Horrible! I'd rather sleep in my car. My friend got bitten about thirty times by bed bugs. The staff could care less. It's a shame too because the place has AWESOME patient just

Nasty Filthy bug infested from bed bugs to roaches to spiders me & my son got very sick from being bit. The manager is rude fat and lazy no filter for her mouth. The environment is horrible they have plumbing backing up in sinks & bath tubs this place is filled with drug attics & they sell and use right in front of management and not a word is said. The only plus they had about the whole buisness was the lil old lady that done house keeping when we were there she worked her tail off while the fat butt manager sit in a chair at the Landry room gossiping with all the locals spreading rumors & starting drama. That lady deserves a bonus. The owners play clueless but they know I seen there maintenance man call the multiple time trying to get them to do something This place is nasty & unsafe stay away if your smart..

We checked into this place tonight. Yeah the price is decent, but you have to pick up a phone and call someone room then they come round to check you in. All motels usually have someone up front. The staff is very dingy. A lot of people live in this motel as a home. Last year when we came in town it was just as bad when here but they were starting to redo rooms and paint them. But race week came in and they charge really high prices couple hundred.

Room was clean. A/C was ice cold. Hot water was hot. This place is dated and needs a facelift but was a clean affordable place to stay. Spent 4 nights there in June and saw no bugs of any kind. Bring your own pillows and towels as theirs aren't the greatest...pool looked nice but had no time to swim.

Horrible! The rate per night was Tripled because it was race weekend but the room was horrible. We asked for nonsmoking and the only item in the room was an ashtray. The TV did not have a remote, there was no phone, no clock, no outlets other than the one the TV and Refrigerator were plugged into. We had to by an extension cord so my husband could use his CPAP machine. The small fridge had a little freezer compartment and it literately had 4 inches of ice accumulated. The paint was coming off the walls, the carpet has tears and rips and stains, one of the sinks did not work at all and the shower was not fit to bathe a dog. There were greasy hand prints on the back of the door and the smoke alarm was missing. Seriously question how the place could pass any type of inspection. NEVER NEVER again. you'd be better off to sleep in your car. I would rate negative stars but that was not an option.

We booked 2 rooms, one was covered in red splatter ???? and the other had the door knob falling off. Neither one had any soap! The tub was a nasty joke. The kids asked to sleep in the car! Our feet/shoes stuck to the carpet. The baseboards were rotted. Utilitarian is an overstatement! Deserves a negative star! The towels and sheets were clean and white.

The rooms smelt like wet dogs. The beds were ok and the bathrooms were ok. For the price we paid ($149), this was way underpar but considering it was the only available place within driving distance of Bristol Motor Speedway (30 mins) on the night after a race, I think it was a steal.

I was traveling to Tennessee with a my grandfather in 2017 who had got a non-smoking room on a second level. First thing we notice is the railing going up the stairs, almost BROKE which could have someone falling into the parking lot!! Serious safety hazard! Then the first thing that hits you walking into your non smoking room is smoke... the walls and carpet were covered in stains and looked ancient. The beds were not cleaned, had burn holes and smelled like smoke. The surfaces like nightstands were dirty and not cleaned. The bathroom was crammed and very tiny and dirty. My grandfather had to sleep in there because he has to use a CPAP machine, he agreed the room was horrible and allowed me to sleep in the car! I would avoid this place at ALL costs, not to mention there are sketchy people throughout this place and appear to live there

The rooms were lass than clean, the bathroom was minimally clean, no shampoo, conditioner, or blow dryer. Tub was quite dirty, did not DARE use. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the side of the box spring was quite dirty. I would never stay there again. We were up and out at 6:30 am. Over priced for a subpar room.

I wouldn't give This place 1/10th of a star but I had to for this post to post and what I mentioned in this post is only a couple of issues and all other posts from people are true unless they have something good to say. This place has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in and I have been in lot's of hotels/motels since my profession requires travel. The day of check-in I went to take a shower and no hot water so I waited a couple of hours and tried again still no hot water so I called front desk and was told it was because of the hot tub in room beside of mine so I went to bed. When I woke up the next morning still no hot water so I called again and was told hot tub agian wait an hour and try again since they had just checked out in room with hot tub and then walked to my car and a girl come out of room next to mine fussing because she had to take a cold shower and while I was walking back to my room 5 police cars come rolling in and blocked off the backside of the motel and a gentleman that had been staying there awhile says it happens alot so when the gunfire starts go in and get my kids into the corner so I went in and don't know what took place. So then at 10:30 tried again still no hot water So once again I called and was told she was calling maintenance to come fix it so my wife three kids and I wait and finally at 12:30 the lady I had been talking to comes to the door and says I needed to pay for another day or I needed to checkout. She comes in and feels the water and says its hot when it was not even warm so I had noticed the sink had hot water so I turned it on and said thats hot water and she replied well that's what everyone has because they were doing laundry and the sink and tub were on different line's and the ower had called and said if my family and I wasn't out in 5 min I had to pay for another day. I ask her if she would mind if we took 5 min to use the sink and at least take a washcloth and halfway wash my little girl's off at the sink and she said no I had 5 min. So being me I jumped in the shower and it was so cold I just about fell as I jumped out as it was so cold it took my breath and their was no way I would put my kids in it. So I gathered up our stuff and went to a much better hotel. My intention was to stay another night if they fixed the water. They didn't offer a discount or even give us 10 minutes for my wife to half clean-up my little girl's. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I didn't like. They take your money and that's the end of their part because don't care at all about the customer and for some reason they think a shower shouldn't be expected in the customers stay. If you are in town for the race or for any reason I would avoid this place and if it's the only one with vacancy and you absolutely need a bed, tv, and shower the police are always close by so you could go to convince store across the street and put something in your pocket in front of cashier and get a ride to the local jail at least you get a bed and hot shower and probably better customer service and probably pay the same price on fines.
