Lovely park, not many parking spaces available. There is an outdoor pool, but needed to be netted as there was a lot of debris in it. Park was big with lots of different swings and climbing frames. Great for picnics

This park has a bit of everything. And picturous mountains in the background. I had a blast playing and spinning with my young friend ( 8) . He showed me everything and we tried it all together ( except the slide...my adult rear would not fit...lol.) For the summer there is even a pool

Nice park and well used when community events are organised. Needs additional investment to improve toilet and catering provision. Plus, more children activities needed.

This park looks a spitting image of the Microsoft Windows background picture. A nice place to take a stroll, there are some dog walkers around, but otherwise it is quite empty.

Really good for young children your enough to the age 5. Plenty of places to park. When events are on it is pretty good as it's very cheap for children not hard for the parents to pay for the events today.

The amenities for a local community park are quite good. There is a small play area for young children, a lido, a small BMX track, and a skateboard area. It's fairly big so good for dog walking. However in the winter it could be left open longer and lighting provided along the paths, currently it closes at sunset so in the winter the gates are locked for most of the day. The main hard path through the trees, one of the most used paths, is also dangerous due to a lack of maintenance work for years with tree roots exposed through the concrete. That route cannot be recommended for the elderly, disabled and anyone with prams despite it being the route nearest to so many.

I visited with my mam and sister. It was drizzling. The fair rides were vacant, but that added to the atmosphere. We walked around the crazy golf course. My sister enjoyed playing on the funky sculptures. We then walked up the path lined by trees. We stopped at the children’s park. My sister had fun on the zip line. There were a few other families there. The flower beds and grass was well maintained. The park is very big and has lots of great features. I want to go back and explore more.

Lots of different things here from a play park to swimming pool, skate park, football area and basketball area. I’m only a 5 minute walk from here so I take my dogs for a walk here a lot so definitely recommend here for a dog walk or if you want to take your kids here to help burn off some of their energy or to have a little swim day. The place can get a bit packed especially with not many parking spaces but other than that it’s a really good place to go and would recommend, just be careful when it’s summer time as it will be very busy and they close their gates at a specific time during winter and summer

Crazy golf needs an update! Lots of groups of youths arguing close to the children's play area. On the plus side, very clean.

Lovely day at the park, kids loved the pool especially, but some children were riding around the pool on scooters which was dangerous.

Skewen Park is a perfect place to go for all the family although part of the climbing frame is not accessible as it is corded off which is a shame as the children love it. The park includes a skate park which is always full of youngsters (it's nice that they have somewhere to go) plenty of space to walk especially with our four legged canine. You can regularly see the ice cream van there especially in the summer.
