Very comfortable stay. The staff were great and made us feel welcome. The room was well appointed. Particularly enjoyed the mini bar/drinks area. Comfy bed. The bathroom was large, with options of a tub and a rainfall shower. Room service was great. Very fast. The food was so tasty. Shout out to the Morton Bay bug tagliarini. It was so good when we ordered in room that we ordered it again in the restaurant a couple days later. Yum! Would definitely return here.

Had an amazing lunch at the bar/restaurant here. The market fish, the Moreton bay bug spaghetti and the creme caramel were all excellent and Carlota was an awesome host, took care of us very well and made sure that we didn’t have to wait for too long to get what we ordered. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I was made welcome from the time I entered the premises until the time I departed. The Staff are Friendly, Professional and always Helpful. The Room was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable furnishings and bed. The Dining experience was delicious and the coffee divine. I have never before stayed in accommodation that is as pleasantly memorable. Thank you for a Wonderful stay and I will definitely return next time I am in Brisbane.

Had an excellent stay with the Inchcolm by Ovolo last week. This trip almost felt like coming home (we are originally from Brisbane) and the staff at Ovolo made our trip very comfortable and memorable. We were always greeted with a smile and the food at the hotel was delicious. Rooms were gorgeous! However be careful in the bathroom as there is no recess/front screen in the shower which means the floor can get slippery. Am recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to Brisbane! Looking forward to our next stay :)

3.25 ⭐️-came to try their high tea, very beautiful interior. Pricing is reasonable however you get basic tea & coffee selection. The food was beautifully presented however the taste was average. Not the best I've had but was a fun experience

OMG, what a find. The establishment is simply stunning but the staff, WOW, the staff made our stay. We haven't before in Australia found such quality of service and attention. Had a wonderful work dinner at the Inchcolm. Food was fresh and well presented (never had swordfish on function dinner, and it was wonderful), service was somewhat casual but prompt, and atmosphere reminded good old classic charm. Wines provided were average house wines, which made me wonder what the wine list would be like.

The restaurant and bar are exceptional, the food is consistently brilliant, the jazz on Thursday evenings is great, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Reuben who made our last dining experience even better than usual with his excellent service! We’ll certainly be back

Not recommend for any solo traveler. And ,for all the travelers, highly recommended put “no disturb” note all the time. Without the “no disturbing “note, they can open the door and enter the room even when you answered the knocking and you tried to check who they are. Once the employee state that they hear nothing, the manager of the hotel will ignore the privacy and safety of guest, ignore what guest said and put finger on guest like : have not put “no disturbing “ note, inexperience guests. Recommend 0 of 5 for the service and safety.

The Incholm is THE boutique hotel in Brisbane for those who want a touch of class mixed with refurbished, upgraded and classic details and wrapped up in amazing heritage listed building. I recently stayed with my partner as it was my birthday and we spent a night on the town. The staff were amazing and in my room was a cute handmade card beside some chocolates and a balloon. The amenities were well designed and the city view room was spacious and luxe. The staff were friendly, polite and in particular Santosh! He made sure our stay was world class and I would recommend asking for him if you stay. Will definitely be back.

LOVE this hotel ! It’s unique! Lovely place to stay as a couple . Can be kid friendly as well but it’s a nice place to go as a couple for a weekend away. Beautiful breakfast and nice bar area , the staff are absolutely exceptional here and it’s well worth checking out!! I have stayed here I’d say over 10 times with a mixture for vacation and business . I’ll be back again !!

This hotel was flawless in service, atmosphere, design, EVERYTHING!! I’ve never ever been so impressed in my life and I’ve worked customer service for years in hospitality, I could not fault anything at all!! I am coming back here for dinner, to stay, my birthday special events, honesty anything, me and my wife were so happy to just stay at the hotel instead of it’s purpose to go out somewhere and come back, that bath and shower were perfectly sized and huge, the price was worth it, the AC temp was amazing! I honestly do not have enough words to explain how amazing this experience was. Everyone addressed us on entry, everyone, the bartender even walked around the bar to personally hand the drinks to us when he could have easily handed it to us over the bar as we were not far from the bar at all!

We stayed for one night. It is a funky place. Dark hallways. Artworks and curiosities all around. Someone has put alot of effort into the decor and fittings. The bar is small but beautiful. It's impressive. The shower had a full length mirror! The staff were excellent. Welcoming and helpful. The valet parking was handy. Recommend. We'll be back when we need to stay in Brisbane city again.

The Inchcolm hosted a 21st last night! It was an absolute banger, we loved the aesthetically pleasing photos we were able to capture not only in the Charleston but also in the hallway lol. Such a great experience staying here. This hotel is pet friendly & they did a great job accomodating - my two girls got dog beds, toys, treats, food, blankets & bowls, I was very impressed & they loved it! The staff are so friendly & gave great customer service. The hotel is unique & fits well with the ‘boutique’ name. The bed & pillows are also really comfy & overall had a great night staying here.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was just incredibly beautiful. The rooms and building was so cool to see and just hang around in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I've already booked the weekend for our 1st wedding anniversary 😀

Loved my stay here, perect for a single female traveller. Would have been lovely for a couple as well but my partner was overnighting at Brisbane Private Hospital, the hotel is a nice easy walk from there. Bed was great, nice large room and a lovely shower. Great having a restaurant and small bar with a fun selection of drinks ment I did not need to leave the hotel at night. Food was great - stunning steak for dinner. Next to Central Train Station so easy to get around, and to get to the airport. Will look forward to staying there again. Would be a great place to explore Brisbane from.

We were simply amazed. Far exceeded our expectations. The location, staff and atmosphere were absolutely wonderful. Super cute with Lots of very special decor and retro additions. It was very reasonably priced (but we stayed mid-week)... do yourself a favour and book directly for some nice little surprise inclusions.

Wow...what a treat!! The building is opulent & quirky, the City view loft room was idyllic with a perfect view of the City, but it was the attentive staff that took this stay to a different level of great. Nothing was too difficult....infact all the staff we encountered were personal & went out of their way to make us feel special. It was truly lovely to feel like a guest in a hotel again. The experience as a whole (including afternoon martinis & canapes and brekky in bed) was 10/10 & I will be heading right back here whenever Brisbane calls. Thank you 🥰

I have regularly stayed at Incholm Ovolo for years now - I live in Brisbane but I often go there for a staycation. It is amazing in every way... it has pet-friendly rooms where my dog will be spoiled with his own welcome package, bed, toy, blanket, treats, organic food. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful - it has period charm mixed with really funky modern decor. The staff are amazing, the food and drinks are amazing, and it is so affordable. Even when I stayed there once after surgery, the staff actually went up the street to pick up crutches for me from the chemist up the road when I couldn't walk there. On my last visit for New Years, there was a personalised hand-written card welcoming me back. I accidentally ordered the wrong platter from room service (the cheese platter is the one I wanted - addictive) and the fact I made a mistake was not a problem and the cheese platter came up. Any friends I have stayed with there have remarked what a great place it is. It's by far THE best hotel in Brisbane and the prices and trimmings are just amazing. If I could give six stars I would!

Loved this unique hotel! The rooms were large, neat, and stocked with all of your basic needs. The antique refurbished elevator and vintage artifacts in the bar were a lot of fun, too.

An intimate hotel in a beautiful historic building. The staff were attentive and professional, the food high quality, and the beds fluffy! Just be aware the rooms are very small. Great location, walking distance to the Queen St mall area. The stay includes a happy hour martini and a canape each night, which were delicious.

We had a fantastic 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner on Saturday was brilliant. Overall a great hotel, excellent location and marvellous ambience. Highly recommended and a huge thanks to the Inchcolm Team

I Love Love the Ovolo hotels and the Inchcolm was no exception. Great location, it's the perfect escape on a cold winters weekend. The room size was massive and was extremely comfortable. The only thing I missed was the lolly bag in my bed that I have received at other Ovolo hotels, and the Lolly bar downstairs wasn't very satisfying . We stayed in on the night we stayed and the bar food and drinks were perfect for a casual night with friends.

This is an incredible venue. I have stayed here for it's accommodation and also have been here multiple times for events held here. The service here is fantastic. Attention is paid to very aspect from remembering the customer's name, to making sure their drink is always filled. I've stayed at a number of luxury hotels and this is easily my favourite in Brisbane. This is a place you write home about.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is charming and the Inchcolm isn't suffering from the handed down HQ instructions that many large chain hotels are, where their bars and restaurants are closed due to Covid. So we were able to arrive late to check in (9pm), and then get something to eat and drink in the bar before heading to bed. The team at the Inchcolm are excellent, making a point to engage guests in passing, remember names and offer assistance proactively. Will absolutely book and stay again.

Headed to Brisbane for a weekend away and am absolutely thrilled that I picked The Inchcolm. We were treated warmly and with genuine interest and care for our stay. The room - a loft suite - had views of the city, mini bar stocked with cocktails plus decent coffee and tea. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom huge. Plenty of space to have our local friends up for pre-dinner snacks. The whole hotel has well curated art pieces mixed in with retro curios. The bar was dark and martini hour a fabulous bonus. Loved it and am definitely going back!

We went to the restaurant and we had booked it in a week in advance. We had to wait about 10 minutes at the door before anyone paid any attention to us and we were seated. No water not even menus were brought to the table for about 45 minutes and when we asked for it, the waitress finally brought the menu. Still no water and we had to wait for another 40 minutes. Even after that, Noone came to take our orders!! It wasn’t even busy. We finally left without an apology or even a sip of water. Awful awful experience. Totally ruined the night. Avoid at any expense.

Rooms are exceptional as is the staff. We would like to thank Ivan in particular for welcoming us on Friday for my birthday weekend. The birthday card and the bottle of bubbles in our room were such a lovely touch. Pampered from the moment we arrived.

A stay with character and comfort. Friendly staff, great they have dog friendly rooms, and provide a bed and bowls and a toy and blanket for them. Enjoyed the food and cocktails as well.

The staff - above all else - were brilliant. From our welcome at reception to our dinner waitress keeping a close eye on us and the lovely attentive breakfast staff, they could not do enough for us. We came for Xmas dinner and had a magical night. The ambience, food and service were superb. My parents stayed and raved about the comfortable bed in their upgraded suite. Quite frankly, it was hard to get them out the following day. Loved it. My new go-to in Brisbane. A funky boutique hotel that deserves more than the 5 stars I'm giving it.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel and Brisbanes best kept secret!!!!! We chose this beautiful venue for our wedding reception 22.02.2022. The hotel’s interiors has so much character, Art Deco detailing, vintage and abstract modern accents, a visual feast for the eyes, making it a great place to take photos. What made this place even more special was the team here at the Inchcolm, Adrianna our event coordinator guided us through everything and streamlined the whole process, her service level and attention to detail was at such a high standard, it really made our stay here so special. All the staff here were so welcoming and polite, Unfortunately I forgot some names but feel everyone there is as unique as the hotel itself. The wedding guests were also impressed with the service and ambience so we all will definitely be back for another event in future. Thank you Josh and Heath

This was a fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Brisbane. Location was great as was the hotel - clean, comfortable and unique. Great value for money as it included breakfast, parking and complimentary cocktails booking direct. The staff were amazing, special mention to Victoria for making our weekend! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I held a small wedding reception at The Inchcolm and we, nor our guest were disappointed. We experienced diligent service and absolutely fell in love with the staff member who was looking after us. He politely greeted us on our arrival and attended to all our needs and requests in a fashionable manner (If you can find out who it was, please acknowledge his impeccable service skills for us) The food was devine and the atmosphere was stunning. Our guests haven't stopped talking about the calming mood and detailed surroundings. Highly recommend for functions, dinner, drinks and accommodation. We will be back for sure!

This is a beautiful hotel - we will return in a heartbeat. The decor of the hotel is very interesting with cool artefacts and features, yet is still classy, modern and lush. The rooms are large and beautifully fit out, with modern touches such as automatic blinds, an open shower, large tv and cool drinks area. The rooms have great heating options. The bed and room couch are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly. We had breakfast in the morning which was cafe style ordering off a menu - the food and coffee was tasty and quick. The bar area is in the same room as the lobby yet is also a separate space with beautiful velvet fit out and an extensive drinks menu. We wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel!

The hotel itself is a beautiful old heritage building that has been well taken care of and preserved for conservation's sake in the most wonderful way. There is a lovely old lift from the 1890's in this building and the reception doubles as a funky bar that serves tasty drinks and is a very social place to be. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful too. Downstairs is also lovely place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner too. The chia pudding is my favorite to eat here! Love the fresh pineapple juice too. The service is also fast and they give you the right food items. Upstairs, your room is lovely and old school but at the same time modern with modern amenities like a modern shower with a powerful shower head, a TV with surround sound, a radio that plays funny and cute old music like "Afternoon Delight" and modern and old style paintings on the wall. The bed is super comfortable, too! Not the best for two people doing other "things" though... you just sink into it like a fluffy marshmallow!

Spent the weekend here and had an amazing stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful, with the rooms to a very high standard (including a huge walk-in shower with massive floor to ceiling mirror) and super comfy bed and linen. Breakfast was very tasty and the bar was really nice too! It’s slight outside of town but if you don’t mind walking for 15 mins it’s perfect. I’d stay again when visiting.

Loved our stay here. The room was nice and clean with everything we needed but the real atmosphere is in the bar and dinning area. Staff were very friendly. Next time I'd definitely arrive for cocktail hour and leave room for midnight toasties!

We absolutely loved the restaurant and bar. The food was cooked to perfection with excellent craftsmanship and quality ingredients. Highly recommend the restaurant. The duty Manager, Kirk was absolutely lovely. He gave us a lovely tour of the hotel with its interesting history and eclectic vibe. All staff were super friendly and very accommodating with my 2 little kids. Thanks guys !

The Inchcolm is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Brisbane. The decor is chic, the rooms are very generously sized and well appointed, amenities are modern, the drinks and food are great and most of all the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. I was blown away by this hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Brisbane.

Brilliant. Had a great stay here about 2 weeks ago. The staff are great and really accommodating. The food was good, the coffee was good. They have a guest cocktail hour which was fun. Our room was so comfortable and stylish. We loved it, 10/10 would recommend.

We celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary this weekend and the staff at the Inchcolm Brisbane went all out to make our stay an experience we shall never forget. Great service, made us feel really special. Thank you all we loved every minute, lots of wonderful memories made. We shall be back.
