A specialised game store can't afford to be cheaper than Kmart or big w. EB Games is unfortunately a kind of mafia. Pre owned games are more expensive than new ones in other stores. Good service though as they need to have sells and rip people off. But you should avoid to buy here any games.

Not a bad EB store. Staff were really polite and helpful. Lots of Zing Pop nicknacks floating around the store. Would have been nice to have more structure to their displays. EB is always a good place to bring teenagers with gift cards.

EB games in the Myer centre, is now EB games in the UPTOWN centre, Myer has exited the centre hence the rebrand, same location in Queen Street on level A. Great little store. I went in to trade in some played games and purchase a new title. Store staff person was very knowledgeable and helped with my purchase choice. Very happy with the service and my purchase!.

Last week I bought a switch game from one of the ebgames. When I back home just found that it was the most expensive one across xx-Hifi and Big-X. On the next day I bought another game from xx-Hifi, the game was sealed but the ebgames one was not. Then it makes me felt like I’m paying the original price for a preowned one. Worst shopping experience.

The guy that served me was extremely helpful friendly and explained that when games go off the game pass I can just trade in my games for new ones love this store so happy it's my local no joke

The team at the bottom of myer centre are always so helpful. Have always been greeted with a smile and asked if I needed a hand with anything. Reason I keep going back to buy from there. Wish they matched games from a few other stores like HN but other than that all good.

Staff are always very helpful, Jess especially always has great recommendations and goes out of her way to help.

Rang a load of different stores looking for a particular game. This store had it, and was very pleased to triple check it and answer all my questions to ensure it was what I wanted. I was a bit clueless but they were patient and persistent in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was a pain in their side. Given the popularity of this game they could of dismissed me and sold it to anyone but instead they put it aside for me, and was happy to see me when I came to collect it. Great customer service.

Had a very lovely experience here buying MTG cards in November. Also had a really good chat with the new manager. Opened the cards today on Christmas morning and pulled a full art Demonic Tutor, so all round- amazing experience! Hahaha

I brought a Nintendo Switch OLED from EB over a year ago and had screen issues recently where it wouldn’t turn on but I could hear sound. I tried to go to EB during a time when it wasn’t too busy in store to look at getting repaired and after meticulous troubleshooting by Ross (I think his name was - the manager), he got it working! Great customer service is something I always try to acknowledge and this google review is the best way I know how.

This Eb games was incredibly helpful, Got what I needed in matter of just a few minutes it took, They also are great people that was easy to talk to and had a great chat! Definitely recommend!

They didn't let me trade my games in using student ID. The official eb games website states you must be 17+ with a form of photo ID (doesn't have to be only government). Yes depending on the state, the trading ID requirements differ, however for QLD you can use student ID as long as its Tertiary. check up the trading rules for QLD on the official eb games site. Even after explaining and showing the staff the official eb games site stating I can use student ID they still didn't accept it. I went to the the other eb game store in queen street mall just 2 minutes away from this store to trade in my games using student ID, no problems at all. They said I can use student ID and the other store was wrong & would call them to inform them. Mainly leaving 1 star because I was in the store for over 20 minutes and I feel like staff, especially the manager should know the trading rules.

The staff member on shift (Monday 10th), was good. He offered me help. He was a great bloke to chat to and it made my visit even better. Had games in stock.

OMG! Hands up for the BEST Costumer service ever. Was attended by Robin, and he was so nice and kind with me and my thousand questions that I had. Love that theres still people like him with so much patience and knowledge happy to help a lost costumer. Important to mention that I went first to the other EB branch in Albert St and they were extremely not helpful and patience. Thanks so much Robin for your time !! You rock!

Everything about this place is 10/10. What makes it better is the friendly staff who is always there to help you.

Customer service could be improved a tad but They always help when I ask and I understand they are alot busier then the store down the street. So still 5stars all round!

Just as good as other EB Games locations but a little small. It may be preferable to go to the other nearby location if you're looking for merchandise over games.

hi eb game two brisbane city . we trying calling. something wrong the phone.

Called up to have a mechanical keyboard on hold and the staff was very helpful in finding the item for me. However, system does not show the full exact description of the product. I even specifically confirmed twice again before placing on hold if it is the exact model I wanted. When I got there to pick it up, it turns out to be the wrong one. This is also due to the staff were not very knowledgeable about the products. I felt this mistake could be easily correct. Really disappointed on this because I have wasted my time and money to make the trip down.

For the team located next to Star bucks! Very amazing service from everyone here especially from Lyam & Christian! As soon as I popped in they were quick to helping me with what I had wanted and with an amazing attitude, professionalism and service! Definitely always going to be back anytime I need anything else! Will massively recommend to see them both anytime you’re in!

Good prices, the keyboards are so good, 100% recommended.
