The girls at this location are ridiculously rude. I was charged for an extra coffee, after asking to repeat my order twice at the speaker and the window. I then explained that I was charged when I received my receipt and a woman with a long dark pony tail began telling me that I was wrong and I was confusing her. She then proceeded to yell things while walking away. This location is wack, it’s not even busy and the workers act like they’re being spread thin. There was one other car there for the entirety of my visit. Y’all either need to train these people better or replace them because customer service doesn’t entail screaming and yelling when upset with a customer lmao.

I ❤ donuts so I obviously love honey dew. Their donuts are bigger, fluffier, and more beautiful than their main competitor's. Also, you will rarely wait in a line and you will always receive very pleasant service.

Usually I like going here but the weekend staff didn't really seem to put any effort in. My sandwich is overcooked and hard bascailly just threw it out and my mix drink you can see the syrup all on the bottom and the drink put in on top as if it wasn't mixed. Highly disappointed the plainville one does a much better job. I love honey dew more then Dunkin but I was very sad today to pay $10 for what I got

The staff here are wonderful! I had no idea what I wanted, and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great change of pace coming from Boston where everything is so rushed. I’m not sure who helped me, but they were personable and made my day and drink awesome!

Donuts always fresh fresher than competitors! You can't beat their cinnasticks with icing oh my gosh!
