Best bubble tea in Swansea, very good service and the croffles were amazing! Impressed with the amount of thought that's gone into everything, even ice balls shaped like little bears 🥺 I'll be a regular for sure ❤️

Coming from merthyr, first time visit! Wow we absolutely loved it, we may have spent way too much for two of us (£37). Everything just looked so good. Highly recommend stopping here and dining in. Unfortunately, we had the dogs in the jeep, so we ate out. But they kindly let me take the tray outside that was very helpful. Parking was easy, you can park right outside, but spaces are limited and it is a £1 per hour via the machine. The staff were friendly and it wasn't too busy. I definitely recommend some hot snacks with your drinks. I did not wait long for my order. Me and my wife had a lychee clash very tasty, I will try the grape next time. The matcha tea cold with the cheese foam, definitely a new staple, the foams sweet and salty cheesey flavour complements the matcha earthy flavour. The lilac mystery with a cute little blue bear ice cube, two of the hatakosen drinks the blueberry and original ramune just classics... and sides of fires, veg spring rolls, salt pepper squid and chicken dumplings. The food was delicious and hot and came with dipping sauces. All the Boba teas were amazing, so tasty and just beautiful presented. I love the lady behind the counter she was hand shaking a drink cocktail style I hadn't seen that before. Only the lilac mystic was a little disappointing and it was the most anticipated, maybe an easy fix! It was full of ice and lemon slices. It just tasted of sliced lemons and the pearls were two big or obstructed to suck up I ended up reconstructing it taking out most the lemon slices and all the clear ice adding some lipton peach tea (we had in the car) and reassuring my wife if she left it long enough the bear would melt giving off more of the magical lilac color! But it never made it home anyways! Otherwise yes highly recommend visiting for the price (relatively inexpensive) it was really good quality and a fun experience, so I'm glad we chose to stop here instead of the other boba shops crammed in Swanseas center. Upon my wife asking if its our new favourite boba shop we will be coming back but it's a little further out then our local stop which is still a drive a away. But yes it's a favourite for sure.

My boba go-to is brown sugar milk tea, but they had just ran out of tapioca. The lady was able to advise me something similar and just as delicious, and explained the options to my partner who has never tried boba before. They also had a nice selection of mochi, which helped get me my brown sugar fix. Will definitely be back when we're next in Swansea!

This is one of the best bubble tea places I have ever been to. This does not look like your typical bubble tea store especially in Swansea the interior reminds me of something that would be in London or Cardiff. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. They brought our tea to our seats and offered us free samples of items that you could buy. The tea is really good and is widely customisable. I had the mango fruit tea which was actually fruit! And not that syrupy thing you get in most other places. There are a wide variety of toppings including two different types of pearls. There are also drinks you would not typically find at any bubble tea store in wales such as the blue lagoon with butterfly pea tea. Definitely recommend this place!

This has to be the new place to meet up with friends in Swansea - convenient location near Castle Square; lovely decor and vibe; friendly, helpful staff who guided us through the drinks, an amazing range of drinks and yummy waffles. We'll be back!

Had a great experience with my wife at Suba, new hot place yesterday. I ordered a Affogato and a Cookie and cream frappe and was amazed by tastes and warm welcoming service from staff. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Great bubble tea. I had the strawberry tea with black pearl and jelly,the taste is amazing and just right.Good customer service.Definitely will go there again.

My favourite Boba shop by far! I recommend the Matcha milk tea with a cream cheese topping. Staff are all friendly and considerate, and the drinks are outstanding. Highly recommend!

The place is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere and seating is so nice and aesthetic. The food and drinks are perfect both presentation and taste wise. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and kind. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone!

BEST BUBBLE TEA IN SWANSEA. So much selection and choice, it makes you want to try everythinggg. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and drinks! The workers are so so so very lovely and always greet you with a smile. Very nice atmosphere also. Thank u <33 (bonus- dog loved it)

First time here and I'm impressed amazing hosts....you can tell that fresh ingredients are used you don't have to take their word for it..... atmosphere is just what you make it very relaxed.... I'm definitely telling everyone about this place and coming back ASAP

first time ive been to swansea and came across this cute place! we got the bubble tea, mango bingsu and some chips, which were all very affordable. the food was very good and the bubble tea was of good quality. i would definitely recommend this place and the staff were so lovely :) 10/10 will deffo return
