Few weeks ago our daughter celebrated her 17th birthday with 6 friends. Two staff on the venue were absolutely wonderful.... one of the girls was anxious to join but they're so patience and took times needed to answer all her questions and let her joined on second round. Even more so, gave everyone a bit extra time to enjoy the games longer. Everyone had great time. Thank you very much now our daughter has this beautiful memory of killing hundred zombies with her close friends.

Throughout the entire process, Kyle at Zero Latency was extremely helpful and accommodating, and his communication the whole time was amazing. We organise regular events, and Kyle and Zero Latency were genuinely one of the best venues we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Such a great experience. Didn't think id like it that much! I played paintball a few weeks before and i defs recommend this place compared to that. The facility is nice and clean, the staff there were very friendly too. Cant wait to play again! Good job guys :)

A big thank you to the staff at Zero Latency Newstead. We held a birthday party with 7 teenage kids in the zombie arena. The staff were warm , professional and generous with their resources and time. They gave us extra time at no extra cost and an excellent day was had by all. The kids are already talking about running another event. Thanks guys!

Went here yesterday for a team event and everyone loved it! We had 14 people so split into 2 sessions and did the zombie one for both. Meg's energy and enthusiasm was amazing! she made it fun right from the start even before playing. Highly recommend and would definitely come back 🤗

Fantastic experience and would 100% recommend for gamers and non-gamers alike! The game master Alex was awesome and totally deserves a raise :D The experience is super immersive and so much fun for all regardless of age. Our group was aged 25 to 60 years so it's fun for everyone!

We love an adventure and oh my goodness did we get it at Zero Latency 😊 I can’t play many computer games as I get motion sickness, but the full immersive feel of the VR game we played did not effect me at all. We both had the best fun! I was shocked at how easily my brain was tricked into reacting to the “reality” in game. Definitely recommend gathering a group of 8 friends and playing together. We were the only ones in our session though and it didn’t disadvantage us as the games are scaled to the amount of players. I had one moment where my gear glitched, but they fixed the problem straight away once alerted. Can’t wait to go again soon 💕

Our group had an awesome time here! We played Undead Arena. The headsets were comfortable. The experience was well run. Thanks to our game master Max, who was an awesome host and ensured we all had a fun time and put up with a lot of screaming from two of us! 😂

Awesome gaming experience. If you love video games this is definitely worth to try. It was fun, thrilling, and exciting all the way through. Bring your friends and family to experience VR gaming. I was not looking forward to this day. It was a work function and I was forced to go. I'm not a gamer and have no interest in it. But it ended up being the best day. So much fun, I will be coming back. What I liked most was it wasn't you playing against your work mates or friends. It was you and your friends against zombies. It made us all bond as a team and we all came out smiling and talking about how great it was. Highly recommended.

We had a great time here and the experience was very unique. It’s definitely a must try. When you get there, you sign in and relax. They then take you through a briefing and help you suit up. After that you go in and start your games. The games are simple but because it’s VR, it’s really fun. Ours was a first person shooter game with zombies. After the games you get a chance to check the scoreboards to see who was the best.

A great way to spend the afternoon. The experience is more in depth than expected. The host, Alex, was great too!

We were a group of 5 first timers and wow could not recommend this enough! We played Outbreak Origins and it was so much fun. Meg was our game master and she made the experience worth more than 5 stars. She gave us some great recommendations in which games to play next based on our group atmosphere. We also asked her to take some photos and videos of us playing and she was absolutely a champ and made a really cool and artsy video of us playing too. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely epic! Went three times in two days. It's a completely immersive world that is so much fun. We played Singularity, which felt a bit like Halo, but you're walking around using lifts, guns, tunnels and shooting the heck out of evil robots. We also played a zombie game and that was like being in The Last of Us. I can't wait to do this again.

Had a really fun time playing outbreak origins at zero latency. It was very immersive and the world was set up well. I will definitely be coming back to try the other games.

Had so much fun. Played the Farcry session and was not disappointed. Sonya was a great game master, so happy and full of energy even with our session being first thing in the morning. Can't wait for our next visit!

I had Nathan as my instructor and he was awesome!! Was very enthusiastic and has answers to all my questions. This was a real cool experience and i loved every moment can’t wait to come back!!

Went here on a date with my partner and had a blast. Was a very quick thing but really worth doing and I am keen to go back and try some of the other games for sure. Kathy was our game master and honestly can't even describe how great she was. I was definitely a bit anxious about the whole thing as the start and she put me at ease without even trying. Very confident and approachable. Overall great experience and will be back.

The response from the manager was reasonable. I would not recommend this company because they have no options to allow people with disabilities to experience this venue. There was no tolerance and we were happy to waive any responsibility to them to bring a small party that knew my son. We were told he could only play by himself. If you have a disability in a wheelchair they will not accept you.

Had an awesome time here, played Farcry and it was good fun but felt too short despite being a 30min session. We weren't ready for it to be over. Game master Sam was great.

WOOO TO ALEX FOR BEING AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE! not only was he and his crew upbeat, they were extremely comfortable to be around and placed our experience at the top of their priority list. The games were an absolute delight to play, immersion was incredible. Outbreak very quickly became my favourite due to the open world roaming mechanics getting more use, though undead arena was also rated highly by me and my crew! Ill be back eventually to try out singularity. Again- amazing employees, amazing games, amazing experience.

Alex, Sonya and Megan were INCREDIBLE with this whole experience!! Great customer service and made the whole experience fun, enjoyable and just all around amazing!! Also…… would’ve been better if we could’ve bought camera footage of some of it! Would love to see that in the future 😊😊😊

Absolutely amazing experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was so much more immersive than I expected and our whole group had a great time. They send a highlight reel via email as soon as your game is implemented which was great to watch. On the downside, the game started a half hour late, which means we payed cancellation fees for our Uber to dinner. The experience was still worth every cent but leave quite a bit of extra time if you have other bookings.

Totally frick'n awesome - we all loved it! Great service. Fantastic entertainment. Polite response to my delusion I might have been in the lead (I was, if you read the results from bottom up 😆). The only negative was that the fun was over too soon! Will definitely go back.

Incredibly fun experience. If you’re thinking that this may not be worth it because you own a VR headset at home, you’re wrong. There’s just something special about open/roaming gameplay alongside friends. The experience has been streamlined to optimise the space, avoid collisions etc. Motion sickness is non-existent as you’re actually moving your body. We played “outbreak” and wow; I felt immersed and on edge the whole time! We will be coming back - Dev ;)

Had a blast of a time, went with a group of 8 and we all had so much fun. My adopted dad had so much, he has no experience in gaming but he really enjoyed it and was so easy for he to understand it (just move and gun). We had a dinner afterwards and he had so much fun, that he was talking about going back there again soon ha ha. Shout out to the amazing staff there, everyone is super friendly and chilled. We had Alex as a game master and he was fantastic and very charismatic. I would 100% go back even though I have a vr set myself, as you just can't beat there setup and the enjoyment of playing and goofing around with all your mate in real time :)

Fantastic experience - have done Zero Latency in Hong Kong previously. A score stat card is emailed after each game, but it would be nice if there were screen recordings too (the HK facility provided a screen cap from the gamemaster console). Looking forward to my next visit!

First VR experience and it was fantastic. The backpacks are surprisingly quite heavy but it's not a problem, might feel a bit claustrophobic at the beginning so beware in case you suffer from it, but once the game loads up it's incredible. Graphics were a little bit of a low point, wish it was higher res, might've been the game we chose (the science fiction one in the universe). Staff was fantastic, everything was explained, gear cleaned up, everything worked fine, well setup. I wish it was longer and I now wish the arena was 10x bigger so would have a larger vr area to play :)) will definitely be back. Thanks!

Loved it! The quality and cleanliness of the equipment, the facilities, and the enthusiasm from the staff were excellent! If I can provide any feedback, I’d love to have a game where there’s dinosaurs walking all around, or the deep ocean! If they’re available, I think they’d be a massive hit!

Amazing VR experience with clear graphics and fun games. We came with a very large group for a work event and the team expertly kept the party entertaining and moving through the experience. Meg was particularly awesome, running everyone through the set up with contagious high energy. Max and Sonya were great at keeping the team seamlessly moving.

Got given a birthday voucher for this place and went along with some friends. I choose the game that lets you vrs each other over zombies, and was really glad we did. The match before us was zombies and it looks very dull with little talk between those out on the field. Our match by contrast was fast, full of laughs and engaging. Graphics ingame were great, the packs and guns help with giving you that feeling of being totally immersed in the game itself. Ages in our group of 8 ranged from 13 - 60 and all of us combined thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Will certainly be back at some point.

Awesome experience. Highly recommend. Have been twice , had Thomas and Nathan. Very enthusiastic and helpful. Answered all questions and any troubles they were onto it straight away. Super easy to talk to and very professional. I think they deserve a pay rise in my opinion. They both made the VR experience much better than expected.
