    Dylan and Beau are the best coaches I’ve ever had and make the workout an activity to look forward to in the mornings/evenings! The best place you can go to have fun whilst getting your workout done. I look forward to going to my sessions every time. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

    The support, motivation and comradery at UBX Milton is next level. Dylan has encouraged me from the start and provided guidance on everything from nutrition, to correcting my form and providing variations for injury. But most importantly he has held me accountable to show up, been my alarm clock most of the time and challenges me to be better every single session. All the trainers are genuine, friendly and always make it enjoyable- THANK YOU!!

    Phoenix is an absolute legend. It’s absolutely surreal to have a real boxer as your trainer. I would encourage everyone reading this to come and get a workout in with Phoenix and the rest of the team.

    Other high intensity training venues are closer to my home than UBX Milton. I drive the additional few km to UBX Milton because of the consistently high quality of trainers there compared with other places. Equally important is that I really feel part of the UBX Milton community.

    UBX is one of the best centers to train, from the variety of locations, you don't need schedules to train, the community that has been formed, and not to mention the trainers, thank you Dylan for your support, for your guidance and for believing in me .

    I've been going to 12RNDs for about a month now. I was not sure how I would like it because I have never boxed before and I can be quite uncoordinated. However, it is safe to say that I am completely addicted. I love the fact that I'm not restricted by a class schedule and the trainers do an amazing job of teaching you movements and encouraging you throughout the sessions. I've also already noticed some huge differences in my strength and, I don't want to speak too soon, but may even have the beginnings of defined abs! I'm taking it that one step further and have jumped on board for their 6 week challenge which has already thrown so much information and support my way. For anyone interested in trying something new, I would highly recommend 12RND Fitness.

    My partner Adam and I joined 12 rnd Milton approximately 1 month ago and so far have absolutely loved it. We look forward to our workouts and really like the fact that each session is different and each week the exercises work on a different goal. What a difference a month can make! I've never trialled boxing before but I really like the boxing mixed with HIIT as well the 1:1 time during the class to work on boxing techniques. All the trainers we have met are so friendly and personable and give great tips or help to correct poor form/posture. Thank you all so much for such a great workout and making us feel part of the Club!

    When I first started here 6 weeks ago, I could barely do a pull up and often struggled with opening heavy doors. But now thanks to 12 Rounds combos of boxing, cardio, and strength training, I feel confident that if I one day need to heroically carry someone out of a burning building, I’ll have the appropriate upper body strength to do so. Barney & Thomas are fantastic trainers who are not only attentive to each member’s needs, but really know what they’re talking about. I’d recommend this gym to any person at any fitness level and could not speak highly enough of the great atmosphere brought on by both the trainers and awesome clients in it.

    I've been hooked since the moment I did my free trial. The flexible start times are fantastic, and the workout different every day. Atmosphere and people are so fun, and the trainers are genuinely invested in you and your progress. I have loved learning from scratch how to box, to slowly becoming more and more confident through persistent coaching and technique guidance from the trainers.

    After being a member of a traditional gym for a number of years, I was looking for something a little different. I didn't think boxing was going to be my thing, but from my initial trial class - I was hooked. The trainers are professional and friendly, the flexibility and structure of the classes are great, and most importantly the workouts/classes are fun!

    Love being a new member at 12RND Milton! I started 8 weeks ago and love every session. I’m new to boxing too but the trainers are amazing especially Brodie and Thomas, they are professional and patient with beginners! Great and hard workouts, feel stronger each time I go.

    One of the best decisions I ever made was joining 12RND Milton! I've been a member for about 8 months and I'm addicted. It is unlike any other gym - you can rock up whenever, you get one-on-one boxing training in every workout, and the community is so welcoming and encouraging. Tom, Seb, and Gus are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and all round awesome. My strength and fitness has significantly improved since joining, and I've grown to love boxing and the empowered feeling that comes with it. Most of all, I have fun in every session which is what keeps me coming back almost daily!

    I never understood how people could become obsessed with going to the gym, until now. Initially I was hesitant to join due to my previous gym experience which involved training 4 times in the first week, then 4 times in the following 2 years. What I love about 12RND is that I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do, everything is expertly planned out, so you just go in smash it out and leave. Trainers Thomas and Barney make the gym what it is, their constant support and positive attitudes are one of the main reasons you’ll want to return. The fact that they work with you on technique is also a massive highlight, especially if you are new to working out. Wherever you are in your fitness journey I would 10/10 recommend joining 12RND.

    By far the best fitness option I have found in years. You get the motivation of a trainer and a group training session but can rock up any time you like and just jump in. Also great to be developing a skill set in addition to general fitness.

    This is the best gym i have ever been to. It has always been an incredibly welcoming and supportive environment. The flexibility to start training at any time means I am able to fit it into my life easily. Beau, Dylan and Phoenix are really motivating trainers who have helped build my confidence.     Can’t speak more highly of UBX Milton. Staff are extremely friendly, supportive and welcoming. I’ve only recently started my UBX journey and after 4 weeks of hard work I’m starting to see my own results. Genuinely enjoy each and every visit here.

    12 Round Milton has been absolutely terrific in my short time as a member. You are immediately given the feeling that you are valued, with the trainers always being really helpful in explaining workouts, as well as pushing you through them to get the most out of a session. On top of a standard workout, they provide workshops and training programs to consistently try and help you more. I highly recommend 12 Round Milton to anyone looking to get in shape or build on fitness.

    Love UBX. Best therapy ever. Cheaper too. Special 👍to Beau for being the only trainer in 870 visits to break through my embedded oppositional defiance and actually improve my form. It wasn't easy. Excellent therapist too.

    Great team and facility. The trainers all know you by name and fitness goals. For me the increased fitness, skill development and encouragement from the trainers Barney and Thomas is what makes the 45min workout feel fast,fun and never boring. Whether you are bored of the same old gym training or completely new I would highly recommend giving 12RND a go.

    As a shift worker, I struggle to find a gym that has enough class times available for me to attend as much as I would like. The biggest draw to 12RND is the flexibility and availability to work out around my schedule. I find the trainers here professional, helpful and engaging. There's been great communication since day 1. Very much recommend!

    Amazing place for boxing and fitness in general! If you are needing to get back into routine ubx Milton is the best place to do it. You can go any time you’re free due to no set class times, and be met with the best coaches! You can be a complete beginner or have heaps of experience behind your belt, the coaches really do cater to everyone’s needs and I love being a part of the community :)

    Loving 12RND Milton! Signed up 8 weeks ago and haven’t looked back since. The team are welcoming, supportive and really invested in your progression, while still pushing you to your limits. The fact that you can start at any time, with no scheduled classes, is also a huge draw card. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I have just clocked over 300 UBX sessions and I think that speaks volumes for UBX Milton as well as the wider UBX model. It's addictive, the trainers are positive and help you improve on general exercise technique just like a PT, as well as boxing technique. Highly recommended...

    My absolute favorite gym to go to. Never have I had such lovely, caring trainers who help me reach my goals and have guided me and monitored my recovery from my herniated disc.     It’s a great place to workout, especially if you are a person like me who has a love and hate relationship with the gym. The trainers really push you to your limit, quite helpful on the days you feel quite lazy. It’s fun to actually go to the gym, and the boxing element comes in handy on the days you want to just punch something🤣.

    I'm not normally one for google reviews so this is an exception. After 15yrs in the military I have been exposed to all kinds of workouts and 12RND ranks as the best. Barney, Thomas and Blossom are upmost professionals and make sure you have a great workout every time, it’s like having 2 or 3 personal trainers at every session! Not only do you get a great work out but it is sustainable and interesting so you stay engaged. Great work team and thanks for the support.

    I signed up 1 month ago and I’m loving going to this gym. Barney and Tom made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in and helped me with all the boxing elements and are continuing to help me with my techniques. The work outs are always different therefore you’ll never get bored. I’m a shift worker as well, so the flexibility of being able to go whenever during opening hour is amazing for me. I would recommend this gym to everyone 😊

I didn’t have any boxing experience before I started, but with the help of the amazing coaches, it’s now my favourite part of the workout!     Absolutely recommend 12 Rounds in Milton. I've signed up for the 28 day program for 99$, which is insanely great value for money in my opinion! Can't go wrong with this if you wanted to try it out without committing to the full membership right away. I have decided to stay a member after those 28 days because the staff, Barney and Tom, are absolutely great! Very motivating and helpful. I am only a beginner when it comes to fitness and they are always happy to help out and explain different movements and how to do the exercises properly. If you are like me, struggling to find the motivation to go regularly to a normal gym, 12 rounds might just be what you need! A lot of fun but super exhausting, and its only 42 minutes.

    I really enjoy the setup and the trainers are always friendly and enthusiastic. It makes the 12 rounds go fast and also leaves me keen to come back. I find even with a couple of old injuries I can work at my level and get alternative exercises from the trainers where required - after just a few weeks I feel better!

    So amazing to find a gym that I actually enjoy going to! this is what have needed for a long time, a pity it took me so long to find it. The workouts are fun and also change from day to day, which is very important to me as i get bored pretty easily. you only spend 45min or so here and you are done for the day! The trainers are very very helpful and most importantly patient for people who are new to it. but also know how to push you to your potential. I don't often do reviews on places but I know what its like starting out looking for a gym that you enjoy spending time at. Cant recommend this place enough!

    Great set up with noticeable results delivered after only a few weeks of training. Trainers (Barney & Thomas) are always very helpful and push you to get the most from your session. Gym is always clean and the equipment in fine working order. Opening hours are very flexible to suit your lifestyle and there's no set start times which is a huge bonus. Location is easily accessible and close to public transport with car parking out front and back. Would highly recommend giving it a go, you wont regret it.

    Awesome gym with great professional trainers who know their stuff! Barney and Tom always have great enthusiasm and made me and my partner feel very comfortable learning the ropes. The workouts are hard, fun and over before you know it so makes being consistent with your training very easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone to give them a try!

    I started at 12 Rounds Milton as part of a 4 week challenge and have loved it so much I'm ditching my standard gym and jumping ship. The different circuits, the boxing and the super helpful and friendly trainers Barney and Thomas have made it impossible to return to a standard gym which really offers so little in comparison. I like the flexibility of the training times, the fact that I don't have to come up with any circuits or workouts myself, and that everytime I leave there I feel like I worked hard to get through to the end. So ten points guys, you've created an awesome atmosphere and should be proud!

    The team at 12RND Fitness Milton is incredible. As someone who didn't have a lot of background in lifting weights or doing weighted exercises, they have helped and encouraged me every step of the way. I now have MUSCLES!!     This is the only training I’ve ever been motivated to stick to! I honestly look forward to my training. Barney and Thomas are super friendly and motivating and encourage you to push yourself that extra mile. You are not a number here, you are individually noticed and that makes for a really great training atmosphere. The workouts change everyday so it is never boring and with no set start times it’s super easy to fit training into your day. I always used to be intimidated of going to gyms but at 12RND Milton I feel a part of the team and I’m continually surprised at what I am able to achieve. Definitely recommend it for those who want to work hard and see results, in an inclusive environment.

    I joined 12 rounds to increase my fitness & strength after a recovering from injury (broken ankle). I admit, I was slightly intimidated by the intensity of 12 rounds, however the instructors (Thomas & Barney) were mindful, extremely professional and made minor adjustments to my workouts that were initially required. I am amazed at the results after 4 weeks. My ankle strength has increased and joint pain is SIGNIFICANTLY lower - better results than I expected! The variety and how Thomas & Barney are regularly fine tuning boxing technique is awesome - the guys know their stuff and it gives 12 rounds a different dynamic that you don't get at any ordinary gym. Love ya work lads, I'm converted.

    Awesome vibe and love the challenge at every round/station. Very convenient to the train station so no excuses for any that 'cant make it' haha The Trainers are so down to earth and truly push you in the most encouraging way but very aware of any injuries and will always have an alternative exercise for you to do if required. An even bigger plus is learning the techniques of boxing from not just 'PT's' but by two trainers who are boxers themselves; this being a huge PLUS. Highly recommend!!! Thanks guys

    12RND Fitness Milton is a great gym! Each session has something new involved which keeps it exciting and makes you work hard. Tom and Barney are great trainers who ensure you work hard each session. :)
