👍👍 Aberavon Beach has to be one of the best sandy beaches I have ever had the privilege of visiting. It has areas for all kinds of water sports, from surfing , kite boarding, fishing and swimming. There is a long promenade which goes most of the length of beach, which permits cyclists. Along the promen...

👍👍 The views from the ruined church are quietly inspirational within the natural setting. Looking down on the sea dunes, the reservoir, and of course the Margam country estate. Plus a bit of the steel works and the M4 that is far enough away not to intrude. The ruins themselves benefit from being re...

👍👍 Swansea Bay has the longest single dune system in Europe, you can see it all from Kilvey, from Sker Point in the distant east to Mumbles Head, five miles to the west, with its distinctive double bump. The city’s East docks dominate the view, then the commercial centre further west, and the other gr...

👍👍 Really great place to get tyres. We needed 4 new ones on a budget and they were more than happy to help find what we needed. Busy place but more than ready to fit everyone in. We were in and out in around 40 minutes, much quicker than I expected. Great price, great service, will certainly come back...

Craig Gwladys Country Park
Country park
👍👍 A relaxing place to walk or just rest a while. Lots of benches and little paths. Access is up a steep narrow road and many paths have steep slopes but, if you park in the Top Carpark, you have access to the "Dram Road" which is has only a very slight incline and mostly a fine gravel surface.

👍👍 Nice place to visit. Not much here but wroth the hike. Visiting is relatively easy but is mostly uphill. I visited by parking close by and there is a car park near the start of the walk (51.56361379905241, -3.7338320577891753) and there is also roadside parking. Go get to the car park you leave the...
