Awesome little venue with some amazing beers on tap. The atmosphere was really relaxed here and if you're in to some unique stuff like a Gose or Sour craft beer this is the place for you. The staff were friendly and helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Great selection of beer and staff are very knowledgeable. Food was priced right for what your getting and would have it again. Atmosphere is on point and like the game options. Would be nice to have some more substantial food options and takeaway beer but understand why this may not be practical.

Another great example of the cool hole-in-the-wall venues point up asserting Brisbane. Extremely friendly staff with a really good good selection of craft beer in the fridge and on tap. Small beer garden out the side is a great addition to the venue. The menu is a fantastic complement to the beer and the atmosphere.

Just discovered this place last night and I'll be coming back for sure! The atmosphere is so chill and Bear the bar dog is very sweet. Can't wait to try all the beers on the menu!

The Ploughman has to be my favourite craft beer pub/micro-brewery. Lee (the owner) is an legend, and has has created a nice chilled out vibe. Lee is obviously passionate about what he does, and the proof is in the incredible beer ( and gin) he serves up. All the beer is brewed on site, and changes regularly so there is always something new to try. If beer isn't you thing, Lee has great wine and gin options to choose from also. Lee's cheese toasties are also famous, and it's worth visiting if not for the beer, just for one of those.

The bar staff at the ploughman are very helpful and make recommendations to ensure everyone has a great time at the ploughman. You can tell they love their job especially on a Friday afternoon after a long week.

Love this joint for some unique, off the wall craft beers. Excellent spot for a launch pad before heading to the Valley or City for a meal...or better yet sample their excellent fare. We love it here, and the only fault is we dont get there enough!

Leigh is the coolest dude. His bar has everything from awesome beers, great food, awesome service, and an atmosphere that makes anybody who goes feel like they're just next door at their mates.

Dog friendly out the back. Different beers and food everytime we go. Can be loud inside if it is busy due to the concrete finish but never been a problem. Really helpful and friendly staff

Change of scene from a busy road in Alderley to a quiet spot tucked at the back of industrial Enoggera. Also a change of drinks menu to focus on the micro brewery. Enjoyed the wcipa and hazy. Love a local. Thanks guys.

Where do I start? Very welcoming and friendly staff who offer an incredible selection of drinks. Their food menu is nothing to laugh at either. This place has an awesome atmosphere and is always my number one pick to go for a drink. Can't pass up the Plough :)

Fantastic bar and good bar food! Good selection of craft beers and Australian wines, along with some great Australian spirits. Food is simple but good quality and the hospitality at the venue is lovely - even though we are new to the neighbourhood we feel very at home!

Great bar and the pizza on a Friday was off the chain! I believe their names were Tristan and Dan that we're running the stall and were killing it! Such amazing pizzas! Great service (charming even) and high quality eats!

Wonderful local bar with great atmosphere. Craft beers and unusual wines are often showcased, but it’s never been pompous or snobby here, with well known drops also available. Great snack platters. Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and happy to offer recommendations. We go as often as we can.

Always love the Ploughman. Excellent rotating taps with actually decent beers. Staff and lovely, and the Share Platter Charcuterie Board is delicious. All good ingredients and a decent amount for the price. Stop in. Just do it.

Awesome spot, Owner is a great bloke to chat about beers and liquor about. Always has something exciting to try and some tasty as heck snacks. Allows dogs outside, and has a takeaway fridge to take home a nice brew. Really good spot, one that makes Alderley a great place to live.

Spent $50 to get a ride there to meet friends well before advertised closing time and they were closed. WHY? It’s ok to close whenever you want but why say you would be open if you’re not. $100 round trip cheers. Clearly never going back and now will encourage people not to go. Good work
