Thank you to the lady on night duty last night (27 Feb) and to her boss! After closing hours at 11:30 last night firstly the lady offered towels as pillows to sleep in the car and the use of toilets and then upon checking in and hearing the fate of my elderly mum, sister & brother-in-law, the ladies boss offered accommodation. Thank you so very much. My family flew up from Victoria to travel to Kingaroy for my granddaughters christening/sons 30th after missing the wedding in 2020 due to Covid! They drove a detour of 6hrs for a normally 2hr trip to get to Kingaroy and had been driving for 9 hours to get to the airport before these kind people helped them out. I recommend this accommodation purely on their kindness. Thank you, they flew out after a 2hr delay and are now in Melbourne starting their 4 1/2 hr drive home to regional Victoria. Thank you again!

The property manager Yolanda is just a simply rude person, that attitude she had literally got us speechless. A person like this can work as a property manager for this building is just unbelievable. I bet you have and will loose a lot because of her and her worst attitude, I am not even talking about customer service yet at this stage.

The woman at the reception was rude and we felt very bad. The residence is good and clean as well as the view. Hamilton area is fine but take time if you want go into the city.

Anyone with asthma or allergies I would advise not to stay. The rooms have a heavy fragrance which the staff stated was room spray used by housekeeping. After checking in and running fans/opening windows I returned to reception and was shown two other rooms, all varying degrees of headache and asthma inducing stink. We had to leave and were told no refund would be given. Not acceptable at all and do not recommend.

Wow isn’t this nice. Booked 1 night for a concert at entertainment centre and Alcyone did not dissapoint. The room is divine, so clean almost clinical but love it. The furnishings are beautiful. Love there is a space for office ( we happened to use a lot). So lovely.

This place use to be so great and I was always willing to pay a high price for their clean hotels. However, our last stay had roaches inside the unit and mould and mildew in the ac units. Nothing was done about the issues so that will be my last time here. Pay the extra 50 bucks for a place at the W. End of an era I guess.

This is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in. Rooms are very well.appointed and clean, comfortable and ours had a.good view. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

One bad apple shouldn't spoil the bunch. I recently had a disappointing experience at the Alcyone Hotel in Brisbane when I returned to curiously query a charge on my bill. While I had a great stay at the hotel in December, this time around, upon my return I encountered the manager, Chris, whose attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. He seemed disillusioned when I brought up my concerns. I wasn't seeking any compensation for the issue at first, but rather, I had a serious problem with his attitude and his need to assert his mediocre authority. It was clear to me that Chris didn't understand the real issue at hand. It wasn't about the charge on my bill, but rather by the end, it was about his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. His dismissive attitude and how his condescending tone made me feel undervalued and uncomfortable, especially infront of other guests. It was disappointing to see someone in a managerial position display such poor customer service skills, and it was clear that Chris was more interested in asserting his authority than resolving my concerns. It's worring that he was more focused on refusing any remedy rather than addressing the underlying issue. Despite the fact that the hotel itself is great, Chris's poor customer service skills and dismissive attitude left a lasting negative impression on my experience, of which. I was disappointed by the way he spoke to me, which was awkwardly unprofessional, His lack of empathy and unwillingness to listen only added to my frustration. It was disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior from someone who could be seen as a role model in the workplace, especially when the hotel has a reputation for excellent service. While I had a great stay at the Alcyone Hotel in December, my experience with Chris made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a guest. In the end, I hope that the hotel management takes my feedback seriously and addresses the issue with Chris's customer service skills and attitude. While I understand that every business can have its challenges, the Alcyone Hotel has a great reputation, and I would hate to see that tarnished by one individual's unprofessional behavior. I would like to see the hotel do more to ensure that its guests are treated with respect and professionalism, before, during and after their stay.

What an amazing place this hotel is. Set up perfectly for long or short term stays. The staff are impeccable with their interaction with customers and the maintenance crew and cleaners and high end, reflecting what you receive when you enter your apartment. Fully self contained and nothing was too much of a problem for them. They all went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was clean, safe and happy. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would and will definitely return again

Great Location with lots of restaurants, Cafes and grocery stores at your doorstep. Great size room with a nice outlook. There is also a ferry terminal 500m away that takes you into the city.

Stayed here prior to our cruise as it was close to the cruise terminal. The location was great. Our room had excellent river views, was very spacious, and had all we needed separate bedroom from the lounge and kitchen area all the facilities for a great stay fridge usual kitchen appliances. Bedroom spacious enough closest space. Bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy staff very friendly its manned 24 hours. Parking was a bit of a pain due to the entrance being of a lane way with a sharp turn, so you needed to have a wide turn in then scan on a steep angle. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay 24-hour eatery, just downstairs next to the hotel. It is highly recommended other shops and eaterys in the shops around the hotel for other choices, even a bottle shop if you wanted a bottle of wine or other drinks for the room.

Very convenient location if flying the next day, close enough to the airport to not really be affected by traffic in the morning, plenty of good options for dinner at Portside, IGA across the carpark. Rooms are clean, nice and quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking available on site.

Stayed in a large 1BR apartment. Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The kitchen had a dishwasher, a wall oven, hotplates and a full sized fridge. Dining setting for 4. Large screen TV. Balcony with good views of Brisbane. IGA next door and various eateries close by.

Checkin was seamless. Rooms modern and fresh. Highly recommended and convenient to the airport if you are passing through Brisbane, business or leisure. AAA

Great location, 24x7 service. Room was very clean, though the bathroom was a bit cramped. Had a few small flies in my room.

Spent 10 days at an Air BnB at this location. It's ideal. Only 10 minutes from the cruise port (where we came into Australia) plus just 10 minutes to the airport (which we flew out of). The location is great as there are lots of little stores and restaurants right in this area and a beautiful river walk, which you can take all the way into Brisbane (approx. 10 kilometres we were told). You can also take the ferry that comes right to the riverside walk. It's just like a subway, but on water. HIghly recommend this location.

We chose Alcyone Hotel Residences to stay at for our wedding and we are so grateful we did! The service was absolutely incredible not only for us but for all of our guests staying at the hotel too. They were easy to communicate with from the very beginning all the way until check-out. We were offered their wedding package which included wine and a cheese platter and they were very accommodating when we needed extra car spaces for hair, makeup etc. Would happily stay there again!!

Amazing apartment, great location, friendly staff! My 4 year old loved the awesome park across the road. Not far from Eat Street and many other dining options. The beds were so comfortable, we had the best nights sleep. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation was excellent but the pricing practice we incurred was unethical. We were provided an accommodation industry discounted of $34 off our 2 night business stay, paying $376. Only to find out after checkout that they had provided the discounted only by reducing the GST included that they should have paid. This now has to be paid by us later to the ATO. Therefore no discount at all. Ripped off.

The accommodation was excellent but  the customer service was poor I asked the receptionist about this around 7pm on 26/12 /21  (Sun) but she said she couldn't help at all and didn't any effort! I told  her i pay to use the hotel's parking  but she said she couldn't do it for the next guest.  I think I'm not this hotel guest.  I'm staying for 8 days I' m your guest ???? I am staying at the hotel 8 days!!! if you want to stay at this hotel, you will have to pay an additional parking fee, and even if you want to move your luggage lightly, you will have to pay the parking fee as well I'm very disappointed in customer service. I don't want to use this hotel in the future because of the staff attituded and customer service, unkind, unfriendly The unhelpful...

Disgusting sewage smell in our bathroom and outside the hotel reception. Definitely an issue going on here as the hotel maintenance could not resolve the issue. This accommodation will charge you for anything they possibly can. Admittedly, the location is good but it ends there. My car was broken into within their carpark after I had paid exorbitant fees to use it, Alcyone offered no assistance with this. Read the negative reviews on this business, I couldn't agree more with the common themes after my stay.

We came here for one night and ended up wishing we had booked longer. The serviced apartments were generous in size with a high standard of amenities, including all the comforts you would need from home (iron, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich press, even a rice cooker!). It was a very short drive to Eat Street, with great views. The pool, gym, and out door lounge area were welcoming too. We will definitely be back again and for longer.

I stay here every week for work and it is great. Rooms, presentation and service are all top quality. Reception staff are all fantastic and provide 24/7 service, as well as the cafe downstairs which is always open and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend to anybody to stay here.
