    Have never witnessed a more useless group of people in my life LOL. No body has a clue what’s going on or a brain in their head. They are like zombies aimlessly wondering around doing nothing and touching your food with no gloves, keeping you waiting over half an hour for some soggy chips and chicken. No body wants to be there or cares about customer service whatsoever, they don’t care how long you wait they’d rather just mope around like sloths. The floor out the front was absolutely disgusting, they keep out of date drinks in the fridge, the list goes on. Somehow they are the busiest shop there when every other place has way better food and service. Wow. Just wow. Do yourself a favour and never go here

    Absolutely shocking. Live nearby and hadn't gone to this KFC for about 6-12 months so thought I'd give it another crack. Reminded me exactly why I wouldn't go back in the first place. Waited at least 20 minutes for my order so it'd be reasonable to expect it'd be somewhat fresh, right? Chips were soggy, brown and had minimal-no salt (though I ordered extra salt) and Zinger burger was so soggy the lettuce had made the bun so wet the bottom fell apart as I picked it up and the bun tasted like cold lettuce water. My potato and gravy had no potato at all... It was just gravy. They clearly put the wrong product in my takeaway bag. To be fair though, I don't blame the general staff there. They all appeared to be working fairly hard, in a small busy store that's clearly busy beyond the capacity to provide quality food. Extremely poorly managed store in my opinion. This store's food is embarrassing quality for KFC. Not even sure if it qualifies as fast food as I've received faster service in proper restaurants.

    The staff here are way overworked. Not a manager in sight while they had to juggle delivery drivers as well as people ordering their own food earlier tonight. The screens displaying orders were full and I could even hear one employee saying there were too many delivery orders. I also overheard tonight that they were running out of items like Wicked Wings. Management and/or owners need to step up, employ more staff, train them adequately and know when to pause delivery orders so the staff can catch up!!

    Still waiting for my food after 25 MINUTES. They have been in the back doing nothing and we saw Callum touching the popcorn chicken with his bare hands, absolutely disgusting and terrible service. !!!! DON’T GO HERE !!!!

    This small KFC is located within the Fortitude Valley train station mall and is always bustling with customers. Despite its size, it is a popular spot for those passing through the station. I find myself struggling to resist their unhealthy food every time I visit the Fortitude Valley train station. While their wicked wings are not the best I've tasted compared to other KFC locations in Queensland, they are still quite good. The only downside is that the waiting time can be a little longer due to the high volume of customers, but it is still acceptable given the circumstances

    This is the worst KFC in Queensland. I go and get dissatisfied then give it a few weeks then try again now on my 4th visit in the last 6 months I am writing this review . The food is disgusting the store looks a mess, the staff look like a mess one guy with a beanie on, looks a dirty disgrace and may be on something. Ordered a burger meal old bread roll tuff chips are soggy old and dark brown and so was the lettuce the best thing about it was the can of drink . I threw it all out as didn’t want to get sick again from your food at this outlet Seriously it needs a visit from WHS and food safe Queensland This is a disgrace to the KFC brand and given all the bad reviews I was hoping someone can do something to clean it up

    First things first, as seen in pictures attached, looks like the chicken has sat in phu for ages and not thrown out. It has blackened to a state where its literally drenched in oil and filthy. Secondly this order had 2 regular fries, one with EXTRA SALT. The staff serves me a large chips instead. Upon me walking back and requesting for 2 regulars as mentioned in my order, she reluctantly advises me to bring her the large fries back so she can hand me two regulars. 2 regulars, one with extra salt means two regulars not ONE large! I had two seperate orders and none of the orders came with any tissues or any sort of cutlery. As a previous fast food manager myself, it is instilled in all staff members to put a certain amount of cutlery per bag. Fries looked brown as hell, most likely because the oil doesnt get dumped often. My question is, even after being so busy, and doing such a good business, how hard is it to hire enough staff members and have competent managers who can train their staff accordingly? Is it really worth it to save some bucks at the cost of quality? Im sorry but its honestly the worst KFC Ive eaten in australia. Hope it improves!

    Waited 45mins for an online order when it wasn’t that busy. Wasn’t told there was a wait on wicked wings, I only knew as I overheard someone ask about them so no communication to the customers. I heard them say wicked wings would be 15mins and once I finally got my meal (after 45mins patiently waiting) the wicked wings looked over cooked and their oil needs to be changed. Would not recommend, food is not even work the wait. Whilst I was waiting, the staff didn’t seem to be doing anything, just standing around, not getting anything organised for other orders. I also a staff member eat a chip off the bench when he was packing up. Looked unprofessional, no customer service skills. Staff were at front counter, they were not doing anything besides having a good chat to each other whilst hangry customers can see and are waiting for their order

    Waited 20 minutes for cold dry food, only to go home and realise no burger in the box. Went back to kfc, asked for the burger I paid for and they gave me the EXACT one I was supposed to get 25 minutes prior. Not a new one. Unhygienic, unprofessional, and simply the worst KFC in Brisbane. The staff can NEVER get it right. Don’t waste your money

    Spent $50 on a delivery, the delivery driver couldn’t be bothered delivering to the right address, left it somewhere. I called the courier’s they use and I put the correct address. When I tried to get a refund or some sort of reimbursement I was on hold for a further 1.5 hours with no outcome. I will not purchase through KFC app or be a customer ever again.

    This KFC is the worst. 30+ minute wait times for a single burger combo. Never extra salt on chips (when asked). Always out of stock of certain items (gravy, etc). Always seem to miscommunicate with deliver drivers - i have seen multiple drivers shood away after trying to collect an order they say has already been taken. Stop hiring 14 year olds to do late shifts on a Friday and Saturday - educate your staff properly and check to make sure they are doing the right thing. So many second chances and they just keep messing it up … very disappointing

    Woils give 0 stars if possible. Refuses to acknowledge Uber Eats orders and says “customers in store are the priority”. Doesn’t matter if the Uber Eats customers are also paying customers and pay extra due to the convenience. Female store manager was rude and dismissive. Waited over an hour and a half from order until ready for delivery, poor driver would have lost jobs due to KFC incompetence.

    Out of all the kfc’s that I have been to the fortitude valley location has got to be the worst one I’ve been to. From their rude workers that chat with friends over the counter while there is a line waiting to order, watching 4 of 5 staff standing there looking at the hot box doing nothing & then to waiting 25 mins for just chips and then around 45 mins on a different occasion for a meal when there was only a hand full of customers. This has been going on for around the same time I’ve lived here which is 2-3 years and has not changed or sorted their stuff out. Very unprofessional do not recommend

    Posting this at 6.30pm on a Thursday night. The service is so so bad, I waited 30 mins and I'm running late for an event. I had to leave without getting my food because they are simply understaffed and slow as. Waste of my money honestly.

    Went there today at 7:27pm on the 29/07/2023 no one was in line they were open and putting fresh food in the Bain-Marie. We were waiting to be served for several minutes while staff were walking past and trying not to look at us, they kept smirking at each other, then we tried to ask one of the staff members if anyone was serving? Then two of the staff laughed and looked at each other and one replied “all good mate” and walked off and laughed again. So we just walked away, appalling service and really disappointing to see. They were so rude. honestly, you need to get better staff as clearly they do not care about their job and have an attitude problem.

    I ordered my food on the kfc app at 9am, as opening hours shown on google. Waited half an hour just to have my presence acknowledged. A worker with shoulder length pink hair with red cap (on the larger side) on at 9:30am 7th of august. She gave me the most disguisting customer service and when I asked when my food will be prepared (after waiting 30 mins) and she gave me attitude and said we'll prepare your food in 5 minutes. As my food was ready she didn't even apologise for the wait nor did she not say have a good day. Prime example of why management should care the presentation of their employees and how they treat customers. To make it all worse all the food was gross and undercooked. Do not come here.

    This niche quiet restaurant with a beautiful ambience really has it all! Leo, one of their fine waiting staff provided some of the most excellent customer service I have ever experienced. Not only was he efficient and loving, but he embodied the colonels spirit in his dedication to his craft. Promote this man!

    Staff doesn’t care about your preference. Even after placing order on the counter and specifically mentioning leg and thigh pieces for a 3 piece combo which was mentioned on the bill as well, I received rib and breast piece. Either the staff isn’t trained to recognize chicken pieces or aren’t bothered. There was hardly any customer there for the staff to be confused! If you order online there is no way you can choose pieces on the app and when you go and pick up your order via app, they straightaway say no to specifications. This has happened multiple times as this store is the closed to my house! Haven’t seen this behaviour in any other KFC stores.
