I called and booked two nights at quest canon hill on the 19th September for the 25th/26th. I drive up for work in Brisbane quite often and usually stay here. I usually receive an after hours message with a code to the box to get my key. As I hadn't received a code I called reception at around 9pm. They told me there was no booking under my name and that all the serviced apartments were fully booked. The only room available was a double apartment for $600 a night. So after driving for 6 hours I had nowhere to sleep and had to stay in my car. Very disappointed. I often book rooms here for myself and my staff and won't be again. Noone has even contacted me to apologise or explain what happened. Terrible customer service.

Clean, spacious, nice room. Love the free washers and dryers!! Small car park so you never get a spot in the evening.

The on-site managers are legends. Very friendly and they love their coffee. Heard the coffee van that frequents is awesome too 🤣

Quick and efficient check in. We arrived a little before the usual check in time and the lovely staff member didn't make us feel like an inconvenience - she called housekeeping in front of us and confirmed our room was ready...we were really grateful for this! Impressed with the clean rooms and a decent size. We stayed just 1 night in a studio and was surprised to see a small kitchenette that would be very handy for longer stays as it has 2 plate stove and a microwave and plenty of pans, cutlery etc. A Chemist just across the road was really handy too. Close to everything really and a great spot just out of the hustle and bustle of the city. An uber at peak time was $25 to the city however the train station is just a short walk away and also the bus stop for those more budget minded. Look forward to making my next booking and enjoying the pool next visit. Oh and after a late night we enjoyed the chocolate left on the pillow!

Room was neat, clean and well kept. Staff were all very helpful. Good location near a lot of eateries.

Never got to stay web site is a mess won't give you prices demands you make an inquiry then keeps you waiting for hours or a response not even sure the inquiry goes through the only reason it gets a star is you cant post without it

Fantastic Quest property with all the mod cons. Room smelled like it was fresh as daisies and linen and towels were soft as. Fantastically comfortable bed. Staff lovely and so accommodating. A great option when having a weekend in Brissy but wanting to be away from the rat race.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, I can't sing their praises enough. My flight was cancelled at the last minute the day I was supposed to leave. Camille and Erin were incredibly wonderful and caring as I was alone and feeling very anxious and 'stuck'; they got me a room again for the night and even got me dinner! They were both so caring, lovely and calming - can't thank you enough for making a stressful situation so much easier. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much

We cannot rate the Quest and their incredible staff, especially Erin high enough. Erin was so amazingly helpful, accommodating and super friendly. She was more than happy to recommend places to get a nice meal, something sweet for afternoon tea and was full of advice to get the most out of our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, functional and very well thought out. The train station is within walking distance and everything you need to be comfortable is a stones throw away. We will definitely stay here again!

Spacious rooms, comfy bed, has uber eats options for in room dining. Close to a number of food choices , liquor stores and a pub. Cute little gym too

I had to travel for a family funeral. The staff were so kind, compassionate and helpful. The bed was comfy, the room was clean. I was really impressed with the staff who seemed really happy to work there. I would definitely stay here again.

I am shocked at how amazing the customer service is. Every single person I have dealt with has gone above and beyond. The rooms are lovely and clean as well as all other amenities! I would definitely stay here again!

We recently had our in-laws stay in the Quest Cannon Hill - we cannot recommend it highly enough. It was important for us to have them close. The staff went out of their way to make them feel very welcomed. The beds were comfortable and although on a busy road the room was really quiet. The apartments are well equipped, extremely clean and the staff were all lovely and helpful - great value for money - we would happily recommend to anyone.

Rooms have everything. Washing and Dryer, fully appointed kitchen. Great views. Shopping centre close by. Had an enjoyable stay.

Left 5 stars & came back to write something. I've travelled quite a bit, stayed in and ran several hotels and have a 30 year old degree in Tourism Management. This is a great little property. Service is excellent too. Very good value. The only suggestion ... coffee game could be improved ... but am happy to bring french press & coffee. We've stayed for months on end for work and very happy to return & recommend. Cheers. Dave

This was an extremely convenient location for I wanted to be near by for my visit, however, the location in general is not something to rave about. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were super clean and quite even though this is a corner property of a busy road. Blinds made the room pitch black for a great sleep and the AC was quite and sport on. If you're visiting for work, short course or a conference I greatly recommend this hotel. I managed to get a lot of study done over the week after the day of training in quite and the Menulog co-op delivered to reception and called to your room was amazing. Ample enclosed parking for guests and a very very small gym for half a dozen essentials if you're looking to sweat it out. That being said I think this room was locked when I visited one of the days too early. There is a kitchenette that you could use to prep food with all the essentials.

The best customer service from the reception ist Teri kaye-ivitu! Yesterday morning, as I was checking out to get to my work conference, my car got locked with the keys inside my car including my phone, by bag and all my belongings. Teri went above and beyond to help me from organising the locksmith, dealing with the problems we had with the first locksmith for more than two hours and then organising a second locksmith who was able to get the keys. Teri went out of her way to help me. This type of customer service is very rare these days. I saw genuineness in her service. I would also like to thank another staff ( I don’t know her name ) who was working with Teri yesterday morning. She was very kind and welcoming. I couldn’t have been at my work conference meeting ( even though I was few hours late) without their help. I am very grateful and I thank you from the bottom of my Heart ❤️ 💐

A great experience. The rooms are exceptional. Has a very modern, but homely feel to the place. All this combined with the exceptional front-end service I experienced by the girls on the front counter ( Taya & Terry ) made for a very nice stay. Strongly recommend staying here and the girls are on the top of their game and undoubtedly the best in Brisbane that I've experienced in 2 years.

Great value. Was able to book last minute with no dramas. Room is exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed. Staff are epitome of that special aussie hospitality attitude - easy going and friendly but professional and attentive. All the amenities of home including free wifi, smart TV, kitchenette, blackout curtains. All needs in walking distance - IGA, restaurants, coffee, chemist, public transport. Secure parking is limited and not included in room price, but staff are transparent about this, and I had no issues.

Quest Cannon Hill is amazing. It's close to shops and has sheltered free parking. The rooms are modern and clean. I booked here last minute because the previous hotel I booked was in bad condition. The booking and checking in was really easy. I stayed here for two nights. I asked if they could change the beddings after the first night. They not only did that but also cleaned the whole room to immaculate condition again even though I didn't ask them to. The service and staff here are amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Staff are really friendly and very accomodating😀 We left our luggages before check in and when we came back, they already brought all those heavy luggages in our room. Rooms are huge and very clean!!! Even the towels and linens are properly washed! Washer and dryer, with kitchen at dining. Tvs with netflix and youtube. Perfect location, 5 to 10mins walk to huge Cannon Hill Mall. Room smells nice and really disinfected!!! And the view is really perfect!!! So relaxing😍😍 We checked out but need to go to Gold coast first, we left our luggages at the reception. 9pm we went back and they're safe with Quest staff❤️😍🙏🏽 We wished to stay here longer coz we're doing travel work, however, we need to transfer another city. If I will rate my stay in all the Quest that I have been, This is the 2nd. 1st is Quest Dandenong in victoria, This is 2nd, And 3rd is Quest Epping in Victoria😍❤️✈️ Thank you hope to see u again!!!

Was charged over $700 for our room twice. Now we are out -$700 which we don't have, stuck at Brisbane airport. Were not helpful at all, have tried to ring twice to sort out but have not answered our call. Never again.

Great Facilities, Fresh Modern Rooms. The pool is a nice touch for a Quest hotel, normally not a feature. Great little kitchenette. I love the gym and the free laundry.
