I wouldn't work here if you think They will treat you like a human being. It's smokes and mirrors and then they will treat you like trash, and the second the store manager realises she can't wrap you around her narcissistic finger she will passively bully you out of the place, by giving you 3 hours maximum and sometimes nothing.

Awesome place to go if you are a sea animal lover, they have dolphin shows and seal shows, you get to see the penguins and touch stingrays. Wonderful for adults and children. There is also a small springier type water play for kids to get wet, great for the heat in the summer time. We recently attended the CARNIVAL spectacular which had a great evening light show. There are a few rides for those who love adrenaline as well. We love heading to Sea world on our VIP pass to see whats up coming and new.

Always have been shopping in Petbarn Macgregor for all of my fury pet needs. Staff are very considerate and always give assistance if you need it. I also do online click and collect and never had any issues.

My bf, my dog and I were greeted and acknowledged by a young man named Chris. He was very friendly and interacted with my dog. I asked him for assistance with many goldfish queries and he answered all my questions without a sweat. It wasn’t one of those awkward encounters rather it was as if I was talking to a friend. I wasn’t certain about what selection of fish to pick with my one fish. He kindly and patiently went through a few I asked about. Giving me a back story of the fish, to the friendliness of the fish with other species, to the growth capacity, size, compared his experience with his own goldfish, etc. Which really concreted my decision in selecting the most compatible fish for my one fish. Additionally, I needed assistance with aquatic plants and he simultaneously aided me by giving me a recommendation of which plant to place in my tank which will also partially feed the goldfish. Thankfully for him, my bf and I was able to grasp more knowledge on the specific Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels in the water. In conclusion, I would 100% recommend requesting him for his expertise, knowledge on fish, and other queries!! Excellent addition to pet barn!!! :)

You can say hi, im right thanks, and they'll leave you be, or you can ask a question and they'll give you the benefit of their knowledge. If they dont have what you need, they'll check stock, or other stores. Relaxed, friendly, just what you shoukd be able to expect. Dog washing station, and members discounts also!

Large Pet Barn in Commercial area with a vast variety of products. ITEMS INSTORE Dogs, lizards, cats, birds, poultry a bit of everything. SERVICE Alway friendly OVERALL Clean and well organised. Staff could know a little more about their products. I asked if the chick feed was medicated, they had no idea so I went elsewhere. The produce shop was $35 cheaper overall for the chicken products I needed and layer mesh a better quality. Although situated conveniently, I will not be back.

Beautiful environment with so many things to do and see. Watch the graceful dolphins do amazing tricks, touch and feed a stingray or go on a crazy rollercoaster ride. Learn about seals, penguins. The list goes on. We will definitely go again.

Fantastic day at SeaWorld my first time :) kids had a ball and those Dolphins 🐬 are absolutely amazing. I'd watch it over and over again Love that the research gets funded this way. Could do better with covid social distancing procedures. Sea world has always been my favourite, but over the years I'm seeing more high thrill seeker rides and less family attractions and experiences.

An incredible experience! We went the other week when it was raining and while it was awesome, I definitely recommend SeaWorld in the sun, it is amazing. The staff are lovely, and the rides and experiences are so much fun! The $70 for the 14 day photo pass was perfect as we had the 14 day pass to all the theme parks. We have a tonne of photos to remember out time here 100% recommend!!

To the best. Despite its age, Sea World has managed to not only remain relevant, but updated and safe. The park is huge and there are a multitude of things to do for children, from children to adults. We have a child of 5 and a 2 year old, both love to come here and you can spend a whole day here. If you have small children, bring swimmers for them and for you.

Good but not fantastic. Animals were great but the shows were a little too short in my opinion. I didn't get to try the rides thought. Last thing, I went with a person on a wheelchair and everything was great and accessible for us. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. That's a great thing to have. Overall a good little park.

So sad to see how out-of-date Seaworld is with so little to see. As a local who has been to Seaworld off and on for a very long time, I would find it very difficult to recommend to tourists. Seaworld's heyday is well and truly in the past with so few attractions or anything worthwhile to see. Once one deals with the challenge of finding a carpark and lines that go on forever, it's difficult to see why it's worth a trip. Seaworld is best avoided.

Great all day family experience. Both animals and rides and shows to keep the family happy. Memories you will never forget.

Busy but can social distance still, not packed, hot.. great staying at resort so can come and go. The resort has water slides which my children loved and cried over when we left. Sea World itself you can take fruit and water, and refill your drink at a water fountain in the park although one i saw was out of order. Or buy ice cold snow cones or drinks. I looked at it as investing in marine animal research and well being, as well as my own enjoyment and education. Firstly, they do rescues like of trapped turtles, beached whales. The animals in the park don't do old school circus tricks and there is info at every show how they are cared for. Even so, the shows are interesting and short so a preschooler can hold attention.. just. You can pat a sting ray on the side. Or just watch up super close. There are rided and cartoon characters around. We dod carousel and some sort of swinging bus. The roller coaster line looked long in the afternoon. There is a cool boat ride where everyone on board shoots water at those waiting or watching and vice versa, you can shoot water to strangers on the boat. The kids climbing frame course was sensational. Day 1 was too hot, we left and came back the next morning and did it then. My 3.5 and 5 year old loved it and it had interesing tunnels, crossings and went super high. I did it too. Staff super nice. If your kids are young, stay in the resort. You can hoo back and forth and not curse if it's too hot or rains or they get ovet dolphins. The resort itself is worth staying for the pool and waterslides.

This store has been incredible during the process of getting a puppy and getting him sorted in our house. They always have the time to answer as many questions and are not condescending to silly questions, unlike other local pet stores, which it so incredible. They also make an effort to remember you and your dog, even when you go in without the dog. Don't get me wrong, my pup is a very hansom boy and memorable. But even when I go in without Loki, I am greeted with staff remembering me as Loki's owner and wondering where he is. They Really make us feel welcome and it makes us want to shop there. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and friendly, but Madi especially, if you're in the area is it by far the best local pet shop, I cannot recommend it enough.

Puppy got puppy classes here. Trainer was really nice and explained all the essential things to us, including toilet training, puppy bites, how they play with other dogs. Totally recommend this petbarn puppy school👍🏻

After our Aquarium leaked over night we woke up to our 300 litre tank empty and a flooded apartment. We ended up at Pet Barn McGregor frazzled with no idea what do do…. On the 16.7.22pm around 3pm We were served by Christopher who was absolutely amazing. As a person who works in Retail Management myself I know the “Signs”. Christopher was polite professional and answered all our questions and concerns…. He went above and beyond with his customer service and even helped load our New Aquarium and all the accessories, as I hurt my back into our car…. We ended up spending over $1300 in store and love our new Aquarium. Again thanks to Christopher for above average service. Thanks again !

My wife and I shop here on a regular basis and staff are friendly and helpful. Today we were served by the "assistant store manager" . A word of advice for you and YOUR manager. Try curbing your bad attitude when talking to customers and it's never a good idea to arrogantly talk over top of them while they are asking a valid question. Not all husbands will be as patient as I was. And I'm not always with my wife. Do better pal or maybe a different type of work.

A very large display with heaps of products and food for all types of animals and pets. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I found them knowledgeable and eager to please. I was looking for chlorine neutralisers and it was so convenient they were open late on Thursdays.

Prices were good and staff very corteous and helpful. Unfortunately a delivery drive,r licence plate number XQ07VI, parked myself and several other cars in. The damage to the back of my car caused when trying to exit was not worth the savings at Petbarn.

Great value dog wash! $10 to self wash our dog, it’s amazing value! Shampoo, conditioner, flea treatment and blow dry. I paid $50 plus for a mobile dog wash to do the same! Thanks petbarn you have given us yet another reason to visit your store, we will be back that’s for sure

Generally good, and a regular for food there. but at times (depending on what staff is there) really not that kind and attending at all. Note too, the dog wash apparently closes at 430! Not communicated anywhere. So when I walked in at 429 it was not even considered letting me wash still (and I've got a staffy, so 10 min done), standing there with a pram and not being able to get there earlier.

I recently made a click and collect order for a dog kennel from McGregor store. I got the SMS confirmation that it is ready for pick up. I went to the store and was delivered only box 1 out of 2 and me not knowing it was a 2 pack order came home and found half the parts were missing and realised I’ve got only 1out of 2boxes. Went back to the store to pick the other box and to my surprise they couldn’t locate box2 and asked me to come back the next day. They did not offer me any delivery service or other alternatives though they were at fault of not being able to fulfil the order completely. Not a good experience to visit the store thrice to collect one order and I don’t think I will ever make an order from this store again.

I've been to 3 different petbarns since having my wee little pup.. and by chance I was at MacGregor today. Ash was by far some of the best customer service I've received for quite awhile, so so helpful (even if it was to get extra puppy cuddles 😅) I definitely will be travelling the extra mile to come back to this store specifically.

My online click and collect order was ready very quickly (notified by SMS). The staff at the Kessels Road Macgregor store in Brisbane were super friendly, courteous and helpful. Loads of parking available either at the door or a very short walk away. Best to approach this store from the lefthand side of Kessels Road heading towards Garden City. If you're on the other side of Kessels Road, it's a bit of a hassle as there is nowhere nearby to do a u-turn. It's an enormous store so if you can't find your pet products there, then they probably don't exist! (Although I'm sure they would order in whatever you need.) Highly recommend Petbarn. Great service and competitive prices.
