Dr Behnaz Khosravi is by far the most condescending, patronizing, narcissistic character I have ever come across in the medical field. She likes to argue with patients, talk over patients and most of all condescend with patients. She got me so agitated I literally had to get up and leave her office before I did anything stupid. I have never heard of a doctor that can push a patient to the point of anger. It goes against their code conduct. And just by looking at these poor ratings, I am not surprised.

Appointments are continusiously cancelled last minute or without notice. I have arrived for appointments only to be told to come back the following day. The only reason why I have continued to go is to see the same doctor who is very compassionate and knowledgeable.

Dr Behnaaz Khosravi the most terrible doctor I have ever seen. I doubt she is a doctor. She has been extremely unprofessional, rude, loud, careless and honestly hopeless. very bad experience with this GP. I guess she will be sued soon for her carelessness.

Katrina who is usually at reception is super friendly, she made my elderly parents feel so good when they visit the surgery. Both my parents are elderly but they love to go to the doctors and have a chat with Katrina. Thank you for always going out of your way to make my parents feel good. Bulk billing, phoning taxi’s, making sure they understand, chatting to my parents about their day etc, makes them feel good. Can not thank you all enough

Dr Khosravi is one of the best female doctors I have met. She listens to all conversations very patiently. She is very polite and respectful. Although my way is very far, I come there because of Dr Behnaz. Most of the time all her appointment are full and it shows the goodness of a flawless doctor.

Got called in half an hour after my allocated appointment time, only to come across a very rude doctor who obviously wanted to rush through my appointment ASAP. She'd ask me a question about my recent medical history, I'd begin to answer but she'd rush through to the next topic. Then she'd pull my history from the computer and see that there was more in my history (that I was trying to explain), but instead of letting me finish, she'd accuse me of "lying" and "covering up the full story"! I won't be back again.

Gender discrimination while waiting for vaccine. The receptionist asked the men only if they had to go back to work, leaving the women waiting until last to receive their vaccine. It's 2021... women have jobs too now. Have always had to wait a long time every time I come. I am not giving 1 star because I have had good experiences with Dr Behnaz Khosravi but I hear she is leaving.

Dr Arooj Niazi and Dr Julia Nicholas are angels! They're kind, compassionate and understanding. Not to mention the wealth of knowledge and a real passion for patient satisfaction. 😊 10/10 would recommend 💯

There is a reason why this Dr. Behnaaz Khosravi always have appointments and all other doctors are always busy. Totally unprofessional, doesnt listen to the problems at all and jumps to conclusion. She is the reason why this medical center is having such poor reviews.

Very sad to hear Dr Behanz Khosravi is leaving this practice. She was the Doctor I saw most of the time. I found her a very competent Doctor, very caring and a great person to deal with. She will be sorely missed. 6/5/21

I arranged to have a Boostrix booster as I will soon be visiting my 3 month old grandaughter. I would normally have had this done by my own doctor at Graceville Medical Centre for $45 for the vaccination and bulk billed for the consultation as I am an aged pensioner, but could not get an appointment with my doctor for several days, so rang Sherwood Family Medical Centre to see if I could get one sooner. When I rang the centre I was told the cost of the vaccination would be $65 ($20 dearer than Graceville), and I would have to have a consultation first. I assumed the consultation would be bulk billed as it had been in the past for me when I have had Covid vaccinations there. The Sherwood doctor giving the consultation was very polite and informative, and the nurse giving the vaccination was also polite and friendly. However when I went to pay for the vaccination, I was told I would have to pay for the consultation as well. ($59.75 less $39.75 Medicare refund). So, I ended up having to pay $85 for something I could have had done for $45 at the Graceville centre. I knew that Sherwood for some reason charges $20 more for the same vaccine, and was prepared to pay the extra amount to get it done quickly, but was unaware that I would also have to pay for the consultation. A sign in the window says the Sherwood practice bulk bills, but apparently that only applies to people over 75 years of age. NOT happy! 😞

Dr arooj is so impatient and very not understanding ! Went to fill out a work cover for a painful injury and she gets angry when filling some parts of the paperwork and aggressively pushes the computer 😡 if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would !

Been there a few times now and haven't had an unpleasant experience. The reception and nursing staff were kind to me and so was the doctor. Don't usually get in to see the doctor at my exact appointment time but I have never waited what I would consider to be too long. Overall good experience and getting the medicar rebate instantly is nice too.

Absolutely poor service. I had tests down recently and got told to make an appt for results discussion. Got told this could be done over the phone. Which suited me as I run my own mobile business . So I could just stop for a bit have a phone call and continue working. I got an SMS reminder from them the day before and a couple of hours before my alloted time asking if I was still ok. I replied yes. Meanwhile 1hr and 40mns waiting on the side of the Rd in my mobile business for a pH call. Hence to say the whole of the rest of my afternoon was lost business. Literally a couple of thousand dollars . I run my own business and can't afford wasted time like this. A pH call from reception saying can we rebook another time as there has been an emergency or the dr is running ultra late would of been a thought I would think. Absolutely disgraceful service. I might just make Appts and not show up. Pathetic practice . I understand could be 10-15mns or so late. But 1hr and 40mns. I even rang reception and she said at the 40mn mark I was next. Then it was still another hr after that. PATHETIC

Dr Behnaz Khosravi is one of the most caring and helpful doctors I have ever met. I am very thankful for her care over the last few years and helping me to overcome my heart disease

Called them and i was informed the doctor is refusing to vaccinate kids after 3pm, because they are too busy. No appointment available for this week, next week or whenever

I have heard great things about Dr Julia Nicholas, but the reception staff have for the second time ruined my experience. If you are going there for a mental health care plan, go somewhere else. When I came in this morning for my 8:30 appointment, she claimed that she called me saying we had to reschedule (understandable, things happen). However, the only contact I had from them was a text confirming my booking- I did not receive any call or had any message left (she claims she did). Not at all apologetic about this miscommunication, just said “not sure what happened there”. Keep in mind I had to specifically take time off work for this appointment, but she was super condescending when talking about rescheduling, and saying I wouldn’t get a mental health care plan on the first appointment (all of this I was aware of, and I explained to her). She just kept throwing dates at me, claiming how busy the doctor was, and I told her I was aware and had specifically taken time off work for this appointment. I ended up just leaving out of frustration. I came to this practice specifically for Dr Nicholas and not sure if I would come back. I hope that the receptionist (long red hair) would think a bit more carefully with how she interacts with patients, especially those who are trying to reach out about their mental health.

I had the displeasure of seeing easily the worst and most unhelpful doctor I have ever come across at this practice. It’s little wonder she had available appointments last minute. Avoid.

Very glad to have found someone like Dr Julia Nicholas - caring, compassionate and thorough. I haven't had a regular GPs in many years and am so glad to have found a GP I will gladly come back to in the future.

only book the first appointment of the day otherwise you will wait for over an hour. I have to wait every time I come gonna find another doctor especially now that they started charging for medical appointments

Dr Julia Nicholas is competent and efficient. The reception end of the practice could learn some better people skills. I don't deserve to be treated like a nuisance when I ask a question.

Booked an appointment for 9:50am and was still waiting at 10:20am. When I asked how long I was told there are still 4 more before me so it’ll be another 20-30mins. So that will be 1hr later than the booked appointment time. After less than 2hrs of trade. Receptionist told me they were running 20mins late due to technical issues this morning. I mentioned it’s 1hr late and she said the doctor always runs late. She offered to rebook of course, but how does that help? Seems like they double and triple book timeslots with no regard for anyone else’s time to ensure their day is jam packed with patients. Only go if you’re absolutely desperate and are willing to wait forever. Edit: now been waiting 1hr 10mins after schedule time. Still waiting.
