Morriston Park

Tourist attraction β€’ Park

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I love this park. The trees are old and tall. A colourful array of wild mushrooms grow here. It also has a large community of regular dog walkers who are welcoming and friendly. It is nice that there is still a place in this world where people say good morning and like to stop and chat. People often mention park, walk,

Great park for children & dogs. Lots of space to run around. Great facilities: large children's playground, BMX track, ramps under the trees. Lovely war memorial with decorated benches around. No toliets unfortunately which is why I only gave it 4 stars

It has amazing potential, they have updated the park which is very modern but they need to add security (cameras) as being so close to a few council estates it does attract the wrong crowd which ruins it for everyone else. Swansea Council need to allocate more funding to this park as it is a let down you leave it rot whilst it has so much potential. Duck pond is very disappointing as its destroyed and been like it for years. Pull your finger out swansea council

Heartbroken to see my childhood park which was once so well kept, is now in such a run down state, for all the money the councils receive from taxpayers there is really no excuse for this, get it back to its glory!

This is a great place to walk your dogs. There is even a park for smaller children and bike ramps. We enjoy wandering the paths and checking out the ducklings.

I've always been here for as long as I can remember. It's a spacious park with stunning views at the top of the hill. It did get a bit run down for a while with the playground being vandalised but the local council has renovated it now. They've also improved the drainage solution near the pond with more drains, as the path could have a lot of surface water at times. Big trees🌲as well. A BMX bike trail for the cyclists. There's a lot of entrances to access this park so it makes life easier haha. πŸ˜† A lot of local history attached to this park with the information boards explaining it. I would suggest visiting this park and admiring the beauty of it. πŸ‘πŸ»

Very spacious park, perfect for dog walkers. Also has plenty of fields for sport and a play ground. Recommend to anyone for walking their dogs or taking their kids

Lovely place to walk the dog! Wide open grassy areas to throw a ball etc. There are paths throughout the park so you don't have to walk on the grass if you don't want to. Play area for the kids. Also has a few picnic tables in a little wooded area near the duck pond. On last visit pond was dry and no ducks to be seen, not sure why that is! Really lovely quiet place, full of beautiful trees, different kind of birds and squirrels! Even during holidays when the park is used more, it's so big that it never seems overcrowded or rowdy!

My first visit with Hazard the dog. It won't be our last. Absolutely beautiful there. So much to explore and such a well maintained park. Loads for children and mountain bike trail too. Gorgeous wild flowers. Fab πŸ‘
