This is not Italian food! We ordered the Risotto and a pizza. Risotto was disgustingly oily, all that could be tasted was fat, not even my husband (who is as close to a rubbish bin as possible when it comes to food), couldn't put this food down the trap. The pizza was made from obviously cheap products and we didn't give it to our kids for fear of food contamination. Service was very slow.............and we were the only ones there. Please don't market yourselves as being Italian.....it's insulting.

We recently ordered pizzas for the first time from here via Deliveroo. As soon as I looked at the first one I was a bit concerned that it wasn't cooked properly and I was right - the dough was still have raw. Moved to the next pizza and it was the same and so was the third. I complained to Deliveroo and their response 2 days later was "We work in partnership with our restaurants to have their food delivered to you in a timely fashion. Given the nature of your complaint and keeping in mind our collaborative guidelines for issues such as this, we are unable to offer a refund or credit on this occasion". That says to me that they don't care if the food isn't cooked they just want it to happen fast. They were the ones who originally mentioned crediting - when I contacted them I was wanting the pizza to be remade and sent but that wasn't an option on their app. I asked them to reconsider and they haven't so I won't order from Earth pizza again and I have removed the Deliveroo app from my phone.

Ordered 2 pizza's online, received a text from 3rd party to say that the order had been placed and will be delivered in 40 minutes. 1 hour later rang the store to follow up and they claim they only received order 10 minutes ago. Waited another 40 minutes and pizza finally arrived. "BBQ Meat Lover" was tasty enough but the dough was under cooked. The other pizza was "There's Something About Mary"... well not sure about this one, it is supposed to have..... Marinated Lamb, Cherry Tomato, Spanish Onion, Feta, Rocket, Mint Yogurt. What we actually got was ... Lamb, Onion, Olives and Capsicum. NOT EVEN CLOSE...... Please DO NOT waste your money. 2 Hours after ordering a couple of pizzas all I feel is bitter disappointment.

Have now been twice in the past 4 weeks. First with my 17 year old son and just last night with my wife and three children (14, 16 and 17 years) Both times was onsite and service was a little slow but honestly this is some of the best pizza we have had in AU, NZ or the States. I wouldn't consider this to be fast food but more restaurant quality proper pizza. The entrees were also excellent and my family can be very picky when it comes to pizza. Real pizza base like New Yorkers do it and excellent ingredients. We had the bruschetta as an entree which was also on a pizza base but once again the onion, tomato and olives were so fresh and delicious. (Full size pizza as an entree also not just a couple of small pieces of bread which comes in handy when you are feeding a family of five with three teenagers) We have now tried 6 different pizza flavours which were all quite good. Staff were fine and yes the restaurant isn't exactly new but we all felt quite relaxed and enjoyed the atmosphere. If you want it fast food go Dominos and pay $3 for 20 minute delivery. If you want something a bit nicer wait 20 minutes and a few extra dollars while these guys make you something fresh and, in my opinion, great value. Will certainly be going back as long as it is this good.

We ordered some salt and pepper squid, marinara spaghetti and potato wedges through a popular food delivery app. When the food arrived, the squid and the marinara were swimming in oil and the wedges were a funny greenish colour. We decided to try to eat it. The squid had no flavour and the wedges tasted off. The spaghetti started off okay but the seafood was burnt and there were 2 full cloves of garlic left in the sauce. All in all it was pretty disappointing for the price.

I would go elsewhere. The pizzas were edible but that's about it. One pizza surprisingly had scrambled egg on it for some bizarre reason despite it not being one of the ingredients and overall the ingredients were just cheap tasting. Wedges were supermarket quality, deep fried and onion rings were a mix of battered and then crumbed frozen supermarket style ones and the serving size for a large was abysmal. Should have gone to dominos... And that's saying something. Never again. Guess you don't know a place till you try it.

I just got back from this joint and my group was noy happy with the food. We were celebrating the end of our year in Hospitality class at school. When we first got there, the joint seemed alright but they have some horrible brick-look wallpaper everywhere in the shop and all messy. We sat down to look at the menus. They only had about 6 menus. So we had to take it in turns. We ordered our food, which they did get 1 thing right by serving the correct orders. First thing I noticed was that my pizza (bbq meatlovers) was warm... Not even hot. My can of Coke was like it spent about 10 minutes in a fridge. I then noticed a plastic plant pushing into my arm. I took a bite of the pizza and it was dry... And tasted like old meat dried up. The BBQ sauce on it was very salty. Half of the group were eating pasta, of which none enjoyed their meal, just ate it due to the 1 reason: hunger. The pricing was not good either. Dominos is waaay better than this place. Overall I am never going back there and will warn others of the muck we were served. The food didn't take long to come out so I reckon they probably use frozen pizzas.
