This place has everything you need including chicken coops to bird houses and hamster dens. I just got some chickens and I didn’t know what type of chicken food they like. I asked a staff which one is better and she helped me a lot pick and decide the chicken food for my little chicks. Staff are very friendly and are a very quick pet service. They also have a dog groom and wash station and if your in a hurry they have anything you need to quickly duck out and the back in. I think this place definitely deserves more attention. Thank you.

The staff are all so great, my dog hates going for her bath and they love how she has the power to nearly pull me down to the other end of the store. The range of food is good and they will price match as well. Very friendly.

Jaz and the team are fantastic!! Our puppy loves visiting the salon even though he hates being brushed and is not a fan of the blow dryer. Border Collie parents should definitely take their fur babies here, this is the absolute best BC groomer we have ever found!!

Recently, our two puppies graduated Puppy School. The training they, and we received from Laney was comprehensive. She was engaging, enthusiastic, patient, caring and supportive. We received follow up training homework each week to practice with the pups. Class was organised and gently structured. We actually enjoyed each class and the pups were taught basic commands, using treats as a reward - sit, lay down, up, stay, come, and to follow. There are additional classes, run by Petbarn, once puppies graduate Puppy School, which we will definitely look into.

Always well stocked with friendly staff. The puppy class in the back corner can be a bit loud sometimes and that means my big fulla can't come in with me which is a shame. I've been caught in fairly long lines here waiting for a checkout a few times which is even more frustrating when I order online for pick up most of the time

We signed up for puppy school here after meeting Georgia on a supply run. She is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We are confident in her skills and look forward to taking our little pup in again!

So I am very upset. Always go to Jindalee to shop and brought my dogs there to be groomed last year. They said bring them back at any time, so I was chuffed. Then in October I called for a groom a bit more then their typical brushing and obviously they were filled up to Christmas. I put my details down if a cancellation happened and didn't get a call. Called them today see what availability they had and that I was on the waitlist since October. Hoping that had some merit.The girl said you specifically had to ask. I let her know I thought I did and she asked me if I wanted to be on it again. I asked where is that list and do you see my details on it. She said no. So I thanked her for her time and told her that I thought I was more important than this but obviously not and said goodbye. Never going back. Not even a call to say couldn't get you in but let's make a plan in the new year. I feel so devalued. The Briard and the Rescue.

Petbarn is my go to for all things for my dogs due to convenience with one near home and this one being on the long way home after the dogs had become dirty for a hike. The Jindalee Petbarn has a great range and easy parking. But the best thing is that there are two dog wash machines which makes it’s great for and in out. Plus it fits both my dachies on one hit to elevate their anxiety

Yesterday was the 2nd time I took Bailey for a full grooming appointment with Yasmin, PetBarn Jindalee . Each time the staff have been caring and mindful of Bailey's anxiety. The groomers are very experienced. Yasmin told me Bailey was well behaved. I am thankful I found a grooming salon for Bailey that cares. In between these sessions I take Bailey for a toe nail trim.

Awesome product range, bought my cat from here and all products I've ever needed too. My very large dog also loves the chew toys that are just as tough as she is. I love the dog wash and puppy preschool classes which means I get to meet and if I'm lucky pat some gorgeous dogs and puppies. My son and I love to chill out in the Zen fish section. Impossible to not leave feeling both energised and relaxed all at once and we can't wipe the smiles from our faces! Find myself making excuses to "just pop in for a sec!"

Lovely staff, always make me feel at ease about my fussy chihuahua with poor people skills. They've helped me a few times picking food and suggesting collars and leashes. Also the pet barn club is super handy, as I can never remember what brand of wormer she's on, plus the bonuses are always nice.

Our dogs hate been washed there but we love it. That is what matters.

I was thrilled with the service I received here. They knew the history and personalities of the cats up for adoption from the RSPCA. They could easily recommend products and services. And even went about explaining what came with a kitten adoption and how we could utilize the vouchers the save the most money overall. All the staff were fantastic and I highly recommend this store.

Great customer service can take your animals in there to pick their own toy if that's what you like doing. Also have great prices for most things as well.

These groomers are the best. Not only are they the nicest people, they are clearly skilled at their job. They take the time to find all the loose hair and are so gentle with my dog. It's clear why this salon is so in demand. Highly recommend.

Exceptional and friendly staff, I am greeted as I enter the store. I bring my boys here for grooming, and the staff have never let me down, but it pays to book ahead as they are busy.

I love the open grooming salon so I can see the groomers in action, this helps me trust that the dogs are always taken care of. The groomers do such a great job and are always happy and polite.

The staff are usually both friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the dog washing machines frequently have shampoo, conditioner or flea wash issues. They appear to run out or apparently get airlocks. I had one occasion where they weren't installed correctly. If the place is busy you can spend a long time waiting for the issue to be addressed. Maybe avoid washes on Saturdays. The issues do get fixed by friendly staff but you can spend more time than expected. Might be a good idea to regularly check detergent levels. That could also help staff familiarity with their operation.

Best dog groomers! The team at the Jindalee Pet Barn Grooming are fantastic. Our doggas are always happy being left for their grooms, they come home happy and look incredible. Great skill level of grooming. The ladies are so friendly and happy to see us on grooming day!
