Worst nuggets and chips I've ever tasted. They were cold and dry, and had been sitting out for too long. Definitely not freshly cooked. For the high prices that you pay, you don't get very large portions either. On top of that, I was supposed to get 6 nuggets with my meal, but they only gave me 3, so I had to go back to get the rest, but after tasting their food, I wish that I hadn't. Don't waste your money!

This was probably the worst takeaway fish and chip shop I have ever eaten from in my entire life. I was left standing at the counter after ordering for at least 25 mins, and when my order was finally ready the rude lady behind the counter just left the food on the bench and never called out my order. Even worse, when I did walk over to get it she literally threw the container down on the bench, making the chips airborne. After closer inspection of the burger, I was horrified to find a clump of hairs on the Mayo. The bun was extremely dry to tear apart and really stale. I would never eat here again even if you paid me a million dollars. Disgusting!!

Horrendous and they clearly don't even care. They used a cheap nasty burger cheese slice for the toastie and a large hard slice tomatoes. Barely toasted.

Honestly seen dog food that looks more edible, quicker out too. The beef burger I ordered had uncooked raw brown onion (who does that?) and the bun had been frozen and thawed and was rock hard in the centre. Our experience was better than the family in front of us, was drip fed their meals one at a time over a period of 30 mins. Would avoid.

Wow. They really don't care about the quality of their food, knowing full well they'll continue getting suckers. Looks are definitely deceiving in this case, the food is actually tastless rubber not worth the cheap prices and I will never waste my waste money here again. I can't get through the single piece of fish I got. They're just lucky they're so conveniently placed where they are or they would never get any customers. I feel bad for the unsuspecting people who have and will eat from here. Customer service was good though, what a waste of potential

Worst fish and chips I've ever had. Not made fresh -- food barely hot. The fish is disgusting -- both in texture and taste. The vinegar you pour on top is tasteless, as if they dilute it with water? Customer service was abysmal as the staff don't speak to you outside of barking how much money you need to pay them. I've eaten here twice. The first time was a 1 star also. I thought I'd try them again 5 years later -- still awful. I don't know how they're still operating there. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Literally the most disgusting fish and chips I have ever had in my life. The fish was greasy, more greasy than you would expect from battered fish, I probably used like 10 napkins to absorb the grease and it honestly did nothing, the fish inside the batter was mush, I actually almost threw up. The chips were incredibly greasy too and it was all unseasoned, they gave us salt packets to season ourselves. I usually have my fish with lemon, my sister has hers with tartare sauce and to our horror we found out they don’t have either. How in hell does a fish and chips shop not have lemon and tartare sauce?

The chips were over cooked and the fish was tasteless. Cheap frozen fish fillets used. It tasted like old oil was used. It had fast service but unfortunately didn’t look that clean inside.

Excellent food quality ,Everything was cooked fresh to order. Must give it a try🙌
