😠 This practice is absolutely terrible. I attended for the first time to get a script for Asthma medication and was looking to switch to a bulk billing doctor. The doctor was aggressive and told me without an old script I couldn't prove I had asthma and that it was an authority drug. I'm not sure what... This practice is absolutely terrible. I attended for the first time to get a script for Asthma medication and was looking to switch to a bulk billing doctor. The doctor was aggressive and told me without an old script I couldn't prove I had asthma and that it was an authority drug. I'm not sure what the kids are taking on the streets these days, but I'm pretty sure no one is taking a puffer for fun! I've never felt more uncomfortable with a doctor in my life, do not attend.

We have been going to see Dr Mina for 17 years. Dr and his wife Maria plus staff have become our go to people. He has been there for us on many occasions. The care we have received is faultless. Wait times can be long but if you want good service and advice then so be it. Thank you Dr Nemetallah.

I have a strong feeling that sooner or later you will see this sham practice on A Current Affair. It is a malpractice suit waiting to happen, not to mention their practices are set up around abusing the bulk billing scheme. It will only be so long before they turn away someone with a serious issue because they are unwilling to spend the extra time to attend to their needs. Truly, truly woeful. I will not trust this practice with any serious medical issue. Read the other reviews and go elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience with this GP. I was ill for 3-4 days with high fever, fatigue and extreme headache. I also have a sinus issue from long. The GP suspected that I might have COVID symptoms and asked me to wait outside. I agreed to do so, but he was very rude and told me that I could cancel the appointment if I didn’t want to sit outside. He didn’t prescribe any simple medicine for my fever and pain, even though I was suffering a lot. He suggested me to take 3 Azithromycin 500mg antibiotics in a single day, which I think is too much. He also didn’t share the test results for one day, which made me more anxious and worried. When I called him the next day, he gave me a call back and talked to me in a very disrespectful manner. He didn’t show any empathy or concern for my condition. He hung up the phone before I could even say thank you. This is the worst medical service I have ever received. The GP has no professionalism or care for his patients. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

We've been here a few times for last minute check ups when our sons have hurt themselves or become suddenly ill and are always so impressed, in particular with Dr Mina Nemetallah. He is kind, thorough and gracious with his time. The reception staff are also lovely and generally seem to want to help, it's really appreciated.

I have always found Morningside Family Practice to be very professional and the doctor's always take the time to make sure you are getting the treatment that you need. Whether it be family accidents, vaccines or scripts the front office will do their best to find an appointment suitable for you. I have been going there for years now and have never had a problem. We are so lucky to have a medical centre so close to home to go to and for this I am forever grateful.

I have been seeing Dr Mina for close to 10 years. So pleased to have found a doctor that takes his time with you and works through a plan and follow up care. Thank you Dr Mina Nemetallah. I see a number of reviews that where not very nice for the reception team, which is so sad as I have always found them to be professional and caring and they don't deserve the bad reviews. I am very happy with the service and professionalism of this practice.

I'm not sure where all these bad reviews have come from. Maria and Ally, also Jade have been nothing but amazing to me. Anytime I call they will help me out, get me in straight away or as soon as they possibly can. Also Dr Barry, beautiful man. Maybe check your own attitude, those ladies deal with a lot.

This is a great place, wonderful staff and warm experiences with each and every visit since 2006. Dr Suriyapalan is an incredible doctor who is an active listener and always takes time to explain diagnosis and treatment options. Not only has he taken great care of my health and my family's, but also is approachable and easy to speak to. He provides an outstanding medical care. Highly recommended doctor and practice. It is a place close to my home and my heart

Dr Mina Nemetallah has been my GP for years and has always taken the time to give me the attention and care needed at all times. His friendly and caring nature is welcoming every time. The wait times can be fairly long due to his diligence in giving appropriate care and time to all, but very worth it.

Highly recommend Dr Nemetallah. Have been attending for many years. Looks after whole family with care and willingness to listen. Will often see my son without an appointment. Was our local GP for years, but now is no longer nearby, but we still commute to see this doctor everytime. Yes sometimes waiting can be longer, but this doctor does not rush you and takes the extra time when needed. Super convenient if need an appointment outside of 9am - 5pm work hours.

I have been seeing Dr Suri for 10 years and he has always been caring and professional. Thanks to his persistence I was diagnosed with a condition that if left untreated would have been life threatening. All of the staff from the nurses to the receptionists are warm and friendly. Thankyou team for looking after me.

Absolute waste of my time. My doctor was useless. I broke my finger, and was sent in a wild goose chase. Gave me a referral to see a liver transplant department of a hospital, the number on the referral wasn’t even the number for the transplant clinic or the fracture clinic. It was some random department number. I would not recommend wasting your time here. This is just a review of the doctor not the other staff.

Dr. Siri explains carefully about the medication prescribed. He looks at my blood results thoroughly and explains the results. I have a problem with understanding him at times due to his accent and mask wearing, and he makes me wait always for over 15 minutes.,

Dr Suri has been my GP for nearly four years and has done an excellent job of maintaining my health working closely with other medical specialists. The good Doctor is very thorough. As an example, he is very careful in medication selection and the most appropriate pathological test choices.

Dr. Suriyapalan at Morningside Family Medical Centre in Queensland, Australia, has been my GP for more than a year now. He’s engaging in his conversation and pays a lot of attention to details. He has strong empathy which makes me very comfortable while he discusses test reports & line of treatment. I strongly recommend him for consultations.
