Do not go to this Noodle Box, if I could rate 0 stars I would. Very terrible customer service, manager was very rude and was blaming Uber Eats for them getting the order wrong, I even called them before placing the order on Uber Eats to make sure that the order was Gluten Free fried rice. My uncle called when we saw the order was wrong, and they said they changed it to noodles, saying that rice isn't gluten free? Like since when has rice not been gluten free, gluten free means that you use gluten free sauce, the order was for my father who is admitted to hospital, it just made his afternoon more miserable because he was hungry and couldn't eat the food the hospital gave him because it had crumbs. And now I see they don’t deliver to the hospital anymore, well for me anyways, which is really petty. Also the Noodle Box said they could make another one but told my uncle to come and pick it up, when he's at the hospital with my dad and couldn't leave him alone for too long and he didn't have any transportation. I'm looking through these other reviews and see they're consistently getting orders wrong, do yourselves a favour, just go to Nandos or Subway.

I didn't enjoy my meal from here. When ordering, the girl at the counter told me I could request mild, medium or hot. I requested mild but the noodles were so incredibly hot I could only handle eating a few mouthfuls. My partner ate the rest. I also ordered tofu as my protein but I was given something else which looked and tasted like a meat substitute product. I was really disappointed with my noodles. My partner didn't mind his.

My food was delicious and the service was excellent and very fast. I would eat again in this place many times because it is a good and delicious meal 🥘

If you don’t know how to make a dish don’t put it on your menu. The noodle are not fresh cooked. They are broken up into tiny pieces. Never again. To expensive. We paid to upgrade to large. Hate to see what small was. Waste of time and money. Never again

Tofu dishes do not contain actual tofu! Although tofu is an option on multiple dishes, they only have textured vegetable protein in the store and the staff clearly do not understand that tofu is a completely different product.

The food, the attention, and the prices!. Excellent in all aspects!. Thanks Noodle box team.

If you don’t know how to put the box together the way you want it I don’t recommend. I clearly failed. I normally get pnut but was walking by and thought to try noodle box. Wide rice noodles were all broken, found just two small pieces of broccoli in the whole box, chicken was okay but … I paid extra to add tofu and that was the worst - weirdly very chewy and not pleasant- holding one in the photo. Was a new tofu experience for me. Funniest part was opening the bag at home and seeing the meal packed with a fork not chopsticks.

I’ve ordered 3 times from here in the last 3 months. Every single time I’ve gotten sick. I thought it was just me, but if it’s that many times, there must be something wrong. TMI Warning. But I’ve been on and off the toilet every time. Maybe something to look at, Noodle Box.

I won’t give this a two or a one star as my order was correct and hot. However, it was actually pretty disappointing, mainly consisted of noodles and sauce. 3 pieces of capsicum and about 6 pieces of meat. I get you’ve got overheads and prices of things are high. But customers are generating an income for this store, and if you disappoint them, they’ll go elsewhere. Please be competitive in the noodle box franchises.

It's a great noodle box. Very clean and tidy. I trust the people working there with how they cook and prep food. I only give 3 stars for atmosphere because it's quite busy outside the restaurant. Next to a coles and bottle shop. Can be handy though.

I ordered chicken dim sims fried and combination Laksa soup - Uber Eats. The dim sims were burnt and the laksa soup had that much salt it was inedible. Very disappointing and never to return.
