Best fast food place I've been to in ages! Great work guys! I come to the Carindale KFC food court a lot, and every single time I am served with happy staff members who are very polite, and the food is always delicious! 10/10 recommend going here for lunch or just a snack.

On Sunday, I received the worst service in fast food I have ever experienced from this store. I ordered a 6 nugget combo (had to wait 15 minutes to be served as the staff would just stare at me as if they were wondering what I was doing in front of the register 🤦🏼‍♂️). I had to wait another 15 minutes to get given my order. When I did finally receive the order, my Pepsi tasted like a mix of disinfectant and sparkling water; obviously had hardly any Pepsi actually in it. Then my chips had not a single bit of seasoning; it was like eating a cooked potato. An absolute waste of $11. It will be quite a while until I order from this KFC again. Disappointing

staff member named deek was fantabulous. prepared my chick perfectly, danced while it was fryed, and galloped toward me to hand me the beautiful food. as it danced on my tastebuds i had tears form in my eye balls. thank you kentucky.

omg the food was immactualte it melted on my tounge as soon as it touched it. definietly recoomedn i love feet and it was such a pleasent suprise to hear all the little children of God screaming in the back as they were being cooked alive!!! 100/10 recommend so highly great staff and food love you all.

Waited over 15 minutes for popcorn chicken box meal only to receive it without chips😂 can I not just leave review and give like 0 stars? Pathetic service. Wasn’t obviously going back to wait another 15 min for chips. Waste of time, money and energy 🤣

The food is pretty good compared to other KFC’s. The chicken is tender compared to other stiff meat in other KFC’s. The service was ok but the atmosphere was pretty bad.

bit stingey on their go buckets, only fill them half full. think there was only about 8/9 individual chips 😂

Very busy and staff seem anxious and stressed. The food is always a miss. It's either cold or salty or not tasty. It's safe to say that this is the worst KFC I have tried.

My favourite ever KFC staff are lovely and welcoming and food is the best I’ve ever had. WAYYY better than McDonald’s. Would highly reccomend. Staff members are the best there!!!

2/3 full is not a large chips. Stale chips at 9:30am. Overall pretty poor and never again

Food was terrible excpet the tenders which they did not have. Joshua Winters comforted me after this loss of a national treasure. He told me that there was a brighter future ahead and the tenders would be back when one day I return. I will be back because of him. Also Carindale Shopping Centre Sucks So Atmosphere Was Bad Of Course.

Very caring customer service from staff including, Natasha, Rebecca, Bella, Amber and Oscar. The food was fresh and delicious. Fast service and employees always had a smile. Would recommend to everyone to visit this fantastic store.

The worst KFC I've had in my life time, yesterday I ordered 2 sets of the 9 Piece for 10$ spicy, Firstly they were not spicy at all and the chickens were dark brown and it seem that it was from the morning cook and they sold us at lunch time. I wish I kept my receipt so I could go back and talk to them about it that our whole family eat it and now we having sore throat and diheria due to the chicken being old instead of being fresh.

This place use to be good, now it's not. The food has absolutely no taste to it, like they've cut back on the seasoning, it's put me off Kentucky fried chicken. I'd rather cook my own food

Our food was the saltiest rubbish we've had from kfc so far. Truly awful.

I have ordered twice online for pick up and both times my order has been wrong I went today for a 8 piece chicken tender with 6 nuggets and two large chips and two potato gravy side deal the first time I went back for this order was because they gave me the original recipe chicken instead of tenders with 8 potato gravy’s and no nuggets the second time they gave me tenders but no nuggets I haven’t gone back to fix the order as I work in the centre and used my lunch break waiting for it to be fix I am very disappointed

I asked if i could have extra salt on my chips and the manager choke slammed me into the counter.

Staff are rude, especially the manager Mya. No sympathy that he crew got our order wrong and literally the the bag got srunched up and thrown at us once cortected. Absoutley disgusting.

Was served by a young female. Had a bit of an attitude that I didn't appreciate. Ordered 3 go buckets for my kids and I ended up filling them up all together and it fit in 1 bucket and a small amount in the second one. Not paying money for 3 when im getting the value of 1.

Just bought ultimate box not enjoyable, drumstick was over cooked fillet in the burger was chewing, hard to eat and dry. This is my last visit here as recent previous experience has not been good
