Very busy store but the staff were all super lovely and very helpful. I was early for my appointment and was able to get in a 15minute chair massage, the girl at the counter knew exactly where I was to come collect me for my appointment. Would not hesitate to recommend this place. Great experience.

Lovely staff from the first to the last member. Very helpful and glasses were ready for collection much sooner than expected. I'm so happy with my new glasses, especially seeing that I got them on special!

I experienced little to no wait time at all even thou it was busy, so chose my frames in that time. Hugh discount on my overall total was fantastic Thank you. Specsavers has always been good - great services and products, my experience at the Strathpine store though, was next level. They have such a great team there! Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt heard and un rushed. The optometrist was great and explained everything really well. I witnessed real-time staff training as Micheal is new and he was navigating their computer program. It was lovely to witness such kindness and support given to a new team member, she was very encouraging and supportive to him and appreciative of the extra time I was there due to his training. 10/10, best service I've had at specsavers, well done everyone!

This stores staff are always so friendly and willing to assist. I have seen them take extra care of the elderly and people with additional needs. This makes me smile seeing what they do. The staff help you each step of the way from arrival right up to when you pick frames and return to have them fitted. I highly recommend the Strathpine store. They have some wonderful employees and Specsavers should be proud, there were 2 staff that stood out in particular Andy and Tammara during my last visit and their type of customer service is what keeps me going back to the same store year after year.

Went in on Saturday for a regular eye test and some new glasses. It’s always a pleasure going in to see Andy and the team. They’re all so friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to work out what deals worked best with my health fund. I always know my eyes are in good hands!

Staff at specsavers Strathpine are always excellent. I have been buying glasses there for a number of years and although staff have changed over the years I have never been less than extremely satisfied with the service I have received. Definitely 5 star service all round at this store.

Specsavers Strathpine, what a store! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. The staff are always happy to help. Their feedback when choosing glasses is always honest. I won’t go anywhere else. My 3 year old has had a few issues over the last 2 years, from conjunctivitis to inflamed red eye and they are happy to fit her in where they can. It’s no wonder they’ve won Store of the Year for the 3rd time. The optometrists and retail staff are amazing. Well done Strathpine.
