I arrived at the Hayder clinic broken & tired wanting my misery to end. I had tried Doctors, psychiatry & cold turkey all to no avail. Whilst at Hayder I learnt that I do have a disease. A disease that affects many others just like me, I am not alone. I found the support staff to be just that, great support. They helped me find the tools I need in my toolbox to start living clean and become a grateful recovering addict. The TC and staff helped me find the person who become lost 26years ago. I will be forever grateful & I can now become the man that I knew was inside and he doesn’t have to be isolated anymore. I worked hard to be an addict and I apply that same work ethic to my recovery. Dann is the man!! He really knows his stuff! I initially visited as my right forearm was very tense due to a local QLD badminton competition. After one session the tension eased at between 50%-75%, and after the second session the tension was gone. I go back approximately once every 6 weeks now just for general maintenance usually due to neck/shoulder tension due to office work.

I attended the 90 day residential program and have not looked back! The clinic was described to me as "not five star accommodation, but definitely a five star program." This was 100% correct! Not only have I completed the 90 day residential program at the retreat, I am still currently attending the Transitional Housing Program. This is ensuring I ease my way back into mainstream life with the best possible foundation in recovery. The Hader Clinic Queensland includes all the aspects of a successful rehabilitation program to ensure I put my recovery first. I tried many attempts at recovery from addiction with no success. This experience has changed my life and given me tremendous hope for the future.

The team at TLC are very professional and have taken the time to get to know me and my body’s quirks. After years of limited results from massage, I’ve finally got my neck and back pain under control. Just wish I’d discovered them sooner!

For close to 10 years I have had knee problems and no doctor has been able to diagnose it. Within 5 minutes, my practitioner told me the issue and within an hour she had fixed me up. Never have my knees felt so good and it has been days since I visited the clinic. I will definitely be going back for any future problems and strongly recommend the service to anybody looking for acupuncture or massage therapy.

It is a shame that Dann has resigned, looks like I'll need to find a clinic elsewhere. Went to one of the others in the clinic and the standard of client service/knowledge is just not the same level. They tried pushing all extras onto me that I knew I did not need. Think they are just interested now in billings rather than their customers. Definitely won't be returning here.

I've been seeing Soo at TLC for the past 6-8 months for IVF acupunture and have had a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable, kind and supportive and as a result I've just found out that I'm pregnant! I really recommend coming to TLC and seeing Soo if you're undergoing IVF!!! I'd give more stars if I could :)

Thus far support to achieve assistance with aod abuse has been awesome. My fear is after watching the ABC four corners pgm, has myself wary and cautious. Watch the space. I'm sad tho to see even health care is now such huge industry for company and corporate emprise, what happened to a fair income for health care workers etc with money to reinvest , and care workers working because they care not for corporate greed. My book is open.

Highly recommend Dr. Soo Hyun Song. I saw Soo while under going IVF treatments and she is nothing but professional, compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Always accommodating (especially around your IVF appointments). Regular patient now for all my acupuncture needs.

I rate this service so highly. Dr Soo H Song is AMAZING! She is polite, professional and caring. If you've never tried acupuncture before, please believe me, it works. Dr Song is a highly trained practitioner and I always feel so much better after my treatments. My aches and pains and stress are relieved after I have a session. I love the peaceful relaxation music they play; the place is always neat and clean and the cost is very reasonable too. All the phone staff, including Tracey and Natasha are so obliging and helpful. Have a chronic ankle swelling I couldn’t seem to get rid of and searched online for the best acupuncture. Peter consulted and shared his extensive knowledge with me. Had two sessions of electro acupuncture (uncomfortable but tolerable) and the swelling has gone down slightly.

I was in Brisbane for a business trip and fit in two sessions in one week. Dr Soo Hyun Song was amazing. I have been having issues with my knee and hamstring for the entire year, and after two sessions I have no pain. She offers a multi-pronged approach with needles, cupping and electric impulses; worked a treat. I wish I was there longer to have her fix all of my other ailments. Next time!

Went TLC at Edward st yesterday morning and my Korean acupuncturist was very nice friendly and professional. I only travel to Brisbane for just a week and glad that I found them to fix my sore feet.

Dr Soo is very good at what she does. I started going to her last year with pains in knees and hands and she has helped greatly in improving my health. If anyone is looking for a good acupuncturist, I highly recommend seeing Dr Soo.

I was diagnosed with IBS several years ago, but a year ago I developed gas and bloating that severely affected my quality of life. I sought different treatments from my GP and Gastroenterologist, but none of them eased my symptoms. Then I saw Dr Nicholas Breen, who really listened to me and suggested some tools in addition to the acupuncture sessions. After only 3 sessions, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my digestion and well-being. I strongly recommend Dr Breen to anyone who suffers from IBS or similar symptoms, especially if they feel that their doctors have not investigated other possible causes.
