Honestly the food is alright other than the burritos are the same size medium and large but my problem is with the fries I paid for a large meal and this is what I get? This is no where near large fries at any other fast food place not even a medium fries at that, this is not the first time every single time that one guy is always cheap with the fries, why even bother with that large of a box while it’s mostly empty, if there was a Taco Bell franchise nearby I would’ve rather that same price I paid for this I can get a much larger meal with a taco on top of it I know that because I did very disappointed.

Terrible. Both staff working were having separate personal conversations through airpods when I arrived and apologised to their friend on their phone for me interrupting them... disgraceful. This set the tone for the food that came, which was also terrible. The quesadilla as seen didn't have any cheese on it, nor did it come with a dipping sauce and was so dry and tiny. The burrito wasn't much better, and even after telling them we didn't want rice on it they still proceeded to add it. Management needs to take some action because these staff do not care about their service whatsoever.

Smallest burritos I have ever received. Spring hill burrito bar has good serving sizes so I don't understand why clayfield makes them so small. Seems others have had same experience.

absolutely shocking. I have given this place many second chances and am utterly disappointed everytime. The wait to just be served is ridiculous. let alone the appalling food quality aswell as always having dirty tables. Do not come here if you want anything enjoyable or edible.

Burritos were actually pretty good, but unfortunately that was the only decent thing about this Burrito Bar. Tables were dirty but the place was dead. Was barely greeted on arrival and all the workers seemed annoyed. The ‘large’ Mexican fries was a very small portion and cold.. like no warmth at all like fully COLD. They also forgot the dipping sauce :(

Trash. This order couldn't have been worse if they tried. - Uber driver waited there for 25 minutes! Order arrived 10 minutes later than the longest expected order time. - Even with the lengthy wait half of my order came cold. - the kids burrito was the same size as the 2 adult burritos. - the chocolate nachos that are said to include ice cream and strawberries, came with neither. - food that did manage to arrive no where near made up for any of the above. Annnnnd that's the last time I ever order from here....

Usually burrito bar is fantastic but today sadly almost all of our burritos were essentially meat free. The tiniest hint of steak beef and chicken on 8 burritos was a disappointing meal for our staff meeting. Recommend if you’re looking for burritos to try another store. Clearly issues at this one.

This place is walking distance from my house and I am always disappointed. The folks running this place have no business in restaurants. Friends and family constantly hanging around chatting and ignoring customers. Very inept staff. Zero urgency. Takes them 30 minutes to get a single burrito out. I tried to order a takeaway order in person and have a beer while I waited and this confused the staff. I had to ask twice for the beer. I literally had to slow down and say "I. Would. Like. To. Have. A beer. While. I Wait". I was met with a blank stare. Food looks like a plate of sick. Everything thrown together with zero pride. I'd be very surprised if the back of house gets cleaned properly. Tables are often left sticky. They forget items. The "pico de gallo" was literally four pieces of diced tomato. Just all bad. I've ended up with multiple extra items before. I guess that's a positive for me? But they're just not paying attention. Staff is untrained. They cook rice to a sludge like consistency in a rice cooker. It's incredibly lazy. This is unlike any Mexican place I've ever been to. They put stale chips on the "speciality" burritos. This place is clearly circling the drain and is always empty. I can't wait until they go belly up and replaced with a business that takes some pride in their appearance and product.

Very unfairly rated based on our experience. Food turn around was quick and both the Mexican chips and sweet potato chips were delicious. Only complaint would be the size of the burrito was pretty small for 15$ and the place was empty.

Hire more staff, I waited almost an hour for my food to be delivered. The food arrived cold and it cost me almost 30 bucks for nachos with a bit of stuff on top and a can of coke. A rip off, would never buy from here again. To the owner, put your hand in your pocket and invest in your business and people.
