Fab Boutique Hotel. Staff excellent, great location just near 27 shuttle bus to CBD.

Quiet clean attentive staff. Convenient location. Check if yoh have the rpom with only kettle no toaster microwave etc.

I have stayed in this wonderful hotel a few times over the past year and have found the professionalism and warm welcome a pure joy. Chris and his team are always more than happy to help with any issue and maintain the rooms and hotel to a very high standard. The location is very convenient to the city and local attractions on the river. Just an exemplary hotel to stay with a luxurious attention to detail, highly recommended.

We stayed here for a christmas party at the Story Bridge Hotel. Glad we did! We had a beautiful self contained apartment and the gentleman who checked us in couldn't have been nicer. Wish we stayed longer than one night.

I have stayed at this accommodation many times over the past 3years and can not fault it or the staff. Chris is an absolute gem and gentleman and I am always greeted with the warmest of welcomes. I feel at ease and relaxed as soon as I walk in to reception and as always nothing is too much bother to improve your stay. The rooms are very comfortable no matter what level you are in and always clean and stylish. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great location, right next to the Story Bridge hotel where our conference was.

Great location. Excellent service. The bed in room 31 is lumpy and my back still hurts. The blind above the bed does little to stop light coming in. You've water leak in the ceiling that probably needs looking at. It was nice to have free parking. The soaps and cookies were lovely too.

I booked the hotel through the agency I didn't know hotel had out of hours. As I arrived at 7pm on Sunday, I had to call a number to get in. It was a it annoying as a European. After that everything was seemless. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and changed my room twice to make me happy I ended up with the beautiful upper floor room with balcony and enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended. Best in class receptionist, credit to him.. 😂

Old fashioned flawless service and hospitality. Beautiful variety of rooms. Perfectly clean, atmospheric and comfortable. The most accommodating and fabulous staff. Perfectly positioned in Kangaroo Point with surrounding river, parklands and restaurants. This is a home away from home my family delights in frequenting several times yearly. A must stay if seeking to find a high standard of accommodation with honourable pricing. 10/10.

We stayed here last minute on a very busy weekend in Brisbane. Everything was booked out and we were lucky to get this room. They explained that it was a small room over tge phone and only accessible via stairs, which was fine. The room itself was neat and clean and definitely all we needed for the night. The bed was super hard, even with the standard blanket padding underneath. That made it a little hard to have a decent sleep. The price was definitely higher than I'd like to pay, but they were the only place with availability. We were in an economy room, which I understand is their budget room and I'm sure the other rooms would be nice, the price just stung a little. The customer service was fantastic. Nothing to fault there at all. I'm a little weary of staying there again for the price and bed, but the cleanliness and service definitely will mean I'll consider it.

Just spent 2 nights here. Fantastic central location close to the city with a 30 second walk to the river. Enormous room, bathroom & balcony, all spotlessly clean. Lots of cafes & restaurants within close walking distance. The pool was lovely, & Chris provided some of the best customer service I've ever seen. All of this at a very reasonable price.Thank-you! We'll be back.

Best Customer/Guest service we have had in a long time! Chris is a Exceptional Host of this Beautiful Boutique Hotel which is truly a hidden gem. Our Room was lovely and clean, it had absolutely everything we needed, with nice lill extra touches, Bed was comfortable. The pool was nice for a swim and it's close to everything around Beautiful Kangaroo Point. We will be back. Thanks Chris & Team ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My elderly parents had a function to go to at the Story Bridge hotel on Saturday night so we booked them in to stay at Il Mondo. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and explained they were diagonally across the road from the hotel and would only be a few minutes walk for them. There was also a Carpark underneath close to the lift for them to get up to reception and their room. The room was clean and tidy and had a lovely sunny balcony to sit out on to read a book or have a coffee. There was also a bathroom that was wheelchair friendly. There's a fantastic cafe only short 30m walk or lots of other places to eat that are not too much further to walk to. Also, the riverwalk and Brisbane River only few minutes at bottom of the street.
