One of the most beautiful buildings in the city. Stayed here for 6 months with my partner, the apartment was gorgeous with a spectacular view and modern furnishings. The facilities are incredible and so well maintained. Bryce and Gayle who manage the building are the best in the game, super friendly and happy to help with anything required. Respond quickly and efficiently to any maintenance and create a great vibe throughout the building. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We lived at the Austin for 1.5 years and really enjoyed our time there. Fabulous management team, easy move in and out process and fantastic central location! The rooftop views of the city from the pool are awesome and a great spot to watch the annual River Fire event up close!

Bryce and Gayle by far the best onsite property managers ever. They were always willing to accommodate our request and always prompt with maintenance. Always keeping tenants/owners updated with road works and events. They are very kind, caring and understanding which is super rare these days. Austin Apartments is centrally located, close to the bus and train station, major shopping centres, movies etc. I'd definitely live here again!! Thanks again for everything. Liam and Taylah

Austin Apartments managers Gayle and Bryce O’Sullivan were the by far the best agents we have ever tenanted through. They always went above and beyond to make our time at Austin enjoyable. Gayle and Bryce were always extremely organised and kept everyone in the loop, they were kind, caring and very compassionate. Great apartments in superbe location. Highly responsive and very efficient on-site management. Had to terminate early and they found a new tenant in just a single day of vacancy. Great job.

The Austin Management team were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient with everything during my 2 year tenancy. A special mention to the efforts made during both the Brisbane Floods of 2021 and the Grey Street/South Brisbane Station construction. Both Gayle and Bryce were very forthcoming to all updates and special offerings the Brisbane City Council made during these times which one would say was working outside of the scope of service to ensure everyone was well informed. Was very sad to have left, but definitely very glad of my stay and experience. Would Highly recommend with a great team to support your stay.

Best rooftop of any apartment building in Brisbane! It feels like a 5-star resort with the daybed cabanas, infinity pool and view of the Brisbane city skyline. Also, the building's management are the best I've ever experienced. They truly go above and beyond to be helpful and make everything as easy as possible. I was super impressed with how helpful Bryce was even when it came time for me to move out of the building. Thanks, Austin Apartments!

I lived here with my partner for the last 18 months and we loved every minute of it. We moved here from the UK and this was our first rental in Brisbane so the location is absolutely perfect! Right on the edge of Southbank Parklands, it feels like you've got everything within walking distance: West End, the CBD, the train/bus, the motorway, supermarkets. We had family from the UK stay with us for a couple of weeks during our time here and it was amazing to be so close to all the tourism spots like the museum, streets beach and all the bars and restaurants in South Bank! Bryce and Gayle, the building managers, are so approachable, friendly and helpful. Always great communication from them when there are facilities being worked on, road closures in the area, change of normal hours when the front desk is manned, etc. We spent Riverfire and New Years Eve on the rooftop watching the fireworks along the river. We've spent many hours in the pool watching the sunset over the city and had quite a few BBQs on the rooftop too. The only issues we had while living here was the handle for the dishwasher snapped off one morning and the shower head broke. On both occasions, we contacted Bryce and Gayle, and they were fixed/replaced that same day!! We've only moved now to upsizing and moving out of the city but we're so grateful for our time here and will always have such great memories!
