😠 Extremely poor experience. Billed for 2 follow up consultations which should have been bulk billed. Waited 15mins for Dr Chern and we were the first appointment of the day. Definitely will not be returning and would not recommend.

The entire experience of a doctor's visit here felt unprofessional and lacking in care. The receptionists were not well-spoken or welcoming upon entry, and the rhetoric among staff was deficient in understanding that other patients could hear their conversations. Timeliness was not a priority, and the organization was extremely poor. It would be highly beneficial to visit a provider that can actually provide good care.

I don’t agree with a lot of the negative comments on here. I’ve seen a few different doctors and been satisfied with the treatment on the whole. The receptionists are all nice. It’s true they don’t always bulk bill but I think they’re very fair to patients and they look after children well too. Many patients now out of work will appreciate being bulk billed now when they never have been before. I accept paying when I’m working quite happily knowing that life is easier for those who cannot afford it - and by the way, that is basically following the Hippocratic Oath.

What a joke! Arrived at 3.15 for 3.15 appt. Waiting room was empty. Presented to the counter and then took a seat. Exactly one hour and 9 patients later, still waiting. I asked the receptionist what time she had our appointment booked in for, the only response I got was a look of bewilderment and told I could see the Dr next. With a family of 5 having just gone in, my response FORGET IT! Not a professional establishment at all!!

I really wish that this could be a supportive and positive review, but due to my experiences here..it will not be so. Going to the doctors when you are unwell can be an intimidating experience enough in itself, but to be treated with disdain and contempt - when you are there for care and aid - is another thing entirely. It is these sorts of doctor/patient interactions that can deter those already wary of attending doctors in the first place. I am someone who finds it difficult to admit that I am not feeling well enough to attend work, yet Dr Dias will decide how you feel without consideration to physical, nor mental well-being. I’m not a healthcare worker myself, but I do not feel that gaslighting is an effective technique to treating patients. The receptionists and assistants here are an absolute pleasure…I just wish I could say the same of the doctors at this practise. Unless you have no other options and wish to feel worse than you did than when you arrived, I would not recommend here.

Went in with my husband, who had an appointment, wanting to get an appointment for myself. I don’t think a smile from the receptionist would be a lot to ask. Husband had been feeling dizzy and nauseated for 3 days and was hoping to get some blood work to see what it was. Literally FIVE min later he comes out rolling his eyes and shaking his head. Dr Zofia prescribed him anti nausea pills. No blood work, no questions, no nothing. What a waste of time and money. Needless to say. I did not get an appointment for myself and my husband will not go back. “Doctor” is too big a word for Zofia Piotrowska. Must’ve gotten her degree from Google.

My kids managed to get a vaccine on time here but i went today and waited for 20min and I still had people in front of me when i left. sorry but the nurse administering these should be able to stick to a schedule and not expect people to wait half an hour for a needle

👍👍 I have been a patient at Go2 Health for many years and I have had my mind, body and soul attended to in one way or another from years of abuse. Prior to coming to Go2 Health I had seen a variety of doctors and specialists that did not understand my medical needs nor really care about patients, it ap...

🫤 I've been going to this centre for about 20 years. Over the last year or so, when I call to make an appointment, the wait time is at least 10 minutes. On several occasions I've had to hang up and make an appointment elsewhere because I didn't have the time to keep waiting. I know surgeries have been...
