurant did not cook new items but delivered stale congealed disgusting food from previous delivery- then denied they even were the store that sent me items when I phoned!

Slow service. No one comes for ages. It feels abandoned and I would recommend try other places

Called to put an order into Everton Park store, requested to put a couple of extra items on the personalised pizzas, the man on the phone practically yelled saying they can’t add on the system. Then I guess, found it too difficult and literally hung up on us! Like how much ruder can you get!

1 star is being generous. Ordered Magnum ice creams and never got delivered. When trying to call it kept going through to voice mail. Happy to take my money but not happy to produce the goods. They are a rip off.

Used to be a delivery driver for this pizza hut a while back, all that needs to be said is that I would not recommend anyone to order pizza from here. A very unhygienic store with no care being put into the food being sold.
