Since buying our apartment at Panorama our communication with Sharmala and Tamika have been exceptional. They both respond very quickly to correspondence. We love living in our new little community at Panorama.

Sharmala & Tamika have repeatedly proven to be consistent, attentive, fast, and productive property managers. Problem solvers, and great to deal with. I'd happily recommend Panorama based on their commitment to effective service. A lovely and functional place to live. (It's better than that, but I don't want to go over the top.)

Amazing service, took 24 hours for our application to be reviewed and approved for the apartment we had looked at renting. Sharmala & Tamika have been so prompt with communicaton and details, when house hunting in the Brisbane market; I think I speak for many here on the worry of trying to secure a place in a window of time and waiting on inspections and feedback, so to ave such a streamlined and fast turn around has taken monumental stress off us for what we had envisioned to be a long and stressful period of time. Cant thank them enough

Sharmala and Tamika were incredibly outstanding my rate towards their service was 15 out of 10! We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. Prompt response in every emails I have sent explaining details of the kind of property I was looking for to rent. I HIGHLY recommend them for any rental requirements - they will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. after you finish, they will give you their opinion/feedback via email straight away on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc. I will definitely keep them on my list. Honestly where do I begin, Sharmala was an absolute gem in helping my partner and I in getting the tenancy to the lovely apartment that we're about to move into soon and it wouldn't have been possible without them! Communication was transparent and prompt and my partner and I felt extremely welcome and we're grateful to have a home here!

Sharmala is such a beautiful person and that truly reflects in her work. I lived in Panorama for 1.5 years and unfortunately had to cut my lease short due to work commitments. The apartments in the complex are quite lovely and the building has such a genuine social community.
