    They continually run out of bread and meatballs. Sometimes I go at lunch time, sometimes I go at dinner time and they seem to never have Italian herb and cheese or meatballs available. Neither of these things are the worst, however I have never experienced either at another subway. The staff often seem busy and understaffed, resulting in a messy store and leading the staff to ask questions like "would you like cookies" only to apologise and tell me they don't have any cookies when I say yes.

    I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering (through UberEats). I ordered an Italian BMT. The only meat I got was a thin slice of what may have been bacon. I got literally one spinach leaf (on a footlong). Then when I complained I hadn’t got what I’d ordered, I received a message saying it can be disappointing when portion control isn’t to your liking. It was ultimately resolved with UberEats. I can’t believe the franchisor doesn’t do something about this store.

    I go to this subway pretty often as a live right next door, I have never had an issue and get the same thing every time, when I ordered today I got the same sub I always get, although this time instead of putting the chipotle on which I always get they put chilli sauce on, I like a bit of spice but almost couldn’t eat this, I called the store to request if I could come back in and get a new sub made I was told that I could come back but I would be recharged for a sub the staff made wrong. The photo makes it pretty clear it had chilli in it not chipotle

    I had to repeat myself for white bread, the guy brought me wheat and I repeated myself a third time, twice I had to say what cheese I wanted. I am not soft spoken. I get it toasted and he walks away while the buzzer is going off he stands around the corner while 2 other staff are busy serving other customers he stands there doing nothing, it wasn't until another customer walked in he put on gloves and helped them. Everything went well from there until I asked for salt and pepper and another person gave 2 half shakes onto the sub and only a speckle of salt and pepper came out. The lettuce definitely does not taste like any other lettuce I've had, it tastes more like cabbage. Not the best interaction and yes I understand it was 1pm but there were only 2 other customers and 3 staff.

    Absolutely horrible! The girl at the counter was very rude! Got the order totally wrong! The sandwich itself looked disgusting! I asked for mayo and got BBQ sauce! Didn’t ask for carrot and I got a sandwich full of it. Straight in the bin it went!

    Ordered Uber eats and gave me the wrong bread. Rye instead of Italian herbs and cheese. Then decided to only give me a $5 refund - not acceptable. I would have preferred you to remake it. Will not be ordered from here again.

    The subway here gives me full loaded footlongs every time I ask for all salads except for jalapenos. It struggles to keep itself together and I love it! I like my footlongs thicc Some other subways are too cautious with the salad loading and I just get skinny footlongs.

    Ordered a foot long and had to correct them on every topping 4 slices of tomato and cucumber etc is under average it should be 6. Everything was such a little amount they do not care. They drop food in other foods than put it on your sub disgusting place.

    The worst subway I have been to. Team have no idea how to make a simple wrap it was difficult to watch. I got to the register as realised they hadn’t asked me for sauce or S&P so had to go back AND to top it off the avo was frozen.

    Horrible customer service. Very very little salads given on the sandwiches. I got a footlong sub and only had three slices of cucumber on it and hardly any onion or olives. Terrible all round.
