Hot Air Balloon Brisbane are absolutely fantastic - my partner and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary with a private flight with Zenden. The whole team couldn't have been more accommodating and we will remember this occasion for the rest of our lives. Zenden is an absolute star. You couldn't be in more capable hands going up with him. Huge thanks to the rest of the team as well - Rob was brilliant and the drive there and back went so fast we were so busy chatting. A great bunch of guys who run a super tight ship. The breakfast at O'reilly's afterwards was so great also. You aren't rushed at all which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved it. Thanks guys!

Ah-may-zing time and experience. This was my first time doing a balloon ride so I wasn't sure what to expect. After reading about Hot Air Balloon Brisbane online, I knew it was the company I wanted to go with. From booking to completion of the ride, Hot Air Balloon Brisbane has been exceptionally nice and professional. Andrew and his crew made sure that every step of the process enjoyable. The pilot was exceptionally great, funny and made everyone feel safe while in the basket as we were 6,000 feet up in the air. Air ride was approx an hour and once back on the ground we celebrated with a champagne brunch at Canungra Vineyards (breathtaking place to have a brunch). The whole experience was phenomenal and it was apparent that Andrew puts a lot of thought into every detail. I highly recommend anyone in the area to give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!

Jason was a great host explaining the process and making sure everyone was safe and having fun. Our Pilot, Paco had over 20 years hot air balloon flying in Spain, Canada and Australia. He was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The weather was fantastic which made the scenery spectacular. The champagne buffet breakfast was scrumptious too. It was a great way to celebrate my partners birthday! We highly recommend the experience with Hot Air!

Very good and delicious vineyard champagne breakfast and the balloon views were amazing. Cool temperature but warmed up quickly, no where near as cold as Melbourne luckily.

An outstanding group of people ensuring the best day of our lives. I contacted Hot Air to book a hot air balloon ride for myself and my partner on our anniversary to propose to her during the flight. Unfortunately, as the day approached, the weather did not seem like it wanted to play along. The staff at Hot Air went the extra mile and were extremely accommodating; answering my several phone calls to organise contingency plans and ensure every detail was set before the day. They even contacted me and prepared a back-up plan should we not be able to fly on the balloon due to weather. Our pilot also went the extra mile, allowing me to leave a banner I had made with the big question on it for his collection the day before at a restaurant while he was in Brisbane! With his 24 years of ballooning experience, he was an absolute pro, ensuring that we not only were able to fly but that the plan went off without a hitch! Our driver, Kelly, also was fantastic on the day, showing us how well-rounded he was with his bi-lingual talents and making sure we were where we needed to be. I could not have asked for anything better, thank you to everyone who made it happen!

We took a balloon ride as the final part of our honeymoon. We had an amazing day with little wind and the most amazing sunrise. Afterwards we were treated to a cooked breakfast and wine tasting at O'Rileys Vineyard. The only complaint i have is the dangerous driving from our shuttle driver. Otherwise A+ experience

It was an absolutely amazing experience and you can definitely leave it up to Hotair and their crew to make it a unique, interactive and even more exciting and special. The all you can eat buffet breakfast is a absolute treat and O'reilly's Vineyard continues to impress with it's tranquil setting. Hotair Ballooning with Hotair is a must do.

My family gave me a balloon ride with my husband for my 50th birthday. It was just fantastic. I was expecting 'that weightless feeling' and wondered how I would go with that, but nothing. It was just beautiful. You just go up! So gentle and peaceful. The crew were just great too. Really friendly and made the morning so much fun. I highly recommend it.

Awesome experience! We had the best time ever, we loved the landscape! At the beginning we were scared, but the take off and the landing were smooth. Paco was our pilot, he was the perfect guide and explained us everything. The crew was very helpful as well. Totally a worthwhile ride!!!!!!

This is definitely a MUST place to go, at least once in a lifetime to experience such an amazing moment, with your love one! All the beautiful landscape are captured under your eyelid at once. Great day for Grandma who has everything but hadn't had a hotair balloon ride. Kids loved sharing the experience watching Grandma float up & watching her land. Wonderful that we could join in for breakfast, the vineyard & food was superb. The early morning start was worth it!!

First such experience of my lifetime. It was absolutely amazing. We even managed to see flocks of kangaroos bounding around. The best way to appreciate the beauty of Cairns. Must do activity for all travellers.

Way too early to get up but you only do it once. Far more technical than I expected, very interesting and great views. We should have worn less clothes and definitely taken sunglasses. Breakfast excellent. A really fun way to finish our vacation

The 31th of July we had a hot air balloon ride from Canungra. We wanted to have a 1 hour flight, which they said was possible. When we were flying it was an amazing experience, but after half an hour the balloon landed, because "the wind" wasn't good enough for an one hour flight they said. But afterwards we spoke a guy from the crew who told us, that when most people who are in the balloon paid for half an hour, that you won't fly for an hour. So hotair, just be honest and tell us that a one hour flight isn't possible!!!

We here again, and experienced it during summer this time. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful up in the sky And to end it all.. a champagne buffet breakfast in the vineyard

I had one of the most amazing experiences with Hot Air Balloon Gold Coast this Easter. They deserve 10 starts instead of 5 only :) We had our first interstate holiday since our arrival in Australia almost 7 years ago. We saved for this holiday for over a year and it was well worth it. Our bus driver Kelly and hot balloon pilot Jay – were fun and entertaining and most importantly we knew that we were in safe hands. They all knew what they were doing. The balloon ride was smooth and slow yet we were so high up in the air and moving, but you won’t feel any discomfort. It was magical and the view was breath taking. After the ride, Kelly drove us a local winery for breakfast. We loved the food, the service and the nature. It was a wonderful experience and thank you for making our long-awaited holiday this beautiful. By the way, congratulations JAY for your 25th anniversary for being a pilot this 23rd of April, 2022. We loved your stories and sense of humour. All the best!

What an amazing experience. Definitely worth the early wakeup. The entire morning was so well planned and went seamlessly. I'd give 6 stars if I could. There was a bit of smoke haze because of the fires - but I still absolutely loved the flight. Our piolet (driver?) Frank was amazing. I'm actually scared of heights, but the basket honestly felt so stable and secure. I wasn't worried at all through out the flight. Great crew, great experience. Thank you all so much

Had a really nice time in the Hot Air Balloon, gets a bit hot from the flames but that's in the title, beautiful views of farmlands, mountain ranges and ofcourse the sunrise. Champange Buffett breakfast at O'Reilly's vineyard with a few wine tastings, was a great way to end the experience.

Great experience this morning with Kelly (Tour Guide) and Lawrie (Pilot). Everything was explained well and the whole experience was awesome. They made the extra effort to ensure our 6yr old even helped pack down the balloon (hiding and jumping to deflate the balloon. Its the small things like this that made her day. She felt quite scared with the burning of gas while we were up there, but this was turned around with the fun pack down. Overall wife and I enjoyed and the little one was over the moon. Thanks guys, a job well done. Highly recommend.

An awful experience they stuffed up our booking then wouldn't honour it saying it was an admin error. Flight was packed and so uncomfortable I was stuck between my partner and another gentleman. When landing we were told to hold the handrail brace our knees and lean on the back of the basket well I couldn't do that because there was not enough room for everyone to stand side by side how was that safe?

Breathtaking! Absolutely breathtaking! My wife and I have never been on a hot air balloon before and decided that we should try our chances while on holiday in Brisbane. We are so glad our maiden voyage could be with Hot Air Ballooning! They were professional, courteous and safety minded. Our balloon pilot Alan made us feel secure and right at home. He also gave us a lot of great information about the scenery and the balloon. Michael, John and Jumi where great too! The trip was well worth the price, just make sure you bring a camera to capture all of those fantastic views. Would recommend this place to anyone!

It's a amazing morning. The weather was very good. Tour guides are nice and professional. The breakfast is delicious. Moreover, they can drop we in the movie world so that we can save transportation time. The services is good and convenience to the tourist.

Our balloon ride in August was the biggest surprise for my wife, she was so happy that we got to fly and the breakfast at the vineyard was the best we had on our australian holiday. So so much fun on the morning.

We flew with Hot Air Gold this morning on the 22nd of Aug. It was an awesome and breathtaking experience. The driver that came to pick us up was friendly and give some prior information on what is expected of us like safety measures and landing instructions. We were brought to O'Rileys Vineyard for breakfast which were excellent in terms of quality and varieties. What impressed us was that they emphasis on safety above everything! Thumbs up for that!

The Hot Air Balloon in Gold Coast is amazing! Feels like a sky walk in the air. All my families love it, especially my 5 years old daughter. It's an exciting trip and really worth it. Enjoy the romance and peaceful morning.

I've always wanted to take a hot-air balloon and wonder what it's like to go so up high in the sky (we literally went 4000ft above the ground)! Even my parents and grandparents (who are afraid of heights) enjoyed the breathtaking scenery! The air was fresh, the sun was up and the whole scene was literally beautiful. The service provided was really good too and our pilot made sure that we were all comfortable! My little sisters certainly enjoyed the flight and our pilot's humour :) Our pilot also gave us a first hand experience in packing a hot-air balloon haha! :) This flight is really worth it and suitable for anyone from all walks of life! Certainly amazing!

I really enjoyed the trip from start to finish. The driver/tour guide, Tony, was awesome. The trip was very smooth with the balloon being expertly piloted by Paco. Everything was fun, even packing up the balloon afterwards and especially the 4WD ride out of the landing site. All in all a great experience which I would highly recommend.

My hot air balloon ride was a gift from my family for my 60th birthday as I had always dreamed of experiencing it.....and it stood up to my expectations! I'm a bit funny with heights in certain circumstances but I felt safe & secure the whole ride. There was one small down side as our view was spoiled at times by a morning fog but I think that might just be the excuse I need to do it again! Without the fog I would give it a 5 Star rating. A wonderful experience and lovely friendly staff.

It was a cloudy early morning that turned out to be a wonderful balloon flight. Once we went up, there was a little gap inbetween the clouds, enough for the sunrise to peek thru and it just lit up the whole valley. Great trip, great pilot, great people, awesome trip! A+++
