The service is nice but food is terrible . Fish and chip was very bad. Some chip were raw and taste just like raw potato. Fish also taste not fresh, you guys really should work on your food more.

Staff are nice enough, the food? Pretty much the worst fish and chips I've ever eaten, it's like they blended the fish and put it in an eggy bread casing, charred the casing with oil till nothing survived and labelled it fish. Everything was somehow cold despite being in a hot box?

Paid nearly 17 dollars for a roast plate, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The roast veggies were dry, like you could tell they had been sitting in the warmer all day. Unfortunately though, the gravy made this meal inedible due to how salty and weird it tasted (like one of those quick instant powder mixes).

Service of most staff is good. I like the roast pork plate but there fish and chips is dry and there fish tastes frozen. Not to mention there special menu where they have $5 Gems and drink on it but when you go to order it you very rudely get told you have to order a sandwich or roll but no where in the advertising does it say you have to.

The hash brown and sausage tasted like the oil had not been changed in a very long time. The bacon was 95% fat and barely cooked. The food looked and tasted very unappealing. I felt like a was getting food poisoning just looking at it. The only acceptable thing was the toast with butter. I’m very impressed that they managed to stuff up simple bacon and eggs.

Worst carvery ever!! Very stingy with servings of beef for a meal, questioned if 3 & bit skinny slices of beef is all you get for a meal? Then ordered sandwich deal instead which she used 2 pieces & put the rest back!? The cup of chips were barely there & dry & almost cold. Not value for money! Avoid!

Service is fine, but the food is terrible. Beef was tough, pork as well. The bbq sauce was smoked not normal, if they told me that I would have declined it. They don't even sell decent fish, its basa. All in all the food standards suck big time and I won't be buying there again.
