    Sunday morning my partner and I went to this subway and were served by the rudest, most disrespectful young man named Edwin. He was rude to both my partner and I, Edwin had a major attitude problem and it felt like he didn’t want to serve the both of us. He was very stingy on most salad options and sauce I was not impressed by this. Please fix this problem 👎

    If you are reading this review and you are going to have a sub please walk down to the Myer shopping center or come into QUT P block. I wouldn't recommend you to waste your money just to be treated like a jerk. The food was just OK not so good and not so bad, but the service was incredibly terrible. The staff wasn't even waiting outside and I had to wait until he comes out to just stare at me and go "what?" in his face. So i asked for one meatball sub and again he stares at me with "what?' in his face, and he finally speaks out a word "what bread?" with a sigh. After that he continually ask me what i want, but his voice was so small and I couldn't hear it. He was like mumbling. Even if he was acting so weird like that, I could still stay calm and endure it. But at the last stage when he asks me "any drinks?" and I said "coke please" and he asked me cup or bottle, so I said cup and he starts to claim to me "you gotta be exact... what size do you want". Why is he expecting me to know how to order everything in subways? I'm actually writing this review only because of him. The way he treated me was unacceptable. After all that, I was filling my cup and the coke was so white and tasted like schweppes soda water maybe it was because the syrup was out. But, when I asked him about this he only said a word "wait" and when I called him again to say I'm gonna put throw this away into the bean he looked at me like a jerk and said "JUST WAIT" he used my cup to taste the coke. Obviously after filling up the syrup he said no word but "It should be fine", no apologize.

    This is worst Subway in city, today I said that I just need half bread, the stuff gave me the whole bread, I said more than three times, then he just cut it down and very rude to watch me. And also I said can u help me to toast that? He just said “I can’t do that” Omg, so terrible. Never want to buy it in this shop

    I`m a regular customer of Subway chains. I have experienced this Subway 3 times and every time I received the worst sandwich ever. First, when I asked for some specific salad in my sandwich, they put other things and did not accept to change them. Secondly, they put half of regular portion of what you ask in your sandwich. I would never go there again. It seems that the owner of this Subway does not care about the quality of service and how the staff behave with customers.

    Zero star! This is 100% the worst customer service I have experienced! The guy staff expects you to know what to order and speaks really low. I had to tell him I have a hearing problem, expecting him to treat me a little better... but NO. After I said that, he was sarcastic, stared at me, mumbled, rolled his eyes. He made me feel worse about my hearing problem that day. I heard he has been working here for years and doesn't seem to be happy. Why is he still here? He shouldn't work in customer service. I know some people are avoiding this subway because of him.

    I’d like to complain about one of the female stuff who has Indian accent. She never listens to me and always gives me the wrong serve, in addition, I can’t stand her bad attitude. It seems like she doesn’t listen to me for several times on purpose. She usually works during the day time weekdays, everyone should take care of her.

    Waited in line twice over the past 2 months at this subway to order a standard item just after 12pm. Twice did not have it and walked out. If you can’t be bothered to stock a certain item or don’t know how to manage your food orders properly then at least put a sign on the door or mark it off your wall menu. This will at least save people wasting their lunch time lining up for nothing.

    I previously thought that all Subway restaurants are pretty much the same. Comparing the reviews for restaurants in the Brisbane CBD I realised that this might not be the case. I ordered a sub on Rye Bread (via app), waited for 20 minutes before I picked it up (that's what the app suggested) to hear "sorry, we're out of Rye Bread". I'm wondering: Why did the app not tell me that you are out of Rye Bread? Now (about 30 minutes later) I would still be able to order a sub on Rye Bread. That's on a Sunday at 12:30pm - what do you do for the rest of the day with your customers ordering anything on Rye Bread? Also: You had 20 minutes to inform me that you are out of it - could have saved me the trip. I was kindly offered a supplementary cookie. Needless to say that I really did not feel like having a cookie after this disappointing experience.

    We were treated horribly by this employee called Edwin. He was so rude and impatient and didn't put any care into making the sub! When I asked if my sub could be toasted for a little less time, he just said ' I can't do that'. Treat your customers like how you would like to be treated.

    Service going way too fast. Subway food is always good but my chicken was cold and the service was so fast that I couldn’t take enough to choose what I want without bothering the next customers. It would be nice to have screens with the different types of breads and ingredients so customers like me can take their time without slowing down the queue order.

    Service is bad. Also i feel like the bread is thinner than other subways so it rips like no tomorrow. Basically the whole thing ended up all soggy and yuck. Owner /manager man talks strange. if you don't understand what he says he will give you an attitude. Staff dont really care much about what they are putting into the sub. I got a tomato with the stem (which i saw her put in) and the lady put in the wrong salads. Thought they would make me a new one after she chucked in a bunch of carrots that i told her not to put in, but she just took what she can out and there it was. Didn't ask for a new one. Won't be returning for a while.

    I came in because of the 1 sub to charity thing happening today since I don’t usually visit subway as the veggie options are pretty lacking, and I had one lovely girl serve me and 1 dude serve me that was so unbelievably rude! Not going back!

    Worst and rude service from a young male with brown hair. I ordered an avocado toastie on a wholemeal sub and he kept mumbling a response. After I asked him to repeat what he said he sighed and rolled his eyes but still mumbled! I noticed other comments about this guy who mumbles lol. I go to the other subway on charlotte st now which has great service and good avo toasties!

    Worst Subway. Absolutely no intention of returning. Staff tried to give me anything without asking me what type of bread, and toasted it right away without asking about toasting. I ordered 6 inches, but the staff paid for it in footlong. I paid by card, but the staff refunded me in cash, but even that was close to $1 less. So I calculated again and let them know. In addition, the food is poorly prepared and the staff are not friendly.

    When did Subway become expensive? I haven't been in ages. Came here yesterday to grab a 6-inch meatball sub on italian herbs and cheese bread. It cost: $8.45. You're supposed to line up on the right side (in front of the bread). I find this counterintuitive as I want to go directly to the counter. Another customer identified I was there before him and let me go ahead. The lady who served me accidentally put olives on my sub when I asked for jalapenos 😂. Luckily, I don't mind them as it would've been tricky taking them off. Love the toasted option if you are planning to eat it straight away. Same quality and taste as expected. I hope they bring back the $5 subs & have better value combos in the future.

    I have seen the reviews that this shop has received, I can say that my recent experience was pretty good, they were very busy, lunch time, but they were fast, attentive, addressed my dietary requirements...extra tomato and pickles, without any drama. Compared to the Subway on Charlotte Street they are far superior. Its a subway, not fine dining

    Subway $5 lunch menu is very deceitful and disappointing. It clearly has a picture of the MLT with more then just one piece of beacon on it. It clearly shows more meat. NOT ONE PIECE OF BEACON! ANY PERSON CAN CLEARLY SEE THIS IN THE PICTURE. FAULSE ADVERTISING. Looks like it has salami and other meats on it! My family and I will never go back to subway again. Service was very rude aswell. Managers are not policing their bad attitudes even after iv made several complaints about different subway locations with staff having BAD attitudes. This is straight up incompetents from director's and managers

    Ordered a veggie delight and got very little veggie and not much delight. The avocado was just a smear as well from the bottom of it's container. Please add more salad if all that's on the sub is salad.

    I won't be returning to this store. I can see why there are a number of negative reviews now similar to mine. The attitude of the staff member was appalling. When I asked if they enjoyed their job he said he did to which I replied you may wish to change your attitude it's appalling you act like someone's died and hate being here. He then what I would say conveniently said well actually my grandmother died this morning. I said well then you shouldn't be at work if you're going to be like this. His reply was people should be more understanding. To which I replied customers aren't mind readers about what you're going through if true. Like I said I felt it was untrue as his attitude seems to be a common theme here and the bread roll ordinary as well as his attitude when asking for more olives on the sandwich. No cookies were also available Seriously disgraceful store. Won't ever step in here again. No doubt their response to this will be different and a lie of what transpired here but this is 100% accurate.

    Despite the stifling heat inside this store (please fix this!!!), Manu was AMAZING. Working on her own, a queue out the door at 1715. She was happy, getting every order done correctly in good time, and all items were available. This is in stark contrast to the Edward St store around the corner. That lady was not pleased to see me enter the empty site there and didn’t even have meatballs in stock. Definitely this Albert St store is the best Subway choice. And I hope Manu gets recognised for her incredible hard work and great service (even in horrendously hot conditions in this store).
