Beautiful room, every comfort you can imagine, wonderful hosts who can't do enough for you, divine balcony, spotlessly clean. Room I had was an excellent size, air con worked well but there was a fan as well. Light breakfast in the magnificent breakfast room is delightful. All for less than a motel. Very quiet, there was no noise at all on the two nights I stayed there. Good roomy parking.

Lovely old residence but was expecting to be grounded after 'mum' told me off for texting an urgent message to my staff whilst waiting for my lacklustre breakfast. We were also expected to check out rather inconveniently at 9:30 rather than the advertised 10:30-12:00! Won't bother with this one again.

The balcony was lovely and peaceful, the sitting room was very comfortable, the ensuite featured a hand held as well as a rain head feature shower. Comfortable bed with TV and WiFi.

Beautiful and unique place to stay. Hosts were very friendly, welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Our room was also exceptionally clean! We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade short bread and the 3 cheese tart served at breakfast. Overall we had a lovely stay and would happily return, thank you for having us ❤️

Beautiful property, can't rate this BnB highly enough. Peter and Marie were additionally so kind and accommodating during a stressful hospital stay amidsdt QLD floods. Stunning, clean rooms, comfy beds and a lovely continental breakfast. So pleased we found this place.

Cute little B & B in East Ipswich. Hosts were very friendly. Heaps of parking out the back and the gardens are gorgeous. Booked the king suite with balcony - didn’t get too many photos but the room is a decent size with separate powder room and balcony. Ned was comfortable with plenty of spare pillows. The shower was dirty and quite dark as there is only one light in the bathroom which is over the bathroom sink. And the shower is in the corner. Good water pressure and good air conditioning. Price includes continental breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy, the room and B&B was lovely and clean. The place is beautiful& unique. This place was very peaceful. Love the style of this B&B. Staff was very welcoming. Would definitely come back again. 😊

Lovely. The room was delightfully furnished. The bed soooo comfortable. The coffee and shortbreads (hidden in the cupboard) really hit the spot after a long day of traveling. Sitting on the balcony after dinner made the perfect end to our day... Loved the abundance of hot water in the pretty bathroom, the provision of some small toiletries and And then there was that delicious three cheeses tart, served at breakfast... I am still drooling 8 hours later and think I will be doing so every time I remember how good it was! Thank you Peter and Marie. I hope that we meet again!

Beautifully greeted at check in. Room extremely clean and comfortable. Private balcony. Quiet and close to town centre. Hosts very friendly and pay full attention to all details including homebaked biscuits in room. Breakfast was wonderful and prepared fresh for allocated breakfast time. Would highly recommend and will be staying again on future visits to Ipswich.

Stayed for a night and have absolutely no complaints Comfortable bed, room was clean and well put together and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and served exactly when we needed it. The owners provided excellent restaurant suggestions, and the coffee and biscuits (homemade!) in the room were a cut above. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

I stayed here the night before my wedding in the King room, it was lovely and perfect for getting ready, the room suits the age of the building, which has a lovely history. Peter and his wife are lovely.

Exquisitely furnished house and rooms with friendly, attentive service. Rooms are spacious, super comfortable and provide a feeling of luxury. Breakfast is plentiful and always delicious.

It was our first time staying at a b&b and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The room was comfortable and the facilities clean. The balcony was lovely to sit on after breakfast, with a nice view of the gardens. Would highly recommend staying here over the nearby motels.
