Used the after 4:30pm $5 parking. Entered via Adelaide St (entry only). Exit was via Roma Street (which is both entry and exit point). Good central and affordable city parking.

Good parking with discounted rates on weekends / public holidays. Can get very busy. If you drive electric / hybrid vehicles, your car qualifies for 30% discount. However, do not validate your ticket if you already have discounted rates such as weekend / public holidays / early birds. Otherwise, it will concert your tickets to full rate and then apply 30% off, which is worse. Electric vehicles can also recharge for free so take advantage of it. Very helpful staff, so press the button on ticket machine or visit them directly at their office if you need.

I park here about 3 times a month using the early bird $20 rate. Staff are pretty good, spaces are not too small. Took a while to learn my way around. Car park stays dry in wet weather unlike some others in CBD. This is the best value parking in CBD for sure.

DO Not and I swear DO NOT go in there if you have a high car unless you can lower your tyres extremely. Its only 1.93 meters high. Just don't even try it.

It's a car park, this should not receive a great review, so why am a sitting here writing this? For the weekend rates, plenty of parking and a fixed rate for any time frame! 10/10 favourite parking in the city

Relatively easy to navigate, plenty of spaces if you're there early. One lift for the whole place and you're probably going to be 4 or 5 floors down so that's a bit of a mission, but they have escalators up and stairs down too.

My office is in the Valley and I park here for the charging facilities, not just the half price parking. There are unfortunately times when I can't get a spot, because there are EVs using the spaces as permanent. There are a couple of plug-in hybrids (a couple of BMWs and Mercedes) in particular who arrive before 7am and stay there the while day. Even though their batteries are full after only an hour, 2 hours max. Council needs to act on this and get the pre-covid situation of moving EVs around to clear spaces.

Great car park, reasonably priced, clean and feels safe. Lift was broken in the morning but fixed by the afternoon and alternate forms of access available (stairs, escalator or walking through the car entrance if needing a ramp). Toilet also located in train station next door. Parking spots very compact. An absolute go-to car park when driving into the CBD.

Price was very good despite us staying for a long time. Carpark was nice and clean, and easily accessible. Friendly male staff at the boom gate to welcome and guide us. This one star is because of an elderly woman working tonight at the exit boom gate (25 September 10pm). She is one of the rudest people— full of attitude and we even got a nice, big sigh when we were telling her about our payment option. I definitely recommend her to get staff retraining, as well as to be educated in payment options (e.g.: Apple Watch payment. Yes, cards are stored on the watch so it’s a card payment). We appreciate her hard work and working so late, but we don’t deserve her behaviour.

The architecture is beautiful, the place is super well located in the heart of the city, it has a square and also at Christmas there is the Christmas tree and the music and stories that reflect on the building is really beautiful and sweet 💯 %

The EV charging bays are on Level B, which is one down from the Adelaide Street entrance, near the Roma Street entrance/exit and the kiosk where you take your ticket for a discount. This has now reduced to 30% on weekdays and doesn't apply at weekends, where it's only $5 for 4 hours anyway. However, my car showed the charger was delivering 12kW, which would take it from 0 to 90% in 4 hours, making the parking effectively free if you need that long to shop and charge while you're doing it.

The exit gate is 5mins ahead so you have only 10 mins before you get charged. I parked for 13 minutes and got charged $5 because the boom gate is fast and said I parked for 20. Rip off.

(Translated by Google) When you go to Bucun’s city center for shopping and activities on weekends, parking is the best choice. There is no second choice. It costs 5 yuan for four hours, which is more cost-effective than taking the bus. highly recommended! (Original) 周末到布村市中心购物及活动时,停车的不二选择,没有第二。四小时收费5元,比坐公车划算。强烈推荐!

Parking was alright but the wayout from the Car park is in the one-way road. It would be better if the management provide other wayout to Exit from the car park so, public won't face the unnecessary extra routes stocking in the heavy traffic to find the correct road to carry on. Alternative exit route would be very handy to the drivers for the wayout from the car park.

Good price and access. Pretty spacious carparks compared to others.

  • 4/5 Lilia C. 6 months ago on Google
Great for its $5 parking if you enter after 4:30 pm or on the weekends. Good location too as it’s right next to queen street mall. The only thing is that it recognises your number plate automatically via Cellopark but the app itself doesn’t show you parking there. Therefore there’s no way to pay for your parking aside from at the exit gates itself instead of being able to pay via the machine. Also it forces you to grab your receipt for the boom gate to open. It would be nice if it’s automatically a no receipt transaction unless someone taps yes so it’s not printed and wasting paper and other resources

It's a convenient car park, only $5 after 4:30pm weekdays and on weekends However if you want to use the 15min free park it can be hard to find a park... You spend 5 min parking... Your 15MIN becomes 10 or 5. I had to pay $10 and I was just picking up one thing TT

  • 2/5 Donna W. 3 years ago on Google
Convenient car park but very confusing when you drive in on a weekday and the weekend rates are on display. Does the electronic price display change throughout the day? Expected to pay $5 - $10 and had to pay $27!!!! NOT HAPPY 🤬

  • 5/5 Rohmun Bikram S. 3 years ago on Google
Best for night parking, only $5.00. But be mindful of your vehicle height, only 2.00 m allowed. Best for small cars and SUV's.

  • 5/5 Julian E. 3 years ago on Google
If you've got an EV you can't beat this for CBD parking. You get half the posted rate discounted, and free charging. With the nightly rate of $5 it's effectively free parking. And I've never failed to get a spot.

Electric vehicle charging stations: Best customer service from the staff. Always helpful, always interested and always trying to give you the fastest charge possible. They also provide some adapter cables of you don't have the right one. A+ service!
