Absolute professional! I was in a lot of pain yesterday, bulging discs in my neck had several days off work and bed bound, today I went to work without a hitch and am feeling 200% better than yesterday. I had acupuncture and massage done in combination. Really impressed with the technique used and care taken by the gentleman who's name I cannot recall. Thank you so much for your help. 5 stars

Highly recommend! I have been having regular massages with Kevin and he has been able to break through years of tight muscles and finally be able to release them! Kevin has also been able to fix my nerve pain on the top of my spine which had been giving me horrendous pain. LIFE. SAVER! Wayne gave me a fantastic massage . He was firm (the way I like it) but in a measured and gentle way. I feel so much better, much looser in the shoulders & neck. Wayne wasn't afraid to get into my neck and stretched it too bringing a greater range of movement. I'll definitely be back !

Matt Avery is one of the best Chiropractors I have used in the last 30 years. His intuitive feel is very good and he backs that up with a very good testing method. I have had problems with my neck and back for years and the changes since working with Matt are significant. I may yet stand tall and straight!! He is very careful but makes progress quickly. He is a nice person, does not talk any hocus pocus and just gets on with his work. Highly recommended.

I have attended several session with Urban bodyworx Chiropractor Matt Avery, who has a very effective approach to treatment and uses a technique involving muscle testing I have not seen before. My neck and upper back have improved tremendously after seeking relief from a number of different practitioners it is often a quagmire as to who / what type to use. I would recommend Matt who has helped improve my health when I was getting little relief.

I enjoy regular visits to Kevin and his Team for a proper complete deep massage that you can't get at your local shopping centre. When I went to Kevin for help for my long term back and neck issues he assisted me by giving me a quick fix but also developed a plan to keep me in good shape even though i'm desk bound for work. Kevin is friendly, easy going and can hold his own with interesting discussions about anything you want to chat about. Pauline in reception is just wonderful also.
