Dr Arthur Low at Brisbane Dental has a wonderful caring manner, I’m very glad to have found Dr Low as my dentist. After a couple of nightmare experiences at another clinic, Dr Low is a huge welcome relief from the stress and anxiety I had previously suffered. The dental assistant alongside Dr Low was also warm and very kind. The clinic itself is welcoming, light and bright. Clinic staff at reception are helpful and friendly.

In a word - AWESOME! I’m one of those many that don’t like going to the Dentist or having Dental work done. I called in at about 08:30am, they set an appointment time for 11:45am that day. The service and treatment I received by all staff was 5 Star and a very good price. Thank you Team Brisbane Dental - appreciated.

Dr David Ewen is amazing Dentist, He is extremely Talented and knows his profession well. Dr Ewen, to me, is one of the Best dentists in Brisbane, he is patient, kind very gentle and always puts my anxiety at ease when I'm in the chair, David is extremely professional with a eye for detail with an uplifting friendly character. This dental practice went well beyond anyone of my expectations when I was in great pain and needed emergency treatment on a broken tooth. When I was going to my previous dentist I stopped getting my teeth cleaned as he hurt me so much. Feroza on the other hand has never hurt me once. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Every time I visit these folks, my smile grows more confident. The dentists and staff all take effort to put you at ease and make the experience more comfortable. They have been kind and accepting in helping me deal with sensory stimulation issues due to Autism and ADHD. They also took into account the meds and lifestyle factors that contributed to my dental health and have been patient and understanding when helping me to find strategies to aid in managing those factors. Seriously guys... go to this clinic, they are really good.

Always a fantastic experience here for our family’s dental needs. Our children have been coming here since they were 2 and are excited to visit every time! Not only is the dental care great there is a family room at the back of the practice to help entertain us while we are waiting.

I have seen Dr O'Brien in the past and she has always patiently answered my questions. Today I saw Dr Arthur Low and he was great with the injection, hardly felt anything. Laura one of the receptionist also uses common-sense and I am grateful she helped me out today.

I am from interstate and had a dental emergency (a split tooth that extended into the gum line) I was a walk up patient and the clinic made time to see me. I had an emergency extraction. I’ve had appointments with both Dr Cheryl and Dr Arthur, and they were both so friendly, kind, gentle and informative. Definitely the best dental clinic in Brisbane, I have no reason to fear dentist appointments when I go here! The girls at reception were also so lovely and helpful!

This is the first time I'd been to the dentist in many years and it was due to gum inflammation, so I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect, but the team at Brisbane Dental were excellent. The receptionists were friendly and promptly answered some questions I had before the appointment. Dr. Viola was extremely patient, asked me a lot of questions to understand my situation and listened to everything I had to say, and she also explained everything in great detail as she went along and gave me lots of helpful tips about oral care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone and I plan to visit more regularly as I trust them to help me take better care of my teeth.

Dental receptionists friendly & welcoming. Dentist Viola explained everything, was kind and caring. Of note I needed a referral for specialist treatment. When I arrived (the same day) the referral was already there, whereas I noticed 3 patients before and after me were asked for a referral but had been told by there clinics that they had been sent when they had not. Loved Viola and will return to her for check ups and further treatment when needed.

Both my children have gone to brisbane dental since they were little. Cheryl and all the staff are exceptional. I can’t fault them. I've been going to this practice for years now and I've always been happy with the service. Dr O'Brien is skilled and extremely gentle. She always talks things through so I understand all the medical jargon. She focuses on preventative measures rather than just shoving in fillings. I went today and am happy to report that all staff were extremely diligent with managing hygiene in respect of COVID-19 including sanitising the pens and door handles. Very impressed and it made me feel comfortable.

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist until I found Dr O'Brien at this clinic. She is the sweetest, most gentle dentist. This is the best dental clinic in Brisbane, as they always manage to squeeze me in, even if they are busy. I never have to wait long for an appointment.

I have been a regular customer at Brisbane Dental since 1995 (that's a long time - going on to 25 yrs!). They have moved twice and changed their name (was Roma St Dental) during that time. It's always the same great service and very friendly staff, both at the counter and when in the chair! My dentist is Firozah, who has been diligently checking and maintaining my teeth for what must be about 20 yrs now! I highly recommend Brisbane Dental, they will look after you.

I visited this dental practice for the first time last week and saw Dr Cheryl Liew for a checkup and clean, I then followed up for some fillings later in the week. Both times she was incredibly informative, going through the pictures and x-rays of my teeth, explaining my options and associated costs. When I was getting the fillings she also did a great job to ensure that I didn't experience any pain.

Over 8 years now I have been happily entrusting Brisbane Dental with all ongoing care (and even sometimes my minor cosmetic concerns) of my dental health . I'll keep on coming back as all the dentists at Brisbane Dental I experienced over the years (of course I have my 'Favorites';-) attend expertly with genuine care , taking time to explain procedures patiently , offering options . I have been visiting Brisbane Dental for many years during the time it was located at Roma Street Transit Centre (Roma Street Dental). My dentist Dr Firozah is a very friendly and caring person who is also very professional, thorough and efficient. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. Very recently I had to change one of my appointments within a short notice and they helped me to get a new appointment within my requirements. The new clinic is very nice place equipped with modern clinical equipment and is located in the CBD (5 minutes walk to Roma Street railway station). The customer service of this clinic is absolutely great.

Dr Kathleen Ling is an excellent Dentist and responsible for caring for my smile for over seven years now. She has a caring demeanor and informs you about each step of the procedure while in her care. The support staff at Brisbane Dental are very helpful - a great team.

I had a tooth ache for a while and when I bit on some hard food it hurt on my right side when I ate and drank cold drinks.I have been going to this dentist for a while.I was looked at by Aoibheann O'Brien. The X-rays showed that I had split a tooth. It took 3 appointments to get it fixed ,a filling,a root canal treatment and tooth implant. It ended up being way cheaper than what was initially quoted. All jobs were time consuming for Aoibheann . She did a great job ,the suffering has stopped,I can feel a difference now.Its been money well spent. I recommend Brisbane Dental for anyone who works in the city and is after a good dentist.

Excellent dental practice - gentle and very professional dentist. They don't try to sell you extras, the price is extremely reasonable and you get much better care than average. I recommend wholeheartedly, and found this on the recommendation of two other friends, who were also impressed.

David is a first class dentist. All the staff are lovely and the facilities are very modern. Only criticism, if any, is I had to pay for flouride treatment on my second visit in the year as a gap with my health fund which only covers once a year treatment so check the fine print as I pay for top health insurance.

My first visit at this dental practice (earlier this morning) was extremely positive. Receptionists are welcoming and helpful. Dr Low was great before, during and after the teeth check-up and cleaning. I was positively surprised to have x-rays without moving from the dentist chair. I agree with James’ previous comment – it was informative and interesting to see the x-rays of my teeth and to be presented with solutions to take care of my teeth/gum problems. So glad and relieved that I’ve found my Brisbane-based dentist.
