    Your Fit is so much more than just a gym - it is an incredibly supportive community. I was a little nervous having not exercised for quite a while before starting up here but I never felt any judgement, only positivity and support from everyone. Over this last year I have not only seen my strength and fitness improve, but also my self-confidence and general well-being. The trainers are all amazing at what they do and passionate about helping every client on an individual level. No matter how tough the session may be, I always leave feeling better than before I entered the studio. I cannot recommend Sean, Amy, Madi and the rest of the Your Fit team enough!!

    I have been training with Sean and Madi for a little over 12 months and whilst my fitness journey hasn’t quite worked out as I planned, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. They are both great trainers, but also amazing people. So supportive and understanding (especially during my health struggles). There is such a lovely, friendly environment at Your Fit - I always looked forward to seeing them for my work outs. I would highly recommend Sean, Madi and the team.

    Your fit is not just a gym but more like your family and a super friendly community. Sean and his team are professional and friendly. They make exercise fun and accessible for you! They look after your health and mental well-being. No matter if you are just starting or an athlete already, they will definitely be able to offer something challenging yet motivating for you. They specialised in women's health and nutrition as well. If you are looking for a team of personal trainers to help you achieve your fitness goal, look no further!

    In a world where it seems like there’s a Personal Trainer on every block now, I feel very privileged and lucky to have discovered Your Fit. The team here are exceptional; highly qualified professionals in both nutrition and movement, and most importantly, they genuinely care about each and every client and your personal fitnesses goals. I cannot recommend Sean, Amy and their incredible team enough. I no longer live in the area but still continue to train with them because they are the best there is.

    I have been with Your Fit since Nov 2021, and my partner joined in May. We have sessions together. Your Fit have been a little family to me. The whole team has helped us through this tough year and we are beyond grateful. We look forward to every one of our sessions, which are tailored for us and we also receive assistance in nutrition. I have gotten so much stronger this year and more aware of food intake, and the importance of nourishing our bodies appropriately. I am so glad to have found Your Fit, it has truly changed my life.     I did the 12 wk nutrition coaching with the amazing Madi as my coach. I couldn't recommend enough for anyone stuck in an overeating / diet cycle. Madi really listened to me, what I wanted to get out of it and honed in on what I was struggling with. I loved that I was not given an eating plan but instead was given the nutritional knowledge, practical tips, and learnt the practice of listening to my body to make sustainable healthy eating habits. I also now have quality online resources I can refer back to if I need a reminder. Life changing! I've also done a few PT sessions. As with nutrition coaching PT is excellent.

    Going to Your Fit for nutrition coaching was probably one of the best things I've done for myself. I had been training consistently for a while but felt like my performance at the gym had plateaued and my energy levels were consistently low. Within a week or two of seeing Sean and implementing his advice, my energy levels increased significantly and I started feeling stronger at the gym, hitting some new PBs. Aside from the physical aspects, Sean really helped me with improving my relationship with food. Working with him was like working with a friend who genuinely cares about helping others live their lives better. He takes an individualised and holistic approach, and gave me advice that worked around me. I could go on and on; but to sum it up, I am super grateful for Your Fit / Sean and would recommend this place to anyone!

    Not your average training studio! Highly organised, attention to detail, clean, and caring of the individual. We followed our old trainer Matt who is a legend, and were so glad we did. Sean, Amy, Matt, Maddie and the rest of the team are knowledgeable, friendly, accepting and willing to learn about you and what you really need in your training space. My teenage daughter and I were able to train together and it was a wonderful, encouraging atmosphere to introduce my other daughter to recently. Lots of family members training together at YourFit really encourages a family feel too.

    I’ve been training with Your Fit for 3 months now and it has been an amazing experience. Head Coach Madi was highly recommended to me by my physiotherapist, to help support me with my chronic neck/shoulder pain and to reach my restorative health goals. Coming to Your Fit, my main goals were to firstly address my chronic pain by learning to reactivate and stabilise my body after many years of neglecting my physical and mental health due to work, family etc, and knew I needed some support to help start me on this journey. I have been training mainly with Coaches Madi and Lizzie, but also have trained with Sean & Jordan, who impress me week after week at the personalised care that they demonstrate. The sessions are designed perfectly to meet my needs but also consistently challenge and supportively push me to improve – no 2 sessions are the same which I love! They have reminded me of the joy that comes with consistent, intentional and meaningful movement! After 3 months I am feeling more connected to my body, stronger, and confident of my own abilities to turn up day after day and to work towards my goals. Thank you and much gratitude to the incredibly warm welcome and ongoing support by Sean & Amy, & the entire team at Your Fit!
