Dr Nat Sheehan was absolutely amazing. The best part is its just you and him in the room. He spoke to me the whole time and has a great personality and persona which made the time fly by. Was all done with zero pain for me at all. Recovery has been great and lying down for 36 hours after was a breathe of fresh air :)

I had my vasectomy done just over a fortnight ago. Dr Sheehan is an excellent communicator, and thoroughly professional. As an older guy (57), it takes me a bit longer to heal than it used to, but i am now about 90% pain free. The procedure itself is not particularly comfortable, but that is predominantly the local anaesthetic, rather than the actual procedure itself. Pain after the local wore off was bearable with some brufen/paracetamol for about three days. I would absolutely recommend getting your procedure done here. Also, some of the less publicised (and positive) after-effects make it 100% worthwhile in themselves!

I write in support of Dr Nat Sheehan and his team member, Grace. I had a vasectomy in April 2023 and it went well. Booking online was easy and on the day the appointment took less than one hour. I was able to drive myself home from Nat's office. During the procedure I felt very comfortable. There was hardly any pain. Only a minor sting when he administered the local anaesthetic. Nat was relaxed and played music as I lay there. All of a sudden he said "OK we are done". I was surprised but happy as I felt essentially nothing. If you follow his video directions before and after your appointment you won't have any problems. It was worth the out of pocket cost of about $500. Thank you, Nat and Grace.

Super easy process. Booked online and all the information was emailed to me, including a very informative video. Turned up for my appointment and was greeting with a very warm welcome by Dr Sheehan. Procedure itself was only mildly uncomfortable, much better than getting stitches or a tattoo. Couldn’t recommend this higher 👍

Queensland Vasectomy was recommended to me by a friend. I was quite anxious about the procedure in the lead up. Dr Sheehan was great and made this (literally) as painless as possible. The hardest parts were plucking up the courage to make the appointment, and then turning up. The procedure itself was almost painless, and quicker than I expected. I won't lie, it's a bit unusual having a procedure down there, but the Dr does this day in, day out so made it as easy and as not awkward as it can possibly be. My wife has had to deal with much worse, so I just kept reminding myself of that! It's a good idea to follow the instructions for recovery for the first few days. After intially feeling better on the 3rd day, I started to do normal things again, including playing a round of golf on the 4th day. But, it caught up with me again after that with the 4th-6th days being a bit uncomfortable, but still very manageable. I didn't miss any more time at work. By the 8th day I was completely healed and no discomfort at all, even during vigorous activity confirming it all still works fine! Can't wait to get the all clear in a couple of months time! If you know this is something you want to do, don't hesitate to go with Dr Sheehan!

Lets face it I really wasn't looking forward to this procedure, but I got it done yesterday and it couldn't have went any smoother, I hardly felt a thing no pain what so ever and I was in and out of there very quickly. One day on and no problems or discomfort. Overall very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Queensland vasectomy to anyone considering getting the snip.

I just had a Vasectomy in Cairns this is a new service Nathan is offering. He is flying up to Cairns from Brisbane to help the Nth QlD men out it was very easy and professional I was a little apprehensive at the start but Nathan had a great bedside manner which calmed me down and before I new it the 30 minutes was done and I was finished.
