The hotel location isn’t too bad being right above central station with internal access ways. The lobby was spacious and inviting and the reception staff were attentive and friendly. The floors rooms and hallways were very outdated with musty odours masked by cleaning sprays. If you have sensitivities you may find the smells and poor ventilation a problem. The rooms were carpeted and old but well maintained. The walls were paper thin allowing noise from the adjoining rooms and hallways to disturb. The bathroom was particularly outdated with bath shower combos and fixed fixtures that were inconvenient to use and slippery making showering somewhat dangerous. Housekeeping kept forgetting to replace the bottled water in the room. No sensible power outlet near the beds. Very poor lighting in the room making it dark and dreary. The fitness centre gym was very small with limited equipment and looked so dull with no water supplied. Overall a solid 3 star hotel experience.

1st time, quality coffee and cake. Second visit, lunch. Very good staff, helpful. Great location, direct access to and from entrance to Central Train Station. One of the only eateries open in the precinct of a weekend. Also a relaxing respite from city rush, crowds and noise

I don't understand how a 5 star Hotel provide the food like this? It seems like they just ordered them from food factory. This is the quarantine food, always sausage Or chicken for meat. Haven't seem any beef Or pork. It charge us 65 dollars a day.I have seem other quarantine hotel food in QLD, they are much better than these food. The food hasn't to be fancy, but at least Please think about our situation if you were us to eating the food like this in quarantine.

Stayed here after having a flight cancelled, have to say the service was top notch. From the moment we arrived me and my friend received excellent service and the staff made our stay easy and enjoyable. The food at the Suzette was good, I Recommend the Potato Gnocchi! The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.

Have had lunch here 3 times now. Each time has been great. Went today and best yet. Had the lunch menu. Absolutely loved the Moreton bug roll. Service by Linda and Ernst was impeccable. Apparently Ernst in training but great service and so nice. Linda was fabulous and we had a wonderful lunch. BEST EVER. We are going back tomorrow unbeatable. Thanks Ernst and Linda. 5 stars.

Stayed here for quarantine. I think management are power-drunk with all the powers they have been emboldened with due to the pandemic. They were rude, restrictive and un-accomodating. 60% of the food went straight in the garbage. Worst quarantine ever, and it's my 4th one. I used to think Sofitel was a good brand, have stayed with them many times before. NEVER AGAIN!!

Stayed for quarantine, could not get a decent night sleep. Very noisy and bad windows - I am amazed they have 5 stars with the way the windows look, maybe 5 falling stars. Don’t recommend if you want to actually sleep. Rooms overall are not 5 start level by far. Food was also terrible, and complaint were not acknowledged by staff. You would get around 1 litre of water / day - when the normal intake it 2-3 litres / day. Coffee was instant coffee. Also could not order anything from the hotel, everything had to be from outside. I would not stay in this hotel if they would pay me to stay there - they are a disgrace to the hotel industry, I amazed they have 5 stars and they are opened. QLD Health should try to spend a few days in a hotel before they send people there - Just saying. This hotel should be removed from quarantine list, and probably closed.

Great service! Ample parking! Great staff! The best food I’d say! Haven’t been to a hotel that does such good Pakistani food. The food was so flavoursome and the buffet was arranged beautifully! Only let down for the night was air-conditioning. It was constantly getting too hot. Which is a big deal on weddings that already are stressful. The staff though were understanding and were doing their best to get the problem sorted. Overall 9.5/10. Wonderful!

Seafood especially was well presented with excellent quality and taste at Suzette Restaurant. Service was good with the staff friendly and attentive. Friday & Saturday nights have Seafood as their main Buffet fare although there is plenty of alternatives.

The staff made us feel extremely welcome. It felt like a second home. The building is a bit dated but that can't be helped. Shout out to the barman who gave me a great overview of cognac. Sorry bro can't remember your name.

Update: provided the feedback to the hotel dealt with an amazing lady called Rebecca who took all of our feedback on board and credited a few things off the bill. Definitely 5 star for customer service Check in was a phenomenal experience and our rooms were ready before the check in time which was appreciated. Unfortunately the rooms were a real let down, ripped and old bed covers, pealing wall paper, holes in the lamp, steins on the arm chair and very dusty. The rooms are definitely more suited to a 3 star hotel. We ordered some poolside food, the app wasn’t working and it was incredibly expensive and definitely not worth the money. $8 for an in-house service only to have to wait 45 min for kids meals and drinks which were made wrong anyway so we had to wait even longer. The check in staff are amazing but I expected a lot more of the facilities for $300 a night

The hotel is stunningly classic 5 star. The lobby is beautiful. The furniture is comfortable and luscious. It took me a while to pick a lounge to wait for guests. The doorman & concierge impecable. High Tea sweets 10/10. Scones were undercooked and not enough jam. Savories not to my taste buds. One glass of bubbles. Two coffees. Customer service for high tea completely atrocious. The table was ignored for the most part (97%). The table tried getting attention a few times & failed. In the end the table had to raise our voice to get attention. The table needed to ask for water ( not served at all with food) & requested coffee. I was extremely disappointed after hearing wonderful stories about the service & food. At $79 a head; I won’t be in a rush back. Bonjour … to the doorman & concierge. Thank you for calling me a taxi & how my day was. As for the bar staff serving high tea please do your job for all not just one table. If the area was busy, I could understand but it wasn’t a quarter full. With service like this, no wonder customers don’t come back.

My husband and I stayed here twice in the last two months, once for our anniversary in November and then again with friends for New Year's. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service by Alex, the bartender. He remembered us from our previous stay and went above and beyond, making our New Year's Eve memorable. Always ensuring we had a drink, even after we left for dinner and returned, he had drinks ready for us. Definitely planning to stay again, thanks to the outstanding service by Alex.

After a recent bad experience in an overseas Novotel this visit to the Brisbane Sofitel has restored our confidence in the Accor chain. The staff were on the ball and super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well positioned in the CBD and has parking available onsite. Central station is directly under the hotel so extra handy but could hear no noise from the trains in our room. Just a helpful note. If you want to do some sightseeing on the day you check out then you have until 5pm to retrieve your car from the car park. We had the buffet breakfast and found it to have a very good selection of food including dairy free options like soy and almond milk etc. We also had dinner in the restaurant and found the service to be excellent. Our room was great... Very comfortable and spacious. We would happily return here. Cheers and enjoy.

Our dear old Sofitel is looking old. The service remains superb and the staff engaged - mire engaged than our last visit here in fact. The decor in the public areas is fine, although a little dated. Where it falls down, or more accurately, where it doesn't measure up, is all the things that make a place 5 stars. The pool area is very old and unloved. The business centre was full of stacked chairs. The bedrooms are ok size but the bathrooms are not. Tiny baths with a dribble shower over the bath. They've got rid of the individual soaps and the bulk soap dispenser is not convenient if you're in the bath. You'd have to stand up, spill water all over the floor (because the bath is so small) to access the soap. The shower is hemmed in by glass but its the width of the tiny bath. Things which other hotels treat as normal, like free movies, are $17 here. I never found the free WiFi. So the question is, how much value do you put on good staff?

Fabulous location in every way. If you're traveling by train you step into the Central Station complex and then it's just a matter of getting on to an escalator and you're at the hotel. If you're using your car, you drive to the main entrance where a valet takes over and parks your car for you. If you want to explore the Brisbane city, it's literally at your feet. And as the city itself is designed in clear, parallel lines, it's impossible for you to get lost. The staff at the hotel, elegantly dressed, are incredibly helpful. If you're looking at all lost someone will appear and either points you in the right direction or give you the information you need. The public rooms are elegant and attractive with floral arrangements scattered around the room and paintings on the walls. If you want to take a load of your feet, the lounge room you step into through the front entrance is filled with chairs and sofas, all sizes and shapes, in a variety of different colours and textures. This is every inch a five-star hotel.

I was in Brisbane under challenging circumstances but Jefferson and Liana were kind, helpful and made my stay stress-free. The room was spacious and had everything I needed to recharge from the day's events. The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to the centre of the city and within an easy commute to Royal Brisbane Hospital.

Welcomed by everyone, service was incredible, love the Club floor and food provided this time was prefect for dinner so brilliant when travelling for work. I received a beautiful welcome gift of home made chocs for returning guests - that was lovely and to leave a linen cloth and slippers at the bedside at night was a lovely touch. Only other place I have ever received that was the Savoy in London. Well done Sofitel.

From the moment I entered the customer service was amazing. They are so accommodating and helpful. Thank you to Anastasia for your directions when I got lost. The breakfast buffet was excellent and I don't normally like buffets. Will stay again in the future.

Last year was the best day staying here. Made my day so well, no more stress the assisting staff was amazing. The service are very good. This place makes me feel so relax with a wonderful and great view room. Wanted to check-in again if I had a business in Brisbane. Highly recommended!

I had another fabulous stay at the Sofitel Brisbane Central. The standard of service was at its usual excellent level. The staff were very professional as well as friendly. The room was excellent as was the food. The location of the hotel is great within the city precinct with excellent access to a number of services including shopping.

We popped in to have morning tea before our spa treatments upstairs. We had a lovely morning tea and then came back down later for a late lunch. The atmosphere was calm and the staff were amazing. Just a very large shout out to Alex at the bar. He was incredible.

We had the best experience from the time we checked in. The room was upgraded and was excellent, as well as the bottle of champagne and cheese cake as complimentary for our Anniversary. That was a lovely surprise. The champagne at the dinner table also complimentary was the best and then the meal was great as well. We will certainly be back next year.

The lobby is beautiful and staff were great. Excellent service. The room however is 2 star at the most. Super old. Super smelly. Shower over bath unsafe. Carpet was damp. The furniture was dirty. Dusty in the room and also furniture near elevators on our level. We checked out after a day. The staff kindly refunded us. Needs a full renovation. It’s about a 10 - 20 minute walk to any location. We had beautiful views of a parking lot. Nothing that is super close.

We are Platinum members and my wife booked an overnight stay for my birthday. She called a few days before our stay to let them know we were celebrating a birthday. The girl she spoke to said she would put a note on the system and also asked what wine we would like for our gift. Arrived at 2pm, room wasn't ready which wasn't a big deal as we intended to go for a walk anyway. When we returned just after 3pm we were given the keys to our room however no welcome gift was left which left her bitterly disappointed. I also noted that while the hotel was definitely not full, given it was a Sunday night, no upgrade was also offered. We have stayed here numerous times in the past however this experience left us deflated.

Very convenient location and right above the train station to the airport. The comfiest bed I've slept on. The service was amazing, one of the concierges recommended Coffee Anthology for breakfast. It didn't disappoint. Pool was great and I'm definitely coming back for the high tea, it looked amazing.

Elegance with warm ambience, mix of modern and french classical furnishings, very clean. The vibe is very chic, relaxed yet uplifting and rejuvenating. The pool and spa while not massively big catered well for guests while waiters served refreshing drinks and fresh fruit. All staff were mostly friendly despite the business during peak dinner time at the restaurant. Special thanks, especially to Angel from the restaurant for making our dining experience as pleasant as she could. I recommend the amazing spa services that is worth treating yourself too (bathrobes so warm, fluffy and like floating on a cloud) - I have never felt so spoilt till I visited the Sofitel spa services. Although the hotel was very busy we were provided a special birthday treat to our room with compliments of the hotel. I definitely will return, absolute luxurious value for money. Easy ample, convenient choice of spacious parking on and off site. The electrical and bathroom facilities were not very modern. The bath itself is very small and seemed a waste of space or poorly designed for the space. However, immaculately clean with nourishing body bathroom products.

Hotel decoration and room was nice but we felt quality service/ initiative was lacking. Family of 3, only received 1 room key on check in and only had 2 bath towels. Yes we could of/ did ask but feel these things are basic customer service. We also had a toddler/ pram and couldn't suss out the best way to walk to the city

We visited on a weekend early December. The foyer had a very classy festive theme and all staff were friendly and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable for our short 2 night stay. The location is convenient to the train station and also a short walk from Queen Street Mall. Only negative was the fact that the shower is within a bath tub. Having said this, I will likely stay here again.

We stayed at the Sofitel yet again for a brief weekend getaway. The team never fail to impress, always being super professional, courteous and helpful. Service was great in all areas from dining to room service and front of house. My partner and I always come away from a stay here feeling refreshed and rested!

Had a Junior King Suite for 2 nights. Great free bottle of French Champagne with the room was a nice touch. Had excellent breakfast at Suzette restaurant downstairs and walking distance to city centre area. It was just the sort of break we needed to celebrate our 31st Anniversary.

Your staff are fantastic!! From the lady on checkin to the guys that bought our bags to the room, to the staff at breakfast, all were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. We had a function at the hotel and it was great being able to stay so close by.

We stayed 2 nights in a junior king suite. Unfortunately the door failed the first night and locked us out but the staff were excellent, kind and considerate beyond expectations in getting it fixed quickly and making sure we were OK. I really want to thank all the staff for a great stay. They were intuitive, great at anticipating the needs of their guests and over delivering in a lovely way. The turn down service was great, tasty food and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

From check in to check out we enjoyed our stay. The lovely doormen, valet parking and luggage service was so easy. The food at the restaurant was superb. All staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble or a challenge when the bar staff looked up and made us our requested cocktail a Raspberry cheesecake. The pool was a little chilly but we enjoyed the spa.

We spent a night at Sofitel Brisbane before heading to Gold Coast. The hospitality of all staffs was extremely great. Especially the uncle porter and lobby staff named Aaron, they are so nice to us. Everyone seems enthusiastic to help us. As a platinum-tier Accor member, I was eligible to spend my time in the executive lounge which we both enjoy the time there. Hotel’s location is second to none and convenient to find something to eat elsewhere. I will choose to stay here again for a next Brisbane visit.

I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They demonstrated a remarkable willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring that we had all the necessary support to execute a highly successful event. Moreover, the hotel itself is a true gem, boasting its own unique charm and elegance. The common areas and restrooms were impeccably maintained, setting a high standard for cleanliness and hygiene.

From Check in to check out the guest experience is always positive. Staff always acknowledge my member status and on this recent stay I greatly appreciated the room upgrade. This extra space came in extremely handy to conduct ZOOM calls with work. Convenient location and parking and the food is always fantastic!

Room service takes forever on a slow night. Best off going somewhere else for food and drink. View is nice but is in the old section of Brisbane central so not that noteworthy. Lobby is beautiful, some of the rooms are nice others are dated in their design. All rooms are clean and good quality.

The hotel was lovely. Being a diamond member the lounge was thoroughly enjoyable. Until the NRL got involved, booked out the entire hotel and turfed me out, only to be told by word of mouth that my reservation had been canceled. Would love to stay here again but heck, be honest.

Spent a week in Brisbane staying here. The staff made it the best city break EVER! Will definitely stay here again.. location is the top of town. Not far to walk to anywhere. Food was great! Ate breakfast most days there and dinner 3 nights. Emmanuel Mohammed was the standout best friendliest members of staff of any hotel we've been to. Such a friendly happy nice person. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great views. Pool was perfect and a hot tub that was always quiet.

Dreadful. How can this run down poorly operated & maintained property claim to be 5* Dirty room that had not been cleaned before check-in. Dusty and rubbish on the floor on arrival. Faulty plumbing. Leaking basin and faulty toilet mechanism, tap washer on last legs. Duty manager “too busy to take calls from guests” Written complaints not responded to. Disgusting prepackaged junk food delivered by “room service” instead of fresh wholesome real food. We have thrown so much food in the bin, what a waste. Totally incredulous as to how this place gets so many good reviews The view from the room was good and location ideal, other than than nothing positive to say. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this place again.

Stayed for hotel quarantine. Upon initial entry, we thought we were lucky as the reception area is highly clean, tall, modern and beautiful. That's where the amazingness stops. We were told the rooms are "Professionally cleaned" due to COVID. Our room had dust on the window frames which looked 3-4 months old. When opening the curtain, dust would fly all around the room. (This is not an exaggeration, I was literally covered in dust from head to toe just by opening the curtain). The floor had crumbs from previous guests on it. When we addressed the issue, we were unable to move rooms. So we requested cleaning equipment. (Which is ridiculous in the first place, why do we have to clean a room we are paying to stay in, in the first place??) Was told by management "We will send the equipment up to your room, please tell us what you require" So we requested certain items (Lint roller to clean the floor, wipes, cleaning spray, paper towels) A day passes, no cleaning equipment. 2nd day passes, no cleaning equipment. So we call the reception, ask them where is our cleaning equipment that was promised? We got the response, "We will send it up right away!" 20 minutes later we get a knock on the door, and behold, our amazing variety of cleaning equipment arrives! (....It's a single dust pan, 2 chux wipes and a huge bottle of liquid alcohol)... okay.. fair enough. Not sure how we were supposed to clean a mountain of dust off the curtains and crumbs off the floor with this, but we managed nonetheless. In addition to the room, taps were leaky, and screech horribly every time you open them. The view from the room was nice. That's about it. Food was average at best. Rinse and repeat meals over a 14 day period. Christmas lunch was an exception. For $21.50 per meal (On average) I'm not sure how cereal and bread with no butter as a meal is justified. One of the meals was corn chips, with cold shredded cheese and salad. How do you suppose we heat up the cheese so it can melt with what I assume is supposed to be nachos? Nonetheless, we used a hairdryer to melt the cheese as we weren't provided with a microwave or anything else to heat/melt certain foods. As there was 2 of us in the room, we noticed differences in meals. (For example, one bag had butter, one bag didn't get butter. One bag had cutlery, the other didn't get it. One bag got a soft drink, the other one didn't get one??) Lucky because there was 2 of us and we could share, but for people who are staying alone, not sure how this would have gone down. On top of all of this, one of our laundry items had been lost. When we reported the issue, I never received a follow-up. It's been about 10 days since then and we still haven't received a follow up in regards to our missing laundry item. They say they will "Call me back" but they never do. Unless I initiate a conversation first, there is never any incentive from their side to follow up on an existing issue. Service from the hotel staff, in general, wasn't bad, not like they were rude or anything. They were quite pleasant to talk to over the phone. I just feel like communication could be a little better between the teams. (Housekeeping/reception). In short, whoever has to quarantine here, good luck. :)

I assume this place got it's 5 star rating prior to becoming a quarantine hotel. Not sure if there was a change in management, but the current way it's run is an insult to what you would call "French luxury". If cereal for breakfast is french luxury then I must have been living in a different country when I went to France.

I didn't stay due to quarantine regulations but did ring in to make some enquiries. I spoke with a young gentleman by the name of Josh. I can't commend your business enough for the fantastic service and representation he gives on your behalf. I greatly appreciate good customer service, his was excellent.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here! Very quiet, relaxing and clean hotel. The beds were very comfy and perfect for a tired traveller! The staff were very polite and helpful. I was only here for a short stay but managed to enjoy most of the facilities, make sure you utilise the pool and enjoy breakfast at Suzette!

We enjoyed the Bluetooth speakers built into the hot tub, and the pool was a lovely temperature. Be sure to be clear on prices and needs before indulging in anything as costs are sometimes alarmingly disproportionate to quality/quantity & service. Awesome valet and concierge attendants to help arrivals and departures.

I have stayed in this Sofitel many times over the past few years, with this trip being 10 days. The standard double rooms (generally room number 20 on each floor) are comfortable, but basic amenities are sparse. You have two double beds, a small coffee table without chairs, a single seater sofa, and a workdesk with an adjustable office chair. Iron, kettle and a mini fridge are also included. There is a spa and pool available. The weather was too cool during this trip in April to use the pool, but the spa was sitting around 35.6°C. While not as warm as I would hope, it was still a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is very good, with top quality coffee included on demand. This buffet is ideal if you intend to not cook on holiday, as the rooms are designed for eating out the whole stay. There is no cutlery provided (other than two teaspoons for hot drinks), no plates or bowls, or even a toaster. The mini fridge has a mini "freezer" compartment which does not freeze, but will keep drinks cooler if they are small enough. After the room being "serviced" for several days, I had to request vacuuming and toilet cleaning as these were not being done after 5+ days. Sheet changes are not a given each week, and need to also be requested, cups/glasses will not be cleaned and there is no detergent provided to do this yourself. This has not been my experience in the past, so it is possible that it is taking a while to get back into things after the covid mandates have been lifted. The mattresses are rather misshapen from prolonged use, and need to be flipped or replaced. However, the beds are still loaded with comfy sheets and pillows, making the beds quite cosy despite being on a slight angle. The lighting is quite poor, with the main source of light being the large full-wall windows during the day, and two lamps at night. There is a small dedicated lamp for the work desk. There is also a very small awkward drawer underneath the desk, so be careful to not hurt your knee as my husband keeps doing. It is sharp! The TV guide is not user friendly, so scrolling through 300 channels seems to be the best method to find a show. There is also not much room for luggage storage. I think the goal of these rooms is to be suitable for business use, as they are not laid out as somewhere to relax for a long stay. If I were to spend over a week in Brisbane again, I think I would stay elsewhere, despite my loyalties lying here in the past. If I had come for business, I expect my impression of this stay would be much nicer.

Just spent 3 nights at Sofitel Brisbane and cannot fault the place. Beautiful room, restaurant choices and price variety, room service, pool, spa treatment 2 hours and breakfast choices. We checked in online to avoid the wait but no one was servicing Platinum check-in and once seen to our rooms keys etc were not ready. Stayed in a junior suite - which was clean and tidy , but desperately in need of refurbishment. The decor is harsh & dated , carpets had stains and furniture was showing signs of wear & tear. It was nice that the club lounge was back open & we had access - nice way to unwind after the day with a glass or two. Breakfast was very good and the chef took me around explaining what was gluten-free and celiac safe. Some really good healthy options too including fresh veg ! On the down side - Room service for Pate & a coffee took over an hour and even longer to get slippers brought up to the room. Over-all it’s still a comfortable stay, but quite the 5 Star it used to be. Hopefully we see some improvements soon.

My stay was just okay, not a 5-star experience by any chance. So underwhelmed by the entire journey! The place needs a serious shake-up! The decor Is outdated and all over the place! Not sure what message is being conveyed… there’s an element of confusion! The food was so overpriced and not up to standard for a5-star offering. I was quite disappointed. The service was great though.

Rooms need updating. Had to ask for things that should have already been in our room on arrival? Phone dud not work? Housekeeping service could have been better had to ask twice for things again on 2nd day? However very efficient friendly professional service by 3 staff when my daughter burnt her arm.

Everything was great, service, bar staff, cleanliness. All amazing. Then, I laid in bed. Wow. I'm really sorry I have to say probably one of the worst sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. Bed felt like lumber with a quilt on it. Was my only issue.

Great Hotel friendly welcoming staff. Excellent food choices for breakfast. Room clean with all amenities. Had opportunity to meet General Manager in Club room - very nice. Also want to praise Daniel who is the luxury executive manager. He leads a great staff of relatively new staff

The hotel itself is excellent, 5 star. Staff are great, rooms very cool, chic, clean, functional. I marked it down a star overall because the main restaurant which I used, tired, after a late evening arrival, charges exhorbitant prices for measly proportions. 4 small pieces of well cooked lamb, an extra plate of veggies ( so I didn't go hungry) and a cup of tea was 90 bucks. Just not worth the. money, even with great service.

Very nicely located hotel, super convenient for shopping and dining. Rooms are a bit dated, sighns of wear and tear show the age of the hotel. The staff is super attentive and helpful. Can't ask for more. Professional and courteous. The gentleman at the concierge desk went out of his way to find a nice restaurant for us. Where we had a wonderful meal and great time!

Our entire experience with our stay here was incredible. The staff were so welcoming and prompt with their attention. I told them we were celebrating my husband's 50th and we kept getting little free surprises . Rooms were tidy, buffet breakfast was great. Highly recommend. Also gave us an early check-in at 11am for no extra charge.

It’s a nice hotel but definitely not a 5-star as the rooms greet you with older carpet/smell and bathroom fixtures right out of 1982. However, the beds are new, the pool area is nice and the gym has three separate areas for cardio, strength training and balls/mats. The food in the restaurant is very good but the service is slow (and for the coffee area it’s an 8-10min wait with no line). Overall, a good location and experience as long as the room doesn’t bother you. 3.5 stars.

Nice hotel, nice location and not noisy. The bed was very soft big and comfortable. Spacious room with safe. Bathroom has bath which i really appreciate, all amenities were in place however not in the small version.

Lovely Easter Saturday buffet experience! Long Black was a little average but the filter coffee was great so will stick to that next time! The service was great as the credit card machine was not working for many people and the team on shift handled it well!

Good central location. Comfortable bed and luxurious linen. Buffet was good but definitely highly overpriced at $119/head. We were silly and didn’t check the price before we sat down. House keeping staff were just the friendliest warmest ladies. Sorry can’t say the same for some of the bar staff.

Had the buffet lunch. Amazing selection of seafood (best oysters), hot and cold dishes and desserts. $29 free flowing champagne if that’s your thing. Right above central station but if you must drive park across the road in the council car park ($5 as opposed to $20 on a Saturday)

My husband and I were attending the Mining Electrical Safety conference. We had a room upgrade on check-in. The food was amazing, we dined in the restaurant on the first evening, The conference dinner was excellent and delicious.
