Had an absolutely amazing experience!! I got my septum and industrial done and they were so professional and just allover lovely people! I felt really comfortable and safe. It's been a month since I got my piercings and they've healed super well, I didn't have any issues! I really, really recommend going there!

My friends and I went to get some piercings today. First was a nose stud which was pierced very unevenly in comparison to the other side. Next was the septum which was originally pierced too low and kept flipping up on its own. I then went back and had it re pierced for the lady to then say it was crooked so she pierced it again. Later I realised it was still crooked and was still flipping up! Next was a second earlobe piercing which was pierced extremely uneven. The lady also had a terrible attitude. The stopper for a nose piercing was a paddle pop stick with a Band-Aid on it. Like come on. Just a horrible experience overall.

The great staff at The Piercing Shop made me feel welcome and they were very nice and helpful. They have assisted me multiple times with NFC / RFID implants which is something not many places do in Brisbane. I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting a piercing or implant. Always amazing. Had lobe piercing swelling swell up and start to engulf the jewellery (completely not their fault - my ears just swell a lot) and they made time for me to come in next day and changed the jewellery to a bigger post to allow for swelling. Completely free of charge. Amazing service as always

Came back earlier today to get my nose piercing done by Jackie! She’s the sweetest and it was painless for me! My friend got her lobes pierced as well and she loves it! The team is so reassuring and patient as well! Will definitely come back for other piercings <3

the first time I get pierced by needles, the receptionist with a ponytail who is very patient and kind, and a friendly pretty lady Anna help me do the piercing:D She is so nice and very good at chatting, the studio is clean and I d like to say it’s a very nice experience here（＾ν＾）

All the staff here are friendly, accomodating and helpful and the woman who did my piercing made the process very easy and enjoyable. She explained everything and helped calm my nerves. They also help with aftercare. Would highly recommend this place!

Unbelievably an amazing experience! I had to get my piercing reopened. I was anticipating a lot of pain but I didn’t even feel the needle going in. The lady did such a fantastic job! Really no words. She also refunded me because all I had to pay for was reopening. Amazing service from start to end.

Got my conch done today by the lovely lovely Rosie, she made the experience truly the best! Even the individual who greeted me in the beginning I forgot to ask for his name but overall the process was quick, clean and I felt welcomed. From here on out I’m getting all my piercings from here!! And their prices are justifiable

What an incredible business! My partner and I went to get some special piercings. The environment was sterile clean and professional! Options are discussed and the staff really make sure your taken care of and that you feel ok through the whole process. Jackie was our piercer and I have to say what a lovely soul! I like to observe people wherever I go and I have to say Jackie really really really knows her stuff. She is hyper focused and so good, that mine didn’t even hurt (I did use some gold TKTX numbing cream too). Highly recommend this store to anyone who’s a little unsure and maybe even a little shy about being adventurous.

If you want to get a piercing from Brisbane go here, good prices, good jewelry quality. Very clean and very skilled piercers. Easy best choice available. edit: all the low star reviews are just whiny people, most have been people who didn't do any prior research when getting a peircing and then blamed the business when the person did't bother learning. its a good business to go to, if you are capable of common sense.if you aren't though, don't blame the business for your shortcomings.

Everyone here is so friendly, I came in a few times for different things and I was really impressed by how well they communicated with each other so whoever was on knew exactly how to help me. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me buy jewellery on the first day she was lovely! I also had Jackie as my piercer and she was the most gentle piercer I've ever encountered. The whole process was a breeze!

I’m completely disappointed, I bought 2 pieces of 4 mm and the girl that attended me gave me one of 4 mm and one of 3 mm, I didn’t check on them because I’m trusting the personal and the high rate that this store have. Unfortunately when I went to change the piece which I DIDN’T put on they told me that once the piece is outside of the store they can’t make the change, am I supposed to go through this? I’m supposed to have the best service that they are supposed to give. I hope that this doesn’t happens again to any other customer because is an unpleasant feeling.

I had a nose piercing sticking out this morning, so I booked and visited in a hurry The woman at the front didn't even say hello to me I don't know if it was because I'm Asian, but the man (I don't remember his name. sorry) welcomed me and was very kind And I was so thankful that I was so scared before I pierced it again. I want to do it again to the man when I replace it with another piercing. Sanitary and quick.

The customer service was amazing since I went there just to book my appointment, the guy in the reception explain everything and was very helpful with all my questions. Ana is amazing, she always keep talking and the experience was the smoothest as possible, as it was my first time getting pierced. She is a great professional and made us feel comfortable from the first minute till the last. I more than recommend them.

came to the piercing shop after i had a piercing done incorrectly with a bar far too small at a different piercing studio. reception was friendly and welcoming, making time for me even on a busy day, and my piercer (did not catch their name but they had a shaved head with a ponytail and awesome colour tattoos) was absolutely fantastic. made me feel completely at ease and was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. i had a custom length bar chosen for me to accommodate swelling and my piercing that was once painful and swollen now feels good as new. thank you for going above and beyond for me today! :-)

I got a nose piercing here. Normally I'm super anxious around needles and such, however the piercer I had was so lovely and talked me through it so well. Such a great place with amazing staff, really good pricing too. My piercing is healing so well with no pain whatsoever :)

I came here to get my ears repierced as they had partially closed over. I found all 3 staff that I dealt with really friendly and accommodating. They had a good range of jewellery to choose from and I would absolutely come here again for any piercing needs. The process was fairly pain free and I really liked how they incorporate breathing techniques as they push the needle through. I've never been instructed to do that before and I really feel like it helped to calm any nerves that I had.

This shop has friendly staff and great hygiene practices. However I wish I had read some reviews and done my research before getting my septum done here. The piecing was done through the thicker cartilage of my septum and too low. Not "high and tight" through the sweet spot. It's started to keloid inside my nose after a week and I've taken it out. There wasn't any discussion on why it being done there or that it would have a longer healing time. I know I was a walk in but I wish time had been made to have more open communication with me and think the staff may need to do more training for septums. If a client's anatomy isn't suitable for that type of piercing, just tell them that rather than doing the piercing incorrectly.

Excellent service! The shop was clean/well maintained and the equipment they used was clean. the staff were friendly and helped with any questions I had. I got both ears pierced and barely felt a thing. I will be returning for any piercing needs I may have in the future, Thanks!

I’ve now been pierced by Jackie twice (seconds just yesterday!) and she always has such a great energy to be around especially if you are like me and don’t have a high pain tolerance + scared of needles…highly experienced in what they do, wouldn’t trust anyone else to get my ears pierced! The aftercare service is also just amazing - thank you team again for answering all my worried queries about my sensitive ears :) Update: went in to get my piercings downsized and checked up - they have such great aftercare service! Friendly staff and great at explaining the entire experience and aftercare. Noticeably great range of jewellery to choose from to pierce and purchase. The person that did the piercing was an absolutely champion of a lady- fabulous bubbly personality and so professional and reassuring. Amazing skills- neither my daughter nor I had any issues with pain or post piercing. Exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend for sure. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience- two very happy customers!!!

Got my bridge done in October, it’s still struggling to heal, the jewellery is smaller than recommended (went to a different piercer in my town for advice and they said it’s more like my body reacting to a splinter) it’s flared up so many times I am utterly shocked it hasn’t rejected yet. I've been struggling with migraines and this past year they've been getting debilitating, sticking around for three or four days. Have been recommended getting a daith piercing in the past and figured it was finally time to give it a go. I was highly anxious (I literally have no other piercings) and the staff were super kind and accommodating. Jackie helped me feel comfy, gave me a squeezy toy so I didn't have to break my support person's fingers haha and made the whole process as quick as possible. I've had the daith for three weeks now and I'm very happy with the results. My migraines now only show up as mild headaches with some light sensitivity, easing often within an hour (no meds needed!). These guys are amazing! I got my helix piercing botched at a different place and came here to get it fixed. They fit me in last minute and I was so thankful as my ear was in a lot of pain! It felt better immediately and I was actually shocked at how quickly it improved. Really professional service, very clean and great jewelry selection.

It was my first time coming here to get some piercings done recently and the staffs were all so friendly and welcoming that it’ll now be the only place I recommend to friends. I forgot to grab my piercers name but she was able to make the experience super comfortable and was also helpful and honest about the placement, aftercare etc. And the fact that they are super helpful with the aftercare if any issues do come up is such a big bonus since from experience I know not many places can be as accommodating in that area.

Such wonderful service! I was just had some queries about a piercing I got somewhere else a few months ago and the piercer was incredibly helpful and gave me plenty of good advice. They even gave me a free sample of an ear piercing wash. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area and want to get a new piercing! :)

I'd made a mistake during my booking about what I was getting, and when I noticed just before the piercing, they were incredibly kind in helping rectify it.
