The Nest Bistro at the Tin Can Bay Country Club offers some of the most delicious Chinese food you’re likely to find, this side of Shanghai 🍚 It’s a very popular restaurant and it pays to book a table for Friday & Saturday nights. However, should you forget, meals can also be enjoyed in the adjacent lounge bar area 🍺 The kitchen is incredibly busy, the staff are friendly & efficient and your meals will arrive promptly Best of all, every dish we’ve enjoyed at this great venue, has been delicious 😋 There’s a large off street car park and no stairs into the club. Drinks are at club prices with the usual keno, pokies and TAB facilities Highly recommended for an outstanding meal in a great club environment 🏆

We ate at the Chinese restaurant and I can happily say it was the best Chinese meal our family of 7 have ever had. All the food was so fresh and everyone was amazed by how good it tasted. Definitely recommend!!

We ate at the Chinese restaurant. Although it was tasty, the satay vegetables had not been heated through, some were warm, most were cool/ cold also this was the first dish to arrive at our table. The duck was tasty as was the rainbow beef although both of us had tummy problems the next day. They have a good selection of very affordable wines at the bar. We enjoyed the country and western singer and there was a dance floor that was popular. I would have rated them better but for the tummy the next day. It wasn't really bad but still off-putting.

First time visiting and pleasantly surprised with how good the Chinese restaurant was. Great value for money and though busy, meals came out quickly. Enjoyed the entertainment at the bar while waiting for the food. Had a small pokies area that we didn't use but was there if you wanted to. Overall not bad in a town with minimal restaurants and places to go to for entertainment. Will definitely come back.

13th October 2023: Dopey girl tonight taking orders on the phone got the order wrong. No apology by dopey or the hostile Kelly in the kitchen. Told the order is as is on the receipt. Don’t worry about what I ordered and what was confirmed when reading it back. An apology for mucking up the order would have been the most basic way to make amends.

18 hole golf course in wonderful condition - I had the privilege of playing in the Wednesday ladies competition. The ladies I met and played with were very welcoming. Will look forward to my next visit. An absolute must

The proverb is 'Happy Wife, happy life'. She had their seafood basket was excellent quality and price at $21. I had the chicken satay was quite nice, wish I had the seafood basket too

A very nice place to visit for a meal, live music, drinks and pokies. Interesting to have Chinese menu in the restaurant.

Great atmosphere and the best Chinese food in the region. Everything we tried was delicious. The San Choi Bau and the Combination Chow Mein are a must. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of raffles going off, very entertaining
