I'm living on a sister island and my time is always limited......I went to drake's today.....to purchase an item.....I told the gentlemen I was in a hurry.....I was so Impressed he not only told be the prices spot on but got all of the hardware to go with my item.....cashed me and wrote down the 1 item I was not able to get at their outlet....I just wanted to say since moving to the BVI this was one of my best customer service experiences......thank you one again

Wide selection of items in their inventory. I was able to get all the items on my list. Nice and comfortable surroundings, easy parking, good customer service.

For an island hardware store this is the best you will find An Ace Hardware franchise and as good as any in the US.

Excellent hardware store, lots of good supplies when you need it. Helpful staff, I just did not give them 5 star rating because such huge store uses one cashier alone, which leads to long wait sometimes at the check out.

It's your basic Ace Hardware, has lots of useful items, and prices seems reasonable for the islands.
