I am annoyed with the work of the cashiers at 7 eleven Tafe. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. The cashier judges my friend as a thief, just because she wanted to use the microwave for the noodles that she bought earlier in the store, she is learning English but she does not deserve such treatment. I would like this company to teach these employees about customer service and empathy or share with them the values of the company.

I used to go to 7-Eleven all the time when I was a student at Southbank Tafe, but I stopped going because the staff are really rude and the food is terrible. I don't know if it's just me, but every time I went in there the staff would give me dirty looks and make snarky comments. The food is also really gross - it's always stale and overpriced. I definitely do not recommend this 7-Eleven, there are much better convenience stores out there!

The Asian lady who seems to be in most days is one of the rudest cashiers I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. One of the Caucasian females is more pleasant but have only seen her once or twice. Coffee is fine... It's 7-11. Maybe a little burnt than usual.

Extremely bad service from the male cashier, who is also possibly the owner - I gently squeezed the ice inside an iced coffee cup to brake it apart (otherwise it is impossible to mix the milk and coffee together) and the cup accidentally opened and all the ice came out. I clean it up and got a new one and he was extremely rude to me and told me I have to pay for both. $2 for a cup of ice!? I asked if I can come back and refill my cup as I paid for two and he told me no.

I saw the owner shouting at a student for asking if he can pay with card and cash separately. Edit: nothing has changed, the owner is still rude, I'm pretty sure the response was just a robotic reply and they don't actually care...

Same experience here like others. Rude staff/owner. Shame!!

Rude and dismissive staff. Only one coffee machine still operating. The other one seems to be never fixed again. Often times no coffee beans, no milk for coffee. Generally speaking this store doesn’t seem to be run properly.

The first time I went to 7-11 to bought my lunch,I had a bad experience. First, the price of the product is misleading. I bought a classic sandwich and milk tea. I saw clearly that the price of the sandwich was 5 dollars,but when I paid the money, the cashier told me it would cost 7 dollars. (There is only 2 dollars milkshake on the price,but I didn’t buy it) Second, the service from that Asian woman cashier was terrible, she was inpatient when I asked about the price. Last, the most serious point is that she miscalculated money. I was very hungry at the time and I had enough of her poor service, I left quickly without looking closely at her change. I found out during lunch that she shortchanged me 4 dollars, and since she didn’t give me an invoice, it would be difficult for me to get my money back!

I went to get a coffee, the machine had issues with the milk, instead of milk, it came out water, and the maxine stoped, the guy came, pressed a button, ignoring the error message to continue the process. I didn't want that, I want a fresh coffee. He didn't like I started over and was very impolite. I will never go back, horrible person. 😢

The worse customers service, the employers are rude and have poor levels and manners for communication. I hate going to this place. Maybe 7 eleven should hired people with better values and customer service.

The owner of this store is so rude and obnoxious!! I’ll never come back. As you can see all the feedbacks are negative and reflects poorly on the real values of 7/11 company and this kind of franchisee shouldn’t be allowed to trade if their ratings are this low! Nasty and unkind owner!!

The staff is very rude Very very rude . I guess why the male staff so rude but still working so long is because he may own the store.

Rude staff. Challenging people to fight. If you really want to fight jump in the ring more than happy to assist you there.

Absolutely DISGUSTING service here, the reviews certainly speak the truth. The family or people who run this store are so disrespectful, pushy, rushed and disorganized. They really need to revisit their customer service training because shoving the pin pad towards me and saying nothing but 'there' is NOT IT. not even a hello or goodbye, i didn't even want to give my money to them. They just think of us as another struggle to get by. It's embarassing. The prices are so unbelievably high , if i could give no stars, i would. They are judgemental. Do not go here, you will get nothing but scammed and belittled.

I recently went to this 7 Eleven to change money, they weren’t friendly and the shop is really busy and the things are quite expensive. As I was there to change money they were not vey courteous. I did look at the coffee and cakes and the prices seemed reasonable. Unfortunately because I didn’t buy any thing they didn’t change money I wouldn’t recommend this place for changing money only you can get coffee and cake from there.

To get a coffee, actually a cup of hot water I am in the line for 15 minutes. Why wouldn’t you put the electric hot water heater for people who buys noodles and 1 more microwave would increase your income
