I wouldn’t recommend pop world, as a regular customer be going there no problems. Just one night the bouncer started on me bullying and the other bouncers pin me by the throat. I won’t be going there ever again bad experience

Watch your card payments. We went here on Friday and got two large cocktail's the very nice. The man behind the bar tapped my credit card on two separate terminals to try and take two contactless payments from my card we reported this to the manager who looked into the card transactions and could see two payments were taken. The manager refunded one of the payments. Keep an eye on your card.

Went to Popworld on Monday as part of my birthday night with friends - loved it! Loads of 90s and 00s memories and tunes I'd forgotten. Really enjoyed and already booked a booth for next Saturday!

I went to pop world other day pay to get in then to be told I was drunk when been drinking soft drinks all night I told them I don't drink as got take in tablets every day to thin the blood he said can I see bag which I show him he said I was drugy want allowed in lol no way that I told him.he need look up for what warfin is use for try phoning the club loads of time now left message stills no answer back

Not usually my go to place and the night was made even better with service from a team member called Lyndsey, she was absolutely fantastic. Wicked sense of humor and personality. Always have a great night when you get great staff serving which she really is. Thanks again Lyndsey made it a brilliant night all round for all of us.

A group of four couples had a weekend away in Swansea recently for a 50 years olds birthday weekend and I asked a friend where would a group of 40+ year olds enjoy on a Friday night. We were directed to Popworld. As it happens I know the DJ here (Barry) and I told him we would be visiting with our friends, one who was turning 50. We turned up to find we had VIP access to the club, lots of props to play with (inflatable guitars and mics) along with bucket load of sweets, shots and birthday cake! The music was spot on and was perfect for our age group. Club was well laid out and even has a Photo Booth! Overall we had a great night out here and will be visiting again with my golf friends for our weekend away in Swansea. Special mention to Barry J for sorting out the birthday surprise for my friend and to Mark and Scott who work on the door. Both were true gents and came across very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a memorable visit guys. 5 stars from me and the group we came with.

I just posted a picture of the thug who attacked my son on Wind St. My boy was only filming himself veelogging and the bouncer approached and accosted him in a strange manner which resulted in assault on my disabled boyo. I swear if I was there that night I would have gone blinkin mental.

Waited 30 mins for a drink that tasted terrible and cost £8. Bartenders continually served the same two areas leaving 75% of the bar and customers waiting to no avail. Speakers sound muddy. First and last time going to pop world.

Had a good laugh on a much needed girls night out. Drinks were reasonably priced. Staff were friendly. Music was good, felt like I was reliving my youth..

I like the pop music and I like how all the drinks are in cups/bottles. The last place that didn't use cups or bottles, my hand got all wet and sticky. Door staff are really nice, especially the one(s) with beards.

Had a wicked weekend again. Keep it up Popworld. Love the bar staff love the doorstaff. There ain’t no party like a Popworld party .

I really wanted to give 5 stars because I absolutely love popworld! Who doesn't?? It's the perfect way to end a night on wind Street. The staff are friendly and service is quick however some of the doorstaff here just have such a bad attitude, the worst on wind Street. I get dealing with drunk people is no fun but why work in a late night venue that is undoubtedly going to be everyone's last stop of the night after drinking , if you have the people skills of a brick? They are just so rude. Completely ruined our Saturday night Apparently only the good reviews get a response 🙄

Rules were clear, staff were friendly and concise. Booth was clean and spacial. Recommend

Popworld Swansea has really taken an impressive turn in the last couple of years and become one of the best spots in Wind St! Friendly staff, well priced drinks and good music. Can't fault it.

Always have a good time here. Very friendly staff and the manager always goes above and beyond for us when we’ve been there. Good to see they’re keeping strict social distancing measures in place.

After a long five months of from my favourite night club popworld Swansea on return last Saturday despite the temporary rules I had to delighted post to the club and tell them how fantastic my nite was watching all the staff work so hard to protect us was amazing they constantly kept rotation goin still had great sounds good vibes and table drinks service was spot on thankyou popworld swansea

I booked popworld as a venue to host a group of 30+ for a hen party. For this, we had also requested a drag artist to perform, and play games etc- all booked by popworld themselves. The booking process was very easy and stress free, there was a slight blip when the original queen had to cancel however this was resolved very quickly. When planning it was easy to contact staff at popworld via messenger and Sam had arranged for us to drop in decorations etc. prior to the event with another local venue as popworld wasn’t open. I was very surprised that when we arrived there was more than I had supplied up and about, along with some nibbles and bubbles (loved the crisps!) Through booking we had a bar tab which lasted far longer than any other bar tab I’ve known at a hen. Even when that had run out drink prices were very reasonable. We were looked after extremely well throughout the 3 hours we had booked and the hours that followed! The drag queen hired was excellent! Definitely everything we wanted and more and the DJ keep the tunes going all afternoon. If you’re planning a hen party in Swansea I would highly recommend booking popworld for your venue!
